I can not thank Trey enough for how much he helped me! He was considerate and empathetic even as I got emotional over the price of the only brand/tread tire in my size available at the store to replace my flat. And unable to wait or get my vehicle any other location, needing the tire now, he made this whole process as painless as possible and even found me a better deal by working with other appointments in the upcoming week. He and the technicians Bladen and Joshua at this location deserve all the kuddos possible, will definitely be returning and recommending to anybody in need of car maintenance or such!Thank you guys so much!

Dan was so helpful! We had a flat tire halfway on our trip to Gatlinburg. Called Goodyear and he said he could squeeze us in. We were in and out in under 30 minutes unbelievable customer service everyone was so friendly. Thank you for saving our vacation Dan

This is gonna be a great review. Your employees at the Frankfort Ky store is outstanding . Dan and the team are the reason i use Goodyear. I have never had a bad experience there they honestly treat you like family and its refreshing and rare to have that in the business world corporations mostly seem to be looking out for themselves but not at the Goodyear in Frankfort Ky . they put the customers first that's not always the case at other businesses always the case with the store in Frankfort . i can't say enough good or great things about this place . but i will say thank you and way to go to the Goodyear Corporation for having these great employees . your great company will always have my business. Merry Christmas from a very satisfied customer.

This is the second time we've used Goodyear. Both time we were in and out quick. This time, my alternator, battery and serpentine belt all went out and a motor mount broke. I called them at 7:30 am on a Saturday and by noon we were finance, the car was done and I was driving away. Any other place I would probably still be waiting on part. Their staff offers some of the best customer service you will find in todays times and the prices are actually decent. Keep up the great work.

The Goodyear Tires in Frankfort, KY has always taken exceptional care of my two vehicles. Upon my arrival I am always greeted with a smile from Alyssa or Trey who take my vehicle right back to be serviced. The pricing is very competitive and the products I need are in stock. Keep up the outstanding work.

Personally I had the best experience possible at Goodyear when I needed a Oil Change, Alignment and new tires installed. Alyssa Lyons and Aaron Aldridge were both very knowledgeable, polite and helpful with my needs! They will definitely get my business in the future for all of my automotive needs!

I stopped at Goodyear as an emergency stop because I had a large nail in my tire and was loosing air quickly. They were able to get my van in and repair my tire the same day. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the price was affordable. I was very happy I stopped there.

First time we took one of our cars here. We saved close to $500 compared to what the dealership was going to charge us. They did such a good job, took our other car and saved close to $200 and they did such a great job again! Definitely made us into loyal customers from now on!!! Shout-out to Alyssa and Trey!!! Keep it up, y'all!

Traveling from IA to Asheville and stopped in Frankfurt, KY,to camp overnight when I saw I had a really bad tire on my 2021 Airstream. Googled "tires near me" and this place came up. I called and they said"come on in". They assessed the situation and within 60min I had 4 new tires which I was going to replace by next spring anyway. In today's world you don't get that kind of speedy, caring service anymore. This was amazing and I'm headed over the mountains tomorrow without worries. Friendly people!

Great service received when they installed 4 new tires, and a good deal!! With regular rotations I got over 76,000 miles on my last set purchased here. Very professional, I highly recommend Goodyear vehicle service!Thanks

Went to drop my car off 10 minutes late for an 8:30am thursday drop off and was told they already passed me and would have to reschedule for Saturday. How have you passed me when the vehicle sets out in the parking lot for an hour + before you even get to it ? This place is turning into big o really fast. The lobby stat empty because everyone is in back screwing off in the mornings. I will never shade their doorstep again with my business. Also a random drug screen would shut the company down pretty much.

I ve had nothing but great experiences with Good Year Tire on US-127 in Frankfort KY. Specifically, I ve done majority of my business with Alyssa. She is always helpful and works to give the best service for anything I need. Not only does she do great with me, but with others as well. I ve observed her interactions with others. She remains profession and displays qualities an employee should have in a business. Great job and keep up the good work Alyssa.

