Gary force body shop continues the same great reputation that there dealership holds locally no matter the make or model. Only place in bowling green,ky that I d let repair and paint on my car. Best cycle times IMO. Never seen a bad paint job leave from here.

They did a great job on my car! I got really lucky and they got the part I needed quickly. I called Toyota about the part I needed and they said I would be the 257 person in my town that needed that part so it could take months and months. Getting the part so quickly isn t always the case so you can t blame them if it takes a while. They are super busy so as long as you recognize that they are working hard you can look past the fact that they don t really kill them with kindness. They have to deal with customers and insurance companies. If you ever had to deal with an insurance company, surely you know how difficult they can be. They had my car done much faster than they quoted me and that is much more important to me than anything else.Service: Body & Trim

This is the second time I have used Gary Force Paint and Body. The first time they repaired damage to my wife's van and I paid out of pocket. It was minor damage and a small ticket item but I got priority service. The second time was an accident claim on my daughter's car. I got the car back in half the time that I expected it, due to the extensive damage. They went above and beyond in their customer service. I'll never use anyone else. I wasn't treated like a customer, I was treated like a friend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had great experience with the shop. Mr. Jason was always polite, helpful and most importantly patient answered all my questions. Vehicle was done faster than time frame given at assessment. Not the best work that I have had with body shop They told me prices was a Walmart body shop. Prices work was better than theirs. Was told my car was being washed when I went to pick it up. Returned the rental came back to get my car. Went to put stuff in the car had got a handful of buffing compound on hands. The car smelt like buffing compound on the inside of the car the whole way home. Paint has small pits in back quarter panel.

I'm from Texas/Arkansas 9 hours away. We were on our way to a funeral and had a fender bender. I called and Spoke with Tim about being worried we wouldn't make it back home. We were able to pop in - pop out, and be safe in the knowledge that were driveable. Thank you guys!

When I hit a deer, my insurance company looked at a list of local body shops and their ratings. Gary Force had one of the higher ratings, so we went with them. I had never used them before, but I definitely say I would use them again. The ratings were right. They completed the job in a timely manner, but most importantly, the repair work was fantastic! I always worry about paint matching, most especially since it was my hood and right on the crease, but it is beautifully done to perfection. And the icing on the cake is they washed and cleaned my car to where it look like it rolled off of the showroom floor. I swear I have not been able to clean my car that good since the day I bought it. That was a pleasant surprise, and I am super thrilled with my repair job. I would highly recommend this company to any and every one!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

By far the easiest and most down to earth. They were honest and helped tremendously with insurance (who was an absolute nightmare). This is the second time my car has been here for repairs and I will continue to bring my vehicles. Absolutely 5 stars, if not more.

They fixed my car to better than it was before the accident condition and I highly recommend them. It did take awhile but if you want the job done right it's going to take some time, nice people good service can't recommend enough thanks for the great service I received I'll tell everyone who needs work done to go to you A+!

They have had my car since Jan. 10. It is now Feb. 23 and they still have it. At first they blamed the adjustor and insurance company for the delay, now they say the suspension rod was bent, so back to ordering and installing another part! It's like they forget about you unless you call and then they are defensive. I can't speak to the quality of their work. It's been six weeks and I'm still waiting. I'll post again when I actually have my car!Update: finally got my car. The work is excellent. Can't tell where the damage was. Paint job is perfect. If they could coordinate their timetable with their quality work I'd have nothing to complain about.

My car was hit and this was the preferred shop I was told to take my car to. I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but I got my car back several days ago and all the repairs look great! The paint matched very well and there were no odd gaps between the old body parts and the new. Jason was also very friendly and went out of his way to help me out.

I had my car parked up here for a few weeks waiting for an estimate. Upon not wanting to have them repair it, I discovered my entire windshield was cracked. Of course, they don't take responsibility for any vehicles on their property.. I highly advise anyone who needs their car repaired to seek help from another business. Not only did they quote me with a jacked up price, but they are rude and very unprofessional.

My wife had an accident while traveling. This was the closest place our insurance company had a relationship with so we had the car towed there. the car had damage to the front bumper & suspension. After repairs, the bodywork looked fine, but the alignment was terrible, & side marker cutouts in the bumper were very rough cuts. The end results could have been worse, but I'd still pay to have a car towed further instead of bringing it there again.

Terrible customer service. Dropped my vehicle off for passenger door damage. Picked the truck up and the engine had jumped time while in their possession. They put 17 miles on it while at their shop due to a window needing retint. The tint shop that was used is only a 12 mile round trip. Somehow this is my fault and I'm expected to be responsible for their mistake.

I went to Gary Force Body Shop on Vanderbilt Drive. I had backed into my upstairs neighbors car and it left two small dents and a tiny scratch. When I arrived at GFBS, they already had the estimate for me and it came to $1,119!!!! For just two very small dents and tiny scratch! Not to mention their customer service was awful. They acted like I committed a federal crime! I was doing the right thing by coming to get her car fixed and they were not nice or sympathetic at all about it.When we got that estimate we left and went to Davis and Sons Body Shop on Gordon Avenue. They were very nice and sympathetic to me and their total came to $370ish dollars with insurance. The lady there offered to lower the price to $300 if insurance wouldn't pay for it!If you get in a wreck, go to Davis and Sons! They are the best!
