Went to pick up stuff needed for an oil change. Items were easy to find and were on a special. I bought the oil and received the filter free. The staff on the other hand were not as helpful. No greeting as I entered the store, I was the only one in the store, and there were several employees. Nobody asked if I needed assistance. They didn't even ask if I found everything okay once I arrived at the counter. AutoZone is a great store and I prefer them over other parts stores in the area but staffing is an issue as with most businesses. I recommend doing the research before you go to the store and figuring out what parts you need, and part number(s). That way you know you're getting the correct items.

I needed a part for my truck. They said they could have it by the end of the day and would call me when it arrives. They called and were nice. This place does well here I ve never had a bad experience in the years I ve lived in the area.

I was on an out of state trip to Carrollton, and after noticing the sweet sweet smell of burnt antifreeze, discovered my water pump was on the verge of a catastrophic failure (bad bearing). An easy enough job with tools, which I did not have. The guys at this store were incredibly helpful, getting everything I needed to get it replaced, IN the parking lot. Thanks for the help guys in a stressful situation!

No one would help me at counter, at the very least someone could have said we see you it will be a few minutes. But, didn't even acknowledge I was in store. Left and went to advanced auto.

Hi y'all. It was going to rain soon. Since some of the rubber on my wiper blades was hanging off of both, badly needed 2. I parked and 2 workers was emptying trash cans dropped what they were doing & " can I help you?" I explained and he took off blades for me, we went in, he quickly grabbed new ones. At check out b4 I could ask. He had total up ( and he automatically did the veterans discount too !! ) $15 bucks later, i paid & went to my van & wow, had 1 done! And he put on other. But instead of like.. I'm done and walking away he thanked me for my service and said " b4 you leave here let's turn them on and test them. Wow cool huh.. They worked fine said our bye's and down the road happy I went.. So the whole experience was very goot. And a big thumbs up. Yes go there for your car needs.

Team member were good at correcting getting me the right part. But the system is absolutely awful. Because I didn't have my husband's card I had to buy the other part and now I have to drive 40 minutes back to Carrollton just to get my money back on the first part that was incorrect..

Had an outstanding experience today buying and refilling my Freon at this location. James Anderson was amazing with helping me out and I am blessed with air conditioning once more. Will definitely return to this location.

The staff is rude. I won't go back. I try to give places at least three chances and well it's had three. I asked about is rust prevention spray paint or something of that nature. They were snippy and acted as if I was doing a great disservice to man kind. God forbid you have a car that isn't common and you ask about parts. I have an old German car and my God it is like they hate me if I ask if there is a part in stock. AutoZone carries parts for it but this store may not have it in stock. I get that and that's fine because it isn't a common car. But if I ask you to see if you do have it don't bite my head off because I don't drive a Ford F-150. I asked for a part one time the guy said they don't carry parts for my car even though I looked it up online and was there to pick it up because it showed they had them in stock. It was a super simple part. A guide pin for a brake. Go to the Advanced up the road don't waste your time.

I was having the worst luck with my car one day needing a new battery battery terminals and a head light. My vehicle troubles went away when Colton helped me figure out parts i needed and even installed them for me. It was quick and very helpful, great customer service.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I was on the road and I needed a tool when I remember Auto Zone has always lended tools out. Although this time Auto Zone didn't have what I needed but the gentleman behind the counter said he might. We went out to his truck where he had what I needed, I fixed my trailer hitch and was on my way. Above and beyond great service.

Good experience with this location. The gentleman working went out of his way to accomodate me with returning some parts that I wound up not needing. They help you find what you need, pretty quick, which is great when you're in a hurry.

Changed my rating because the last few visits have been more difficult. Had issues getting correct parts, sales associates don't seem as knowledgeable as in the past.

My husband and I drove an hour to this location to buy a thermostat for our vehicle. The employee failed to tell us that this particular thermostat did not come with a gasket. This is something the employees should know to tell customers. I could have merely spent another $2-3 for a gasket while I was there, rather than $15-20 for another hour long trip each way (gas included).AutoZone, please train your "professionals" to better inform the customers of these types of things.

MEL WOODRING AND JAMES ANDERSON WERE SOOOOOO WELCOMING AND INVITING WHEN I ENTERED THE STORE!!!! They helped me find a jack that was right for my car and at the right price! Words cannot describe how helpful and amazing this AutoZone is with Mel and James working!!! I am sooooo appreciative of this amazing service and will definitely be back for all my auto needs!!!!

My go to for all my auto parts needs! The rewards program is nice too. Especially if you buy a lot of parts. I work on all my own and families vehicles, wouldn't go anywhere else for parts. I save a lot of money here.

Steve & Mercedes at 3590 in Carrollton Ky were a huge help today when my truck died about 1 mile from the store. I walked to the store and Mercedes greats me as I walked in and I preceded to tell her what happened and asked if there was anything they could do to help get the truck there to find out what was going on.she called Steve over and he offered to take me back to try to jump start it and Mercedes loaned me her cables. it took three jumps to get back to the store.the battery was bad as well as the alternator . My battery was under warranty so Mercedes swapped it and they had the alternator in stock I am well pleased with them and they really did go the extra mile

We went into the store to return parts and loaner tools. Even though we had a receipt the manager was so stupid he couldn't even refund our money. I highly suggest never stop in the store and have to deal with this.

Great; location, costumer service, extremely polite CSR! Awesome district manager and part sale management. Well kept and clean. Good oem parts and warranty. Priced fairly affordable etc. All around an excellent store.

They need to find employees that want to stay at work and open until the time that they are supposed to close. Instead of standing inside the door staring at multiple people trying to open the door 15 mins before they were supposed to be closed.

Its ok for generic stuff but if you want specific or quality parts you should use another supplier. The staff is not very knowledgeable in auto mechanics. Without the computer they are lost.

That's a really good place for me, helping me out with what I needed looking it up on the computer plus really nice , and if didn't or don't have what you need they'll order it for you and that's a winner
