Absolutely horrible outcome. They were nice and worked quickly but quick equaled wrong. They broke something while servicing my car, which caused immediate problems. My car started missing and even caused the remote start to malfunction. I had to take my car into a mechanic shop for diagnostics and repair. I reported the incident to Valvoline immediately and they reimbursed me (with a paper check a month later) for the mechanics bill but they should have reimbursed me their outrageous fees for their services that were clearly deficient.

COMPLAINT. Don t go to Frankfort KY store 040068 located 136 Versailles Road. Used vacuum pump to remove oil. Why? When I asked they blew me off. Why not drain plug? Also left oil level almost quart low too. I noticed that the tech tilts the dip stick to let oil run to full mark. Had to return. Mgr Zachary very rude. Tried Chat feature to complain. Reg Mgr never called. Incompetent techs here.

The Valvoline in Frankfort KY is the best to go to. The individuals who work there are so nice, friendly and helpful. They explain everything to me before they do anything. They appear to work as a team as well. They tell if a service is due as well as not due.like I ask about a service and he explained I had around 50,000 miles more before that service was due. This type of trust with them insures I will keep coming here for my car needs.

It was my first oil time getting an oil change, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to go get it done! They were friendly, and informative and professional! I think we can all agree that we all like all those qualities in a business!

Got my car serviced at this place, an I normally don't go to this location but was running errands. However I came an got a basic oil change but usually they normally are supposed to go through the whole list of things they suggest you go get an everything. Now when it comes to the battery, they are automatically suppose to tell you an update if anything were odd or wrong. Even if it was in the good zone levels the customer are suppose to be aware. Now the next day my vehicle would not start whatsoever. Now if there was anything wrong with my battery then I would have gotten the warning by the there little so called charging system or whatever. So I called an talked with a female manager and she claimed that she looked up the invoice for the battery station an reading all kinds of volts numbers that were in good standing. Which I do no believe she could have been reading someone else vehicle. The lie was horrible. She just did not want to be responsible for something they technically did not do correctly. OR, there system is broken an need to be fixed. Can't really trust them. Come to find out my battery was dead. Now if they did what they was suppose to then I would've known it was low. I will definitely go back to my regular location instead of this one. Because you cannot play about peoples vehicle.. its very serious.

Very quick service and the techs are very polite. They asked about changing my air filter and said it was $20, so I agreed. When I got home and opened the invoice via email it said $25. It isn't the $5 as much as the dishonesty. So, just beware on the extras.Edited 4/16/21: Was contacted by the owner who made it right by refunding the overcharge.Service: Oil change

Courteous, professional, fast and accurate... even with a line of cars, they (the Valvoline team) were on top of ensuring everyone knew approximate wait times and received a VIP treatment. Definitely the best around!

I had never used them before last year but wanted to find the safest way to get my oil changed with the least amount of exposure risk because of the virus becoming more common here. I absolutely love the fact that I can get my oil changed quickly without ever having to leave my vehicle. I will continue to do it this way after because it is just so quick and easy and the price is comparable to other places. One added bonus is that my children love watching them work on it on the screens that show under the vehicle. Children get bored sitting in waiting rooms staring at a wall or tv so it was great that they stayed entertained.

In 2 visits I got fluids replaced in my engine, trans, rear end, & a coolant system flush. These guys are awesome. Very friendly.They explain everything they do. They also replaced my radiator hose clamps (no charge). They replaced a missing valve stem cap (no charge). I highly recommend them. As far as beating the crowd, Saturday morning seems to be the best time.

Good experience as always. Saved a little $ by getting a Groupon that will also give discounts on other services and replacement items. Saved $5 on a new air filters. Took 16 minutes according to their timer.

I went for a oil change today! And it was one of the most convenient, fast, pleasant, respectful, timely, expierences ever! I drove away in a better mood not because of the oil change but because of the peaceful wonderful experience I had!

If we could give no stars we would of. This place is an absolute joke. Had a coupon for 19.99 and they tried not to honor it. Tried to charge us $50 something. Very rude service. I will not be back! Had one car in the bay and 2 cars ahead of me and it took nearly 3.5 hours of my day to get to the bay.

I lived in Frankfort about 8 years, and found this place to be remarkable. The workers were all helpful and did what they could do, without taking chances. With such an excellent ongoing performance by all the workers, I have to credit the management, but also the workers. This is one of the best Valvoline centers around, certainly the best I've seen. I really missed them when I moved to New Albany Indiana, where the center was corrupt. I even make special trips to Frankfort, although I'm hoping to find one closer. This is a superior place, and they will always try to help.

Took my SUV for an oil change last month, the guy on top lost/dropped tools several times. Three vehicles went thru in the next bay before I was finished. Less than 5 minutes after I left my check engine light came on. Went back to find out they had knocked a hose off and didn t put it back on. Then a few days later I had not a drop of oil in my engine.Just went to have my oil changed in our diesel truck took 2 hours they charged me $330 and put transmission fluid in my motor.I do not recommend taking your vehicle here.

Kenny and the crew at Valvoline on Versailles and Main St are awesome!! They put my van on the computer for me to see if it ran a code for no charge! They were real busy and VERY hot but Kenny took his time and explained what he felt I should do and said he'd pray for me!! Great customer service!!

My go to oil change place in Frankfort. Honest, pleasant staff who give you service options without being pushy. If you keep up with your email coupons, you'll probably never pay full price for your oil change.

Valvoline meets expectations on its time (15 minute oil change ), they give you an update of major concerns in your car and their prices are affordable. I am a regular customer at the Valvoline shop located on Versailles road Frankfort KY.

Good service, manager was helpful. Thought my car was damaged by them, but found no evidence on their tape, so let it go. Was told by 2 mechanics that the car was run without oil, turns out neither mechanic hooked it up to a computer and the problem was simply a cam shaft sensor that the guy who fixed it found immediately by hooking up to diagnostics computer. Chad is a cool guy, will do you right. Stay far, far away Jessamine Car Care. Those guys basically told me that Valvoline was the cause and it turns out they did about $400 worth of damage to my car. I'm just getting started with them clowns though.

Best drive up oil change joint in town. P.s. don't go to their competition they will tear up your car and then lie and try to swindle you out of your hard earned money! Additionally Valvoline has a under carrage camera with a monitor so you can see you chariot being professional tended to. Try that at the competition LOL!

I was having a problem with oil & grease all over my car, talked to the manager about it. He assured me it wouldn't happen again. Well the 1st time i went back after talking to the manager, it was ok but, just because he was out there watching. That was the only time, it didn't have anything on it. I was just there last week, and i even asked them, to make sure they wipped it off. It was all over my car. I have been going there for 2 years, but don't think I will ever go back.. SMH!!!

Took an 1hr 8mins for an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't get done my oil change until 25mins in time. I had two come and go after i was there first. What happened to the 15min oil change that they advertise?
