My husband and I pulled up to get an oil change there was one car ahead of us and another in the shop. We waited patiently and then the car in front of us goes in and we are still waiting, I notice the guy looks at us sitting in our truck and says nothing, then my husband walks up to them and asks to use their bathroom he points to it and still says nothing. Then the car in front of us pulls away and we think ok we are about to be next but nope they close all the garage doors and just disappear I don t know if they went to lunch or what but after waiting 30 minutes I feel like someone should have said something to us, like hey we are about to take lunch if y all want to come back!!!! But even when my husband went in to use the restroom nobody said anything! After they closed the doors we still waiting another 10 minutes and nobody came to open the doors back up so.. that s kinda rude, I guess we will take our business elsewhere.

Fastest oil change we ever had no long wait. In and out in record time. My husband is old school he ask for a certain weight etc and they were able to provide it with no problem. I like that they are customer friendly.

Parker Quik Lube has been my go-to for oil changes for some time now, and the service has always been fast (but thorough) and friendly. I ve especially been impressed with the measures they ve taken during the Covid-19 pandemic to keep both customers and their employees safe. Keep up the good work, guys, and I ll see you again soon!

Good service. Doesn't try to up charge you with a bunch of things you don't need. While waiting one day saw them take care of a customer they made a mistake on. They didn't try to get out of it but fixed the problem. That is amazing now of days.

I ve been getting oil changes here for over 20 years with 3 vehicles. I ve never had a complaint. Fast friendly service. I started getting Valvoline in all my vehicles. Today June 22, 2020 due to COVID changes I had to sit in my vehicle while they did the work. They pumped the oil out of a barrel that said nothing about Valvoline on it. When I checked out I asked about the brand of oil and was told they switched to Servicepro a house brand about a year ago. The Valvoline signs are still up. No mention of generic oil. I m very disappointed with the owner. If you change something as important as the brand of oil customers should be informed. This is dishonest!!!! You just lost a formerly loyal customer today. Anything for an extra dollar.

Very courteous and extremely fast. Worth the extra few dollars to not have to wait an hour to get in and another hour to complete your service. Like other places in town.

Overpriced but staff very helpful. Next time I'm using Walmart, much cheaper. Mechanic couldn't find tool to reset check engine light. Seemed unprofessional.
