Have had issues with our 2007 Nissan Murano since we purchased it two years ago, and we've taken to every mechanic in town, and the main issues were never resolved. We finally took it to Franks, and not only did he diagnose the issue with 99.9% certainty within 30 minutes of looking at it, but also went out of his way to come to our house to take us to the atm so we could get the money for the parts so he could start working on it, since we had no other way to get back to the location, being that we dropped our vehicle off the day before. 10/10 recommend

These guys are the best, I'm 6 months overdue on this review. I had a issue with my truck getting stuck in 4-lo and they were able to explain the issue and due to needing a part couldn't promise a permanent fix- When it got stuck a week later they fixed it again providing me some more time for a permanent fix and didn't even charge me, just did it as a favor. That shows they're about the customers. Have always been timely and affordable on all my auto issues. Franks is the best!

They've had my family's vehicle for months. They avoids calls and change the story of diagnosis & issues when theyre are reachable. No true logs of work done are kept nor any emails or texts sent to customers to ensure they know the activities weekly or even biweekly.Any good business has a full time staff that at least answers customers and print out or email work done and estimates beforehand so people know what they're facing in price. This one does not. Be sure to review the BBB site about this garage as well.The few good reviews you see here are the few out of many other customers that have not been taken care of properly.No proper system of inventory, no notes on each job to be done and only one mechanic or maybe two sometimes means there's no way anything will get done or properly for most customers.Apparently this shop has not had to deal with someone trained in Law or Law Enforcement, YET. But that's going to change real soon no doubt. State investigations can be filed through channels these people can't even spell.

Absolutely worst shop I advise any one to not take your car here. My car sit for a month with out being touched. As he lied about finding a used transmission for my car. He's a liar. And horrible business person DO NOT GO HERE.

These guys stayed open late to help us out, which was amazing. I thought we were getting an amazing deal when nobody else was even open. But the brand new brakes that they put on my van are warped and broken (it has been 2 weeks, they should still be almost perfect). We already have to replace them. went there for an oil leak and they looked at my engine with a flash light and told me it was something else that they don t fix and charged me $20 to flash a flashlight just to be wrong, highly don t recommend going here, better spot on gorden hill that does a great job and don t overcharge.

We were on a road trip from Illinois to Bristol, Va and the passenger side front caliper was smoking, after calling around to 5 other places and being turned down I found Frank's number and gave him a call, he said to bring it right over as we were only few miles away. He took care of us got us back on the road in a short time, I highly recommend them, great guys! Thanks Frank.

Wonderful knowledge ! Super honest and reliable . It s hard to find an honest mechanic. That s most important when it comes to vehicles . They re within good price and you will be taken care of.

Frank and Lloyd literally saved us from being stranded at a gas station. They put in several hours work past their normal day to help us get parts and repair after a highway breakdown.
