Mr. Pollard was very professional and reliable. We needed a new mirror as we had an accident. Part was ordered and installed as promised. Labor was much cheaper then local freightliner dealer. I would definitely recommend pollard for any repairs.

Hit a gator in the road. Busted airlines on my trailer Around 1030pm. found this company on Google called and sent picture of what I needed replaced. Was told he would be there in 30 minutes to 45 minutes Mr Pollard showed up in 30 minutes later repaired my airlines and made sure that I didn't have any other leaks or issues with my trailer before I left. And the price was very very reasonable. Especially considering it was well into the night and I am going to make my delivery appointment. (Thank you)Mr. Pollard

Stay away from this company. He would not do the job you ask him to do. I have called him 2 weeks and asked him to give me the measurements he was supposed to do when I called him for the work. He is always on the road and never in the office.. Very mean guy. Just lied to me that he sent it in my fax. Probably called him 5-6 times in 2 weeks, and he would not bother to do it. He got him money, he is done. Closed the phone in my face twice. Better call another company and stay away from him.

They came out immediately and worked persistently and fixed our traveling trailer problem within an hour. Their rates are a little high but they did a great job so it made my problem less of a hassle! Thanks!

Had a pulley failure on Saturday,called and,they came out,took the pulley to find one or replace the bearings. This is in a Volvo so,you know I am stuck. No luck with the parts on Sunday so, he found the bearings Monday morning. He asked me to help him guide the bearing on and,whilehelpi g he shouted I was gonna cut his finger off and,he would cut mine off too. He got irate,came out from under the truck cussing,this is my worst nightmare and he was going to press out the bearings and cut them,which he did. My escort service lady asked if she could help and he said no. He cut the bearings then told her we had a confrontation the day before. Why would you want problems with someone fixing your vehicle. I would not recommend anyone to use this repair facility. Poor attitude,behaviour,self control while representing public company.

After speaking to the owner of the company I realize that customer service is alive and well at this business. I would recommend anybody that is needing repairs in the padicah area to contact them. They will treat you right and make sure that if something is wrong to make it right.

These guys took great and immediate care of me,fixed a leak in the trailer roof,if your in this area and have an issue of any kind,these are the guys to call!!!