Don t waste your time coming here.I made a reservation for a basic oil change and a tire alignment. When I arrived I was told this location wouldn t do the basic change and the only option was to do the $65 synthetic blend. Nowhere online does it inform you of this. I caved and said that was fine since I was already there.After it was complete, I discovered they didn t do the alignment I had requested and had instead balanced my tires, something I wasn t interested in. The desk person said it was an issue with their scheduling software. They then offered go ahead an do the alignment, but informed me it would have been an additional 60-90 min after having been on site for several hours, because they were in the middle of doing one currently.This was my third consecutive (and final) poor experience here. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

Very friendly staff at front desk. Helpful. Explained things well. Service was quick. Disappointed people working on car got in and left dirty handprints and smears on roof, doors, seats, glove compartment...basically all over. Also, don't book service online. Call ahead.

I am disappointed in the service that was done on my husbands car. Came in on Friday to get new tires and was told that the mechanic broke ONE of the lugnuts to put back on the tire. Was told that they would get the part in later that day and would be a couple more hours. I understand that if the lugnut was so tight that they had to break it off but that was not disclosed. Turns out that part was not going to come in until Sunday but wouldn t have been able to bring the car in until today to get it fixed. The person at the counter said they can handle and replace it no problem (very vague in my opinion).They reassured that the car was safe to drive in the meantime, which is fine. Come in today, ONE lugnut plus labor was $94!!!! You can buy a PACKET of lugnuts on Amazon for $20. I wish this price was disclosed prior to ordering the part or I would have done it myself. When talking to the manager and saying what the person at the counter said handling it and replacing it no problem does not mean that it is on them and they will take care of it (as in free). Apparently their equipment is not strong enough to break lugnuts and that it was a faulty with the part. Next time before the techs go and break something or what may seem to difficult to do without breaking, please let the customer know. In addition, it s best to disclose prices with the customers before ordering and just fixing it when mentioning that you are able to handle it no problem.

Be aware of this Goodyear location. My elderly family member visited this location for a low tire pressure warning. Technician ended up telling them they need new tires. A bold lie and attempt to sell perfectly good tires to them for no reason at all-then I am sure they would sell his tires for more money. Took the car to the dealership where the trained mechanic and service manager said they did not need any new tires at all. Won t be back to this location.

They are amazing! I was in Frankfurt, KY on vacation from PA and had check engine light issues on my way. Once I arrived in Frankfort I stopped in and was worried about possible engine issues knowing I had atleast a 10 hour trip back to PA. They squeezed me into an already packed schedule the same day and took a look at the diagnostics. Turned out there weren t any codes. It gave me peace of mind for the rest of my trip. Everything was complimentary too which was much appreciated! Great people who truly care about helping people with their cars!

My experience with this location was pretty disappointing. I called on Friday to schedule an appointment to have 4 tires installed. The store didn t have them in stock that day, but ordered them for me. So far so good, tires were ordered and I was set up for an appointment to have them installed the following Tuesday. I leave work that afternoon, arrive for my 1 PM appointment and am told one of my tires was sold the previous day. They only have 3 of the 4 and I will have to reschedule. Incredibly frustrating to arrive and be turned away. A courtesy call would ve been nice.

I took my car to Goodyear in Frankfort because I had an oil leak that I had already paid a mobile mechanic $450 to fix and a slight knocking in my tire at high speed. They not only correctly diagnosed my problem (this was the third place I had look at the oil leak) but they also fixed it for almost half the price I had already paid someone else. They also rotated my tires for free. This is the second time I've used this Goodyear since moving to Frankfort and as a female they are the ONLY place that has been honest with me and fixed my car for a good price. I would recommend them to ANYONE before going elsewhere. These people really take care of their customers and do good honest work. I love them!!!!!!!

The guys on staff were absolutly fantastic. Me and my mom had a really rough morning with hauling my 1 horse. With my tire blowing shortly after we took off from the hotel. Then after changing it out with the spare it went flat 5 miles up the road. Luckily we were lucky to have a truck driver air it up and send us here. The staff was wonderful and extremely nice with us having the horse out while they worked on the trailer. And my horse loved all the attention he was given. Would highly recommend this place. Was fast, knowledgeable and friendly!!!! Thank you to Kelly and your team.

Prices are to high. Let me clarify this statement, after calling around for a trailer tire, I found an identical tire, mounted, balances and the old tire disposal for about $60.00 less. I really can't speak for the customer service as I didn't use their services. I changed to a 3 star due to the fact I didn't use them.
