Had my vehicle over 3 months. Went to pick it up and there was still a problem. They say it is not something they worked on so basically my problem not theirs. I always had wonderful service with Kelly. I've been dealing with Trevor and he is a joke.They are now working on the problem but I don't have a car and no longer have my rental. Fingers crossed that I actually get my car back tomorrow fixed as Trevor has said.

Janice was AMAZING and made this process extremely easy. I never once had to speak to the responsible party's insurance company, she handled everything from the estimate to making sure I had a rental car. Highly recommend!

We have used Bob Allen Collision twice in the past 12 months and each time they have done fabulous work, been timely in doing the work and their customer service is the best! I can't say enough nice things about them.
