Best rental experience, we've rented twice from him and plan to rent from this business from now on.We make trips across the country 6 times a year and the vehicles are well maintained and more reliable than any big box rental company I've ever rented from.I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

My first time using them and it will be my go to shop from now on. Decent pricing, quick service, on site car rental at more than reasonable prices and they generally went over and above my expectations. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Billy Rice and his staff are amazing. They know their craft and are thorough and quick about it. They communicate to you not at you. I know nothing about cars and I love that I've never felt taken advantage of or ridiculed for my lack of knowledge. If my family needs a rental car, needs to buy a new car, or needs something fixed on our cars then we immediately call them. They always take car of us. Thank you to Billy Rice and his team.

Mr. Rice has hands down provided the best vehicle and customer service I've ever experienced. I wrecked my brand new denali duramax out of state about 15 miles from his shop and took it there based off of the lack of options in the area. Not only was my vehicle repaired with all factory oem parts he also offered to pick me up from the enterprise rent-a-car when I couldn't find an uber or a lyft. He guarantees his work and provides very great service. I'd recommend him before anyone!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I've rented vehicles twice from this business. Both times they worked with me, as I work in Glasgow, so that I never had a late fee returning after 5. Very nice people to do business with.

My wife and I have done business with Billy for years when I was unavailable for different reasons he was very kind to my wife and her car needs. Billy is honest and doesn't talk BS, what he says is what he means and I like that in a businessman.
