Melinda was very easy to work with, kept me updated on process...helpful on post sell. Finance department was possibly the easiest closing experience I've ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. Definitely will be my first call when it's time to purchase my next Silverado.

Great customer service. I needed a repair done to my truck and was expecting to be without a vehicle for a week or two because of a damaged hose. The service department called me and informed me that the hose was on back order and it would be that long before they could get it. The service department kept looking everywhere for the hose instead of just letting it be two weeks for a new hose to come in. Well, two days after that call, they called me to tell me my truck was ready and it would be covered under warranty. I really appreciate them not settling for the two-week answer, mainly because I am from South Mississippi and I am only working up there.

Such nice people. Melinda listened to what I wanted and really made it happen. Most dealerships make you feel like prey, but I didn t feel this way here. Highly recommend. They also got me a great deal on my trade in.

I have had my 2023 Blazer front end worked on. They worked with my insurance company and myself. They returned all of my calls and even picked up and dropped off my vehicle because my work hours didn't make it possible! Heather is always on it! She is knowledgeable and always professional! Would highly recommend them!

Oh it was pretty unadventful but thus time my steering didn't lock up the last time I knew someone left a tool under the hood that rattled. I believe it slipped down and locked the steering up but everything was okay thus visit. I had one of your coupons to get 10 dollars off my bill. The girl said let me see if I can. I thought it's got Don Franklin on it and I didn't make it myself. Where would the problem be. She didn't want to that's what it was. I'll continue to go there. It's not Don Franklin it's the employees. I still trust and overall it's cheaper for me. Thank you for your concerns.

Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Specifically told them that the reason I wanted the tires rotated was due one the front having a broken belt. Was told they would do it. Went to pick it up and was told that they didn t rotate them because of the bad tire (it wasn t bad enough that they couldn t rotate it), but we priced you 4 new tires for $1200. Oil change only and cost half again as much as the place I normally go. This was the first and last time I will use Don Franklin.

Was a 5 star before, but now I'm a 1. I bought 2 brand new cars at once and it was great. When I went to buy a 3rd, they refused to give me the GM discount. I went out of town for work and called them to ask if I could get an oil change anywhere. They said yes, but a few months later I found out I was lied to. They said they would reinstate it and call me back, but it's been about 6 months and they haven't. I went in today to get an oil change and they wouldn't let me use the employee discount. I currently have 2 other high-end GM vehicles on order through another dealer that offers a better warranty than Don Franklin. It's a shame what they turned into.

We also get our vehicles serviced there and they re always really efficient and thorough. The staff there are always so friendly, accommodating and go out of their way to provide top tier service.

Stopped in at 8:00 am and asked if they had time to do a quick oil change, no rotation and check the rear breaks since I hear a growling when I apply the break.I explained that I was working and on my way to Lowe's to pick up the supplies for my boss and was in a hurry but had to get an oil change since it was Friday.After waiting over an hour and counting... my boss texted me wanting to know if I was still working today.After an hour and a half my boss informed me that he sent someone else to Lowe's and didn't need me the rest of the day.I told my boss in advance that I was getting an oil change if it was quick on my way to Lowe's.An hour and forty-five minutes I'm able to write this review and still waiting.If they weren't able to complete my "speedy" request, they should have said something and I would have mage an appointment.

I trust Don Franklin dealership over the local GM locations because they have the most experienced hybrid tech and the cost of repairs/service are much better than any other too. I would've liked to have been kept in the loop about the progress/eta of repairs since it took nearly 3 weeks to repair. But...I know it'll be fixed right when it's done.

I have been to Don Franklins for Bodyshop work a few times and it is the best Bodyshop I have dealt with. They are very friendly and do a great job at repairing your car, and when they get done with it they always clean your car up, inside and out, which is something another Bodyshop in Glasgow Ky won t do. I would recommend Don Franklins Bodyshop Repair Service in Glasgow Ky. to anyone. They are a great team to work with and are great at what they do.

I didn't have an appointment but had an issue with a tire. So, I got there when they opened and Bobby pulled me right on in, addressed my tire issue - had a large bolt. They immediately took it on back to the shop and removed the bolt and plugged it so I could be on my way to work (which is a 30 mile commute). I appreciate the kindness and assistance they were able to give to me so quickly!

I don t recommend this place if business they judge if you are a woman I know my transmission is messed up they keep saying it s the tires the tires have been balanced and rotated as they should and the vibration would be all the time not just when it down shifts. I took my vehicle here tho king they wouldn t be like the other locals turns out apparently if you are a woman you are stupid and don t know what s wrong with your vehicle you drive daily OR THE techs are too lazy to do there job. It s covered under warranty and still can t get anything done!

I have my truck s regular service performed here oil change, tire rotation, etc. They have a very nice service department- personnel are courteous and service techs do good work. They demonstrate an appreciation for your business.

Excellent service. Usually in and out of oil changes in under an hour. I bought a truck that developed a shimmy at around 130k miles. They replaced the transmission under their drivetrain warranty. All I had to pay was a $100 deductible. One of the most hassle free experiences I've had.
