This is an establishment that I have had to use quite a bit here lately. Every time I go in, this store is well-organized and always clean. The staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to ask if you need help finding anything. I also have the Autozone App, so that makes my shopping even easier. Plus, if you have an autozone account, every order you make, you get credits for. Like right now, I have 3/5 orders and $25 I can spend on anything from Autozone. Wow, sorry, I got off track. Lol. I would highly recommend this facility for all your auto needs

I bought spark plugs 3/11/24. Cashier said I ve earned $20 with this purchase. The receipt states that as well. I come to autozone 3/15/24 to buy miscellaneous things like cleaners, shop towels and such. I have not been there before then since the 11th. I had all my items scanned and I asked about the $20 that I ve earned. I was told I don t have that earned. Mind you I had over $70 worth of items, which was why I was hoping to use that $20. I later dropped off my receipt i got from the 11th to prove myself. I do not have an additional account and I do not share my account. Pay close attention to your rewards account if you have one and keep your receipts or you will get scammed.

Always a friendly exchange. The young lady there seems to go above and beyond for everyone that walks through the door. I ve witnessed her interactions with the customers and her coworkers on several occasions and she is always polite, respectful and seems genuinely happy. She greets everyone with the same consistent smile. All the good vibes are what bring me back! Great customer service!!

I had a great trip. The young lady was super friendly and knowledgeable. All the parts were correct when installed. I spent 30 plus years as a auto mechanic . Good parts people are worth there weight in gold. No complaints from the me, this auto zone gets a A+

Heather, the assistant manager is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure my light was changed. Auto Zone is definitely lucky to have her!!!

Very friendly customer service. They went out of their way to help me. I had them check my battery and alternator so I had a idea of what to purchase saved me time and money. Also helpful when need help finding items in store. I know it's they're job. But I've been in other auto stores and was treated as if they could care less if I needed assistance or help locating something.

My wife broke down while taking the dogs a walk and I needed a battery terminal to get the truck running. Went to Autozone and they just closed for the night. They seen me out there and came to the door and asked what I needed. I told them and the young lady said come on in and get what you need. She went beyond customer service to help and I m really grateful to her. I thanked both of the employees left several times and they both kept saying glad to help. That s what small town service is. Thanks again.

Service held by joe guy was by far the best ive had from any place . I recieved help by very friendly people ! My services was successful and very indeed the best! Got exactly what i needed and fixed my biggest problem with my car. Will be seeing them again! Awesome job joe! He went aboce and beyond for us!

They really don't get the customer satisfaction idea. Not very helpful or knowledgeable about cars, kind of like the Rock Auto commercial where they just push buttons on a keyboard. Normally I deal with Autozone in Alexandria and they go the extra mile to make the customer happy. I hate to deal with this store because they act like they are doing you a favor by selling you parts. Will not price match any competitors unless they are LOCAL to Falmouth which is Nowhere, KY. Only went there because it's close by but I will go the extra distance from here on out.

Usually the guys at autozone take pretty good care of me, but today wasn't one of those days. The guy today had no clue about the parts he was trying to sell me and his extent of reasoning was limited to only what was on his computer screen.

Never any issues at autozone. I go here for all my parts unless it's for performance parts.
