The team at Fletcher Motors does a great job. I have bought 2 cars from them so far. The first being a 2013 Chevy Sonic and the second being a 2009 Mazda CX-9. They are easy to work with and have a nice selection of cars to choose among which meet a variety of different needs for every buyer. Prices are reasonable. Staff isn't overly pushy which is nice. You can look at cars without being constantly pressured, or having them right next to you, unlike most lots. Brad, their sales manager, seems honest and communicates well. It has been a pleasure interacting with him both times. I am glad to support a local business here in Marshall County as well.

The best dealer experience ever! They were not pushy! Very honest about everything! Test drove one vehicle and fell in love with it! Was in and out in 20 minutes! Best part is the vehicle only has 59k Miles! I definitely recommend this dealer!!

Went in to test drive a 07 Cadillac Cts. I came to the conclusion that that model was not physically good fit for me. After speaking with Steve about my past vehicles, he brought to my attention a 2010 Buick Lucerne he had on the lot that I've overlooked.After a test drive, I fell in love with it. Low mileage, clean history, and just a well maintained vehicle. Of course, I did my due diligence and inspected the motor, checked all fluids, and even did a Google search for future make and model issues. Locked in the purchase price and secured financing.It was one of my best car purchasing experiences ever! Would definitely suggest Fletcher Motors to anyone.Happily floating down the road for several weeks now. Thanks, guys!

My daughter made her very first car purchase here, in October of 2022. A 2014 Chevy Cruse, we have been pouring money into it ever since. I feel bad as a parent not having done my homework before encouraging her to buy the car. Now, my husband and I are looking for him something and we have both said, we don't care how good of a deal it sounds, we know better.

It would be cheaper to buy a car with a credit card.When someone quotes you a 25% interest rate with a straight face and says it's because you dared to go to school, don't sit there and be nice to the guy's face like I did. He's not deserving of that. The guy talked to me like I didn't understand anything about financing when actually, he was offering insane options with a straight face. I had 25% down.These are crooks who are taking advantage of poor people in a bad situation.Also, before you sell a car on a lot, there shouldn't be lights on. There shouldn't be dead sensor batteries, especially since the car is at least $2k overpriced anyway. Even if it's little stuff, fix it before you charge me too much for a car that I'm settling for.Get it together. You deserve every single one of these negative reviews. You guys are the archetype of what people say to avoid in a car salesman. Cars aren't even brought to full condition and they're charging snake prices.

UPDATE to original review:I contacted owner as requested and have come to a satisfactory option, I will update again if not completely resolved. However, I am at this time changing my rating to 5 stars.Have your personal mechanic to check out vehicle your interested in! I usually do but fell in love with car. Bought a vehicle July 24, replied to two messages from Steve Fletcher 26th and 27th with my issue and no response, (automated text messages?). Took vehicle to my mechanic 8/4, (he was unavailable until then), he informed me the issue is torque converter going out. Spoke with salesman about issue when we met to have car inspected. I understand as is but having to replace a major part within two weeks of purchase ($700-$1000 is estimate).

Absolutely recommend. They had a truck that I wanted. They gave me a very fair value for my trade. I had done the research and knew what to expect. I'll absolutely go back to do business with them again.

I would advise anybody who was going to purchase a vehicle at this dealership to take it to a mechanic shop immediately!!! When I test drove my vehicle, I told him them that I felt all kinds of vibrations underneath my feet. They stated that they were going to get that looked at and they did not. My front sway bar links, and the struts were not in the correct place. I was told by two different mechanics that they ve never seen anything like that. The dealership did pay for that to be taken care of because I only had the car for one week. The rear struts and swaybar links need to be replaced as well but the dealership refused to pay for that because they stated it wasn t in dire need since they were still in the correct spot, even though the strut had oil in it, so there s some type of leak. Then I had to buy a new set of tires because the tires were from 2014 and was extremely dry rotted. Then three weeks later my brakes become stuck. I had to pay over $300 to get the brakes taken care of because the rotors were so warped and rusted as well as the brake pads. The caliper was so rusted it made my brakes stick. I have called the dealership numerous times they will not help me. I regret getting this vehicle from this dealership. It has been an absolute nightmare, how much money I ve had to put into this car.

Had a great experience with Steve. Wife and I was told by a friend to check Fletcher Motors out before making a decision - glad they mentioned. Ended up finding the perfect car within our budget.Extremely accommodating & strongly recommend.

