I m very happy with the car! Ross was a big help, he even delivered my car in our doorstep. He answer all my questions instantly either through phone or in person. Excellent customer service! The team went above and beyond to help my daughter find a new car that met the budget and her needs in a very quick time frame. They did everything they could to make it as easy as possible for me to assist remotely, since I live out of town. They even helped her drop off her rental car to get things taken care of easily for her. I truly appreciate the extra care, patience and education they provided my daughter, helping her through this process for the first time. We are very pleased with the car we purchased, as well as the warranty and service. We will definitely be back again for our next purchase!

I recently purchased an F150 from Tommy at Dan Franklin Ford in Columbia Kentucky. Tommy was absolutely fantastic. The entire team was I work with the finance guy Jason Pittman and he was also fantastic. I would recommend this dealership for future purchases and anyone who s looking to buy a car?

I would recommend Don Franklin Auto everyday! We visited the Columbia Dealership and had a great experience this morning with Ross Schambon leading the way to our purchase of a new car. Have never bought a car online or out of state. I found the truck that I wanted at Don Franklin Ford, in Kentucky. I live in Michigan and it was a flawless experience. The salesman Travis took great care of me walk me through the whole process. Truck arrived on time very courteous driver if you re looking to do online business out of state with Dan Franklin Ford I give them five stars

Don Franklin in Columbia fixed two recalls on my car when the Ford dealer in Glasgow kept telling me to call back next week to see if they had the parts. Don Franklin ordered them for me and made an appointment. I appreciate them getting the job done.

Our experience was beyond wonderful! We drove 3 hours from Tennessee to Kentucky to make this purchase. They treated us as if we were are a part of their family, warm sincere and genuine. They made a normally stressful transaction, smooth, quick and flawless. We will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else ever.

I have been pleased with my past experiences with the Don Franklin family of dealerships. In fact, I just purchased my second vehicle from them. Shout out to Tommy at Don Franklin Ford in Columbia for excellent customer service and assistance on my latest purchase. The use of choosing a vehicle was immensely helped by the fact that I could go online and find all cars in inventory, which helped me save a lot of time.

Don Franklin ford made a customer for life with my past purchase! They treated me like I was the only customer on the lot, and it was a fairly busy Saturday afternoon. In fact, I was on my way home and had an issue with my stereo, Adam offered to turn himself around to come back to work (after hours) to help figure it out. Yes they definitely got a lifer with me!
