They were able to get my BMW repaired faster than the local dealer service center. Quality work and OUTSTANDING customer service. They will be my first choice in any future maintenance needs for my car.

Ken at SI really made me feel so much better! I had an engine swap in my Jaguar f-type about 3000 miles ago and had such and AWFUL experience with Jag Land Rover Cinci that I refuse to ever walk back into that dealership again, no matter what. I was referred to Ken by a family friend and he did an amazing job looking everything over and double checking the work the dealership did. He also did a little work on my dad's Aston Martin a few months back as well and had no issues with that either. If you have a luxury vehicle I cant speak enough good things about this shop. I literally drive 35 minutes out of my way to come here. Thanks guys for all your hard work, I will be back!

The people at superior imports are great folks that always make sure you are taken care of. Dan will take the time to explain any issues and your options. I have been taking various vehicles to them for at least 5 years and have never been disappointed!

I cannot recommend them any more than five stars. I had a 10-year-old Silverado with only 124,000 miles. The engine failed. They put a brand new engine in my truck. It was a far greater option than trying to replace the truck in today s economy. They followed up making sure that everything is doing well. The mechanic who installed the engine continues to make sure I am pleased with its operation.

Unfortunately I own a 2016 Range Rover Evoque. I say Unfortunately because I should have known better then to buy a car with a reputation of needing repairs often and expensive ones at that. There was no way I was going to take my car to the Land Rover dealership in Cincinnati with their reputation of expensive repairs and long wait time for appointments. I asked around, made some inquiries and found Superior Imports in Burlington and i am very glad I did. I had been taking my car to Superior over the past year for oil changes and regular maintenance but one day the check engine light came on and the car felt sluggish. The car had only 50,000 miles on it by the way. Turns out I needed a timing chain and gears replaced. I explained to Kenny at Superior I was going to Florida on vacation in a couple of weeks and planned on taking the Range Rover. He told me to drop the car off and 5 days later I had the car back. The Dealership would have charged me double what i paid Superior, guaranteed. When I picked up the car Kenny said he felt bad having to do such a big repair on a car with only 50,000 miles on it to which I replied "don't feel bad it's what I get for buying a Range Rover", lol. I highly recommend Superior Imports in Burlington for your foreign car maintenance and repairs and a big thanks to Kenny for his helpand outstanding customer service. UPDATE: Let me start by saying that Superior stands behind it's repairs. After the timing repair the car started acting up where it would Rev up and down when at a stop. At first just occasionally but lately more often then not. I called Kenny at Superior and explained the situation and he had me bring the car in. Now I had mentioned this problem at my last oil change but they couldn't reproduce the problem but when I brought it in this time they were able to see what I was talking about and were able to diagnose the problem. It was decided that it was a timing problem from the original repair they did. The car was with them for a week and a half and they even obtained a new calibration tool to use. My final cost on this repair was nothing, zero, zip. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience with an auto repair shop. A special thanks to Kenny who kept me updated and has always been helpful and courteous to me and my wife.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is worth the wait. Make an appointment. They are excellent mechanics and really good people who care about you and your car. Thanks for fixing my car. The shaft eventually balanced out by driving.

Recently we were traveling from North Carolina to Minnesota for a family funeral when our 2009 Mercedes E350 dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and finally died. This was on a Friday night after 5:00 so we had to leave our car in a parking lot and dropped our keys at Superior Imports for Monday service.They towed my car into their shop, diag'ed the issue to a power exchange module and had it ready within a week. This was faster than I needed and I appreciated the communications and understanding of the shop.There were only a couple minor issues when I picked up the car but we did get back to North Carolina without incident..Thank you for your honest work!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great communication! Honest and thorough! If you have an import, that is the place to go! We had to wait three weeks for our vehicles appointment and I will say, it was well worth the wait!

Class act. Had a check engine light on. They were booked a couple of weeks out, and they still took time to read the code and tell me my options. They other shop wanted $170 just to check it out.

I needed a reliable Toyota-Lexus mechanic and am so glad to have found it at Superior. They are great people doing honest work on beautiful cars, something you just don t find everywhere anymore. They treat you like family, i can t stop in there without having a quick conversation with somebody. The older gentleman, specifically, who runs the shop is the best. These guys have saved me thousands in unnecessary repairs in just the two years i ve been going there. I got my family and friends taking their Lexus vehicles there now too and as I add more to my fleet they will always be brought here as well.