I just want to say that they are great! Anything they can do for you they will. I would suggest anyone to go to them if you are wanting to deal with someone who is honest and makes you feel welcome. Thank you for helping me when I had so much going on in my life. After my wreck, everything had been going down hill and Steve came through for me. It is greatly appreciated!

The "I swear I won't sell it until I hear from you, just put your application in on line."....I put my application in, within 2hrs, as I had told him. (Car should have been frozen...to me, until bank answers. )Came in less than 24hrs later, they sold it out from under me. Low, very low.Even after telling them about other dealerships doing this.... he swore!!!What explaining will you do to your maker about doing people this way?

We were very impressed with the team at Fletcher Motors. First off let me say that we were searching online for a minivan and stubbled across a great deal on CarGurus for a vehicle at Fletcher Motors. The only problem was that we live in Missouri... Five and a half hours AWAY from Benton, KY. But we saw a great looking van for a great price so it definitely caught out attention. We made a call and explained the situation that IF we wanted to purchase the car we would be making a long trip and didn't want to make the drive and be disappointed by undisclosed damages or mechanical issues when we saw it in person. They understood and wanted to make us feel comfortable so they went over the van with a fine tooth comb and sent me pictures of all damages (all though they were all small). They tried out every single button to make sure it worked. They even sent me video's of specific things I had questions about. They went above and beyond what I asked to make sure the trip was worth it for us. The deal seemed too good to be true, but turns out it's been a great car that we have had for six weeks now. There has been a small issue or two with the van, but that would be the case with any used car. I definitely felt safe purchasing from Steve and his team, they genuinely cared about our situation, they didn't want to sell us a bad car that would break down on our long drive home either. So we got a great deal! The title arrived about 2 &1/2 to 3 weeks later which seemed fairly fast. I believe that they are good people that are trying to do the best they can to help others and are building a reputable company while doing so. Would I recommend Fletcher Motors?... ABSOLUTELY!

Purchased a vehicle with an as-is warranty and they still covered a payment that had to be made after the car was sold. Very good customer service provided and no doubt will look to shop here first for my next vehicle!

I recently bought a vehicle from Fletcher motorsGreat used car and no high pressure to close deal. I took 2 dats to decide and Steve , the owner, held car for me. Steve actually called me last week to check on car and it s been 90+ days.That is service and I ll buy again from Fletcher motors and refer my friends.Thank you Fletcher Motors

Kenny & Travis were wonderful to work with. Honest, trustworthy, and do whatever they can to make sure you are taken care of. I don't think I've ever gone through a car buying process so quickly and easily! Will definitely refer friends to them and work with them again in the future, wonderful experience!

I purchased a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 40,000 miles on it. Great vehicle, runs like a champ. Very happy with my purchase. Friendly, fair and honest family owned dealership :-)

Kenny was great to work with, not pushy at all like other salesmen. Very helpful and knowledgeable. My next vehicle I purchase will be from Fletchers. My temporary tags were going to expire I called them they sent everything I needed the next day. Great experience. Thanks guys!!

Contacted Matt about a passenger van. We agreed to a price and they would hold the vehicle because we are 600 miles away. Got everything ready. We rented a vehicle to drop off (not cheap), got a loan and about to head south figured we should call and check if there was anything else we would need. He stated someone else sold the van this morning. If they would have just let us know this morning it would have saved us hundreds of dollars. Beware.

I called about a vehicle there the man striaght out "LIED" TO ME he said the vehicle had no dents or scratches and runs good no engine or transmission problems and said the AC worked had a picture on there site showing the vehicle to look really good I drove 60 miles to buy the vehicle when I got there the vehicle had multiple dents very bad scratches all over it the engine was covered in oil when I started the engine up it started squalling like a power steering with no fluid in it and didn't stop the AC did not work at all the interior was literally ruined when I confronted the salesman about the LIES he told he just basically took the attitude of WELL TO BAD. I would recommend everyone to stay away from Fletcher Motors in Benton KY. I would give them a minus 5 stars

I drove 2 and a half hours to meet Kenny at fletcher automotive and man was it worth the trip! This guy goes way above and beyond what you could ever ask for! I was in and out in 30mins and in my state we have sales tax but that didn t slow Kenny down at all. All I had to to was sign on the dotted line and he took care of the rest! Highly recommend these guys!
