They sold me on a set of tires for my truck, with free installation. However, when I went to get the tires put on, they refused to install them because my truck originally had 20" rims but now has 18" inch rims. I had already explained that I had to buy tires by size instead of make and model, and that was supposed to be perfectly fine. It was apparently not.

They have a few rude workers. They consistently let their 2nd shift staff not come in. The ones who work do decent work. Don't let them fill your wiper fluid. Whatever they use is basically water and is AWFUL. They didn't know how to reset the oil change light.

We got a flat tire within the first hour of a 14 hour drive to Florida. Walmart auto opened before every other tire store in the area (this all happened at 5 AM) and we got in as soon as they opened the doors. We asked them if they could do anything to get us back on the road with our 2 kids and they were able to quickly replace our flat and get us back on the road within 30-45 minutes. It was a small gesture for them but to us and our kids, it saved our vacation and didn t cost a ton! I was jumped in line and two service guys were rude and approached me as if they wanted to fight. It was a father and son team in the service department.They were absolutely horrible!!I will let everyone I know to never go to that Walmart!!

I went into Walmart Auto Center on Saturday March 26th a purchased a car battery. I ask the man at the counter about having the battery installed. I was not giving an answer to my question. I was told by one of the technicians to do what you have to do. I m not sure what he meant so I asked again and he walked away from me. I spent 122.00 for the battery and couldn t get it installed while I waited. Very unprofessional customer service.Service: Battery

My name is Heather Jackson. I Special ordered two tires earlier in the week. Came in early on a Saturday and both tires were mounted and balanced before I was done shopping. The gentleman helping me was very personable and professional. Nicely done guys!

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband already rated and left a comment below. However, I was so dissatisfied I felt the need to leave one to. Went to Tire Discounters to get my wheels balanced and an alignment, since my vehicle now needed one, and they were amazing! Will never pay for auto care services from Walmart again.

The Man behind service desk was rude.My sister bought tires there a few months before this incident.She got a big screw in her tire, took her car back over to have a new tire put on. The Man behind service desk picked a argument with me. Then he didn't tell the mechanics I wanted a new tire, like I told him I wanted & was paying for. I had to tell the mechanics. Then the man behind the service desk got real loud & verbal with me. The mechanics took did as I asked, actually the screw was in a spot they couldn't fix in the first place. Since my sister had bought road hazard the tire ended up free. Needless to say the man behind the service desk got mad again. I WELL NEVER BUY TIRES FROM THIS WALMART as long as that man is working there.

The elderly generation behind the counter was very rude and did not want to help me . Tried to ask about tires and he loudly told me I had to get the ones that the manufacturer recommended for my car. Also tried to get a oil change and he said we are busy try back in a few hours, came back later and was told I had to make a appointment.

My husband and I have been going to Wal-Mart for our tires for years and the service is always top notch. When they make a mistake they are honest to it and make good of it. I would rate it a 5 star but there have been times where they forgot to put our hubcaps on as well as air pressure caps.

Thanks to the guy with the black hair and beard ! For changing my oil and checking on another problem I had . You didn't have to but you did anyway . Now my daughter knows what to get fixed exactly. Very nice and friendly service !

Website says open at 7am, actually opened at 8am. Waited 1 hour for them to tell me they don't sell my size tire even though the tire brochure gives a price for them.

Well I gave Walmart another shot at an oil change and once again they fail. If you think your getting a deal with upsizing the oil change think again. What they say they do is not what they do. I won't trust them again. Supposedly with the upsale you get so much more, like fluid checks and filter checks, vacuum the carpet and what ever else he was running off the mouth about so fast I missed half. But I thought what the heck I need my fluids and filters checked. So I fell for the upsale. Fairly new car with 30000 miles didn't need to go too far up but anyway.I was nice and polite with the 1st few things I noticed that were wrong. Like when they say they are cleaning your windshield realize it's the outside window and when it's raining it's hard to tell they did clean it... So guess what they didn't... I didn't catch that till i got home and the windows were dry since it had quit raining. Clean the carpet.... I made them do that again cause it was a quick catch. They didn't reset the oil usage warning light but they did show me how after I asked why it wasn't done. Red fluid on the fender of my car had to make them wipe that off... said it was grease from down below. I can't say one way or another about that. Said they checked the fluids and the filters but the air filter hadn't been touched because the only fingerprints in the dust on the cover are mine. Fluid low on trans but did they tell me that???? NOPE. I just hope they really changed the oil filter since he mentioned it was hard to get to,,, looks like it may be new but at this point I don't trust anything. Coolant level is low but I'll have to check with my son to see how low it should be before you add to it, this I'm not sure of.All in all a shoddy job. I'll do it my self next time and know it's done right. Waste of my time and money. Oh and I didn't bother to contact the manager because it wouldn't matter. Walmart has flunkies doing their work and I should have realized that from the 1st time I went there and not thought "well maybe these guys care about what they do". NOPE same shi* different day. I might be a woman and you think you got one over on me and in a way you did. But women talk when things don't measure up and they don't come back again. Customer service was awful and they try to rip you off. No point at buying extra protection for your tires. They will lie and say you curbed something when you were given a faulty tire.

2 separate times I came here for tires and 2 different old dudes have really bad attitudes with customers including me and other people I've seen if it was such cheap service I would not come here for sure but I guess you get what you pay for.......Service: TiresService: Tires

Just so you know if you buy new tires at Walmart and you do not pay for the lifetime balance they will not balance the tires at all. They will let you drive home in a car that has unbalanced tires and that's Walmart policy as I'm told.

The auto manager was rude.I called ahead and drove to be told sorry about your luck. He called the clerk a liar. But I heard her ask if it would be ok.

Needed one tire broken down and a new valve stem installed. Got there 35 minutes before closing, 3 guys working on one car and they wouldn't help me.

Walmart.com says they open at 10am. Kenny behind the counter told me they didn t open til 11 and that he couldn t write me a ticket for an oil change til he knew if he had technicians coming in... How do you not know if you are gonna have even 1 tech in?? I m dumbfounded.

Got my oil changed and picked up some groceries. And was in and out in less than an hour. NO TOILET PAPER, OR PAPER TOWELS AGAIN THOUGH......

Not as good of a deal as you can find at a tire place but their reasonable if your in a crunch.