Superior Imports is my go-to mechanic for my cars, both of which have high mileage. Their prices are very reasonable and they are reliable and trustworthy. I recently was told by a Honda dealer that my brakes needed "immediate" work, so I took the car to Superior and they said the brakes were fine. I really appreciated that because they could've easily done the work anyway just to make a buck.

Steffen and the team at Superior Imports do a first class job, at a fair price. They have the knowledge and tooling to work on EU / German vehicles. They have won my business and will continue to take my BMW 7 series to them for routine service and any other work that may be needed.Great people & great service!

I took my vehicle to Superior for a second opinion after taking my car to the dealer for repairs to my A/C system. Not only did Superior offer to do the repairs for considerably less money, they found a problem that the dealer's technicians did not. Jim, who helped me get the estimate and make my appointment was great, every step of the way and the technicians did a fantastic job, very efficient. I had my vehicle back in a day and running great with A/C. Thank you to Jim W. and everyone at Superior!

They do great work quickly and for a fair price. All of the mechanics here are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a cozy waiting area, free WiFi, and free beverages. I've only lived in the area for 3 years, but I've had a few different vehicles in that time frame and Super Imports has done an excellent job with all of them. I couldn't be happier with them and will be a return customer for many years to come.

By far, this. Garage is amazing in customer service, the mechanics, all the staff!Had my Audi Quattro serviced for transmission and filter maintenance . Could not stay at facility and had only one vehicle. They came to my house, picked up vehicle, serviced it and then return same back to my home! Car feels with more power and torque in acceleration. They always follow through on all the work done, clean and safe! Thank you Dan, Jim and everyone else who helped me get my girl back in top shape!5 garage! Highly recommend!

These are the mechanics everyone wishes their friends would refer them to. They are honest, professional, reasonably-priced, (especially for working on a Mercedes), and they were very good about calling and keeping me up to date on progress. An easy recommendation.

Overall, I love and trust Superior. They have been honest and fair. We have had continued problems with one vehicle but we always walk away knowing they did the best they could and we received the best price we could.

The real deal! I took my car here for what I would consider to be fairly delicate and complicated internal engine work to install an aftermarket performance part. My car has run without issue, and I am grateful to them for the attention to detail shown. Highly recommended.

Professional German vehicle specialists. Dan and his team diagnose and call you before starting any repairs. They explain what the issues are and why they need to be completed. Dan is always patient and understanding and loves German cars as much as their owners. Although German car repairs can be pricey at times, Dan will always save you a lot more than a dealership and his team is very qualified.

Communication and bedside manner is what sets these guys apart. Sure, they have highly trained techs, but when it comes to setting and meeting expectations and carefully explaining what is wrong and explaining things so you can understand are priceless. Able to say "this is a big problem" or "don't worry about this one" is something that other mechanics avoid or worse yet tell you that everything needs fixed - Not Superior, they have plenty of business and have no need to upsell the petty repairs.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

$250 OIL CHANGETook our 2005 gti to have it checked. After 2 days we were called to pick it up. Putting proper weight oil in had solved oil light problem. But that was the only answer they had. The engine is still rocking and they have had two different answers as to why. Now temperature light comes on. We had mentioned smelling antifreeze and were told they didn't smell it after clearing computer. You can still smell it. We gave them $250 to scan it and change the oil. And their scan didn't even tell us what the problem was nor did they tell us what to do as a next. We were also never told about charges just to look at car, most places scan them now a days for free since they have the quick scanners. We actually told them.not to.do anything without our approval. A $250 bill is definitely something without approval.

I am a huge sceptic and rarely get a good job when ever I have had work done on a vehicle. But I have to say my experience at Superior Imports has won them a huge fan. Their techs are top notch. They do great work, and they were a great deal$$$ I will recomend them. And thank you Superior Imports for your good work, by the way I am in no way being paid for this. But felt it should be said.

My son's car was making a lot of noise each time he hit the smallest bump on the road...he took his car to a few other mechanics with no luck on fixing the problem. After talking with Dan/ Dave they asked that we bring it in. Long story short - his sway bars were broken. He's on the road again and mama has her car back!
