I don't do reviews often but felt it is warranted in this case. My son totaled his car around christmas. I went to get the belongings out and missed his class ring. Insurance paid it off and sent it to copart to auction it. Mike(owner) bought the car on copart and brought it back to his facility to repair and probably sell. While cleaning it out one of his workers found the class ring with my sons name on it. So Mike did some sleuthing to figure out how to get it back to my son. I picked it up today and I didn't even know it was missing. This shows a lot of honesty and integrity of the entire business from the employees to the owner. Thank you. Also, I think I should add that I have never done business with them in the past but I will moving forward! I would trust them to work on my car.

Our 2009 Mini Cooper S decided it was tired while my daughter was on her way home from school. The road side assisance decided Wooldridge & Sons was the place to take it. Tom answered my initial call and has helped us since the car arrived. I can't say ennough positive about Tom and his business. A class act all around. Thank you Tom!

first call let me know they were the one i needed to fix my truck.I was assured by Tom (the best looking man there) he would handle insurance and HE DID !! and THEY did. Mike , Tom and crew went above and beyond 5 stars. TOTALLY SATISFIED !!!! Ive taken my truck to Mike Wooldrige 2 times now, first time i needed body repair and the second time i needed a paint job on my truck. Both times he told me he d get it done no problem and make it look better than ever. I believe it was the owner i talked to today when i dropped off a customers vehicle. He was nice and very respectful to deal with. That means so much in the world we live in now. I would definitely give him a call for any mechanic needs in the future.

Horrible experience. Felt like I could not get straight forward answers about the cost which caused me worry because I knew legally I could be responsible for anything outside of what the insurance wanted to cover. When I began asking questions I was lied to multiple times about what and had not been done. Since I decided to go get my car and have repairs done else where I was charged $350 for a $35 can of paint and for them to simply take off my damaged bumper and but the damaged bumper back on. Worst experience with a body shop I have ever had.

Very Very nice respectful guy's I was having some car trouble on my Ford Focus that I had just recently purchased from my neighbor & referred me to these guy's & I'm so glad he did because they took care of me just like I was family I got to there place around 4:45p & they close @ 5p but they stayed over & fixed the problem I was having with my car & I Thank them soooooooo much

My 06 BMW broke down when I was out of town around frankfort. They could of took advantage of the situation but instead they not only gave me a great price but they had it fixed by the next morning. They went above and beyond! I highly recommend them and if I ever have car trouble out of town, I hope it's near their shop! Great people!!!!! Thanks so much guys.Service: Electrical repair
