I had looked for a truck to fit my needs and my budget. I worked with Jim to get the best truck deal I could find after looking for months and in several states. I drove almost 200 miles to get there and the quality and integrity of everyone there stood out. Thanks to Jim and everyone there for making my trip the best.

Everyone was spectacular! I have to brag on Dakota for being superb and going the extra mile to take care of us so well!! He knew we were traveling to this location for a specific car and would not have a lot of time as we had to get back home quickly! He heard my request and made it happen! Also, Ken was excellent in taking time to explain some things, but also not making us feel pressured to add any extras that we didn't want. I have purchased many vehicles and this was by far the BEST car buying experience ever! I will make the drive to buy my next vehicle here!!

I purchased my truck from Country Chevrolet back in August and I love it! Ryan was so accommodating to my specific requests and Ken was great to work with as well. Needless to say the service is the best around and their vehicles are top quality with great prices. I highly recommend using Country Chevrolet for your next vehicle purchase!

Recently purchased my Camaro from Country Chevrolet. My experience was awesome thanks to Garrett! So often dealerships are pushy and make buying a car uncomfortable. Garrett made me feel like I was talking to a friend. His knowledge, professionalism, and customer service are exceptional. Even after the purchase he has continued to be attentive.

I'll be honest I have always been terrified to buy a vehicle from a dealership thinking it was a headache and hassle. Dakota Croft took me under his wing and helped me every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He answered all my questions, and never once pressured me. If the day ever comes I do business at Country Chevrolet again, Dakota will definitely be the guy I go to!

I m having transmission issues and your service people keep blowing me off saying that s just the way they perform. Well it s not right for it to slip and jerk and my check engine light is on and they want $400 to fix although I bought an extended warranty with truck so what good is that??

Nathan was our salesperson. While driving three hours to see the vehicle, we anticipated a high pressure salesman, that really didn't care about us, just a sale. We were so pleasantly surprised. Nathan never once made us feel pressured. He was knowledgeable, genuine and respectful! Everyone at Country Chevrolet worked with us in a way that felt fair. My husband and I said it is the best car buying experience we have ever had. It was well worth the drive to work with them. It was icing on the cake that the owner took the time to come in, thank us for our business and congratulate us. Country Chevrolet Buick GMC has GREAT customer service. We our new suburban! I've bought several vehicles in my time from various dealerships in different states and salesman. My best experience I have ever had is with Dakota at Country Chevrolet. They were super easy to work with, answered all my questions quickly and made the buying process painless and quick. I was in and out in no time once it came down to signing the paperwork. Dakota never pressured me and took really good care of me and still is even after the deal was completed. I would highly recommend contacting Dakota if you are interested in buying a vehicle from Country Chevrolet and want the best, quickest and easiest buying experience you have ever had, you will not regret it.

Had a problem getting a new hitch installed due to the dealership not being able to get it. Not the dealership fault but the supply chain problem. Needs fixing.

Dakota Fox is a knowledgeable and down to earth salesman. I respect the young man very much. He's a joy to do business with. One of the most important reasons for doing business at Country Chevrolet is the great service. Good service is what keeps the customer coming back. I can't say enough about Doris, John and yes Terry the" Master Mechanic" as far as I am concerned Terry is the best there is.

I bought a $12000 vehicle that the "financing "man recommended. Because I worked for his wife. Mr Franke....(6 months later)My payment is $400 a month on a vehicle that a tire can't hold air & the the gas gage is sooo far off its left me on the side of the road 4 times/ gas & tire.( shows 86 miles till empty, then says 2miles till empty INSTANTLY).. and better be by a gas station.I can't trust this vehicle AT ALL.Sorry, I can't trust you. Nor, your dealership.I was told, but didn't listen.WAY TOO HIGH OF PAYMENT FIRST OFF!

Everyone there was warm and friendly. I was greeted before I fully got out of the car. Dain Introduced himself and was courteous during the whole process. All questions were answered and I felt everything was explained in customer friendly manner. This was a quick yet detailed process. I would drive 6 hours again for the same experience.

They did Great job fixed my car and wanting to say Thank you so much for doing this to save my car a life and now it run better and got new remote for the car and the old remote no good they told me old remote is not working that is reason why pic show car with lock that explain why it won't start cuz of the remote not working and possible lot the code to connect to the car so i'm really glad they help and got it fix Thank you so much for your all hard work to fix it..... GREAT JOB!!! and whoever did fix my car wanting to say Thank to that guy who fixed my car did a great job too again THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! ya'll awesome

Was told we were purchasing a new car warranty of 100k miles for our $60k truck, but was lied to. Will purchase our new vehicles somewhere else. Be sure you check paperwork thoroughly before signing anything here!

As my wife and I was traveling back to Indiana from Texas. The charging system on our 2006 Buick quite working. I first call the Country Buick to see if they had time to get me back on the road home. The service manager said yes get it here, and we will look at it. Very helpful keep me informed about what was going on. The battery was good. After checking more she came back and said the Alternator was not working and gave me a price to replace it. We were only at there shop about 2 hours and we were back on the road. That is super fast service, great job by all there.Very Happy Customer

Everyone was kind and helpful and made an out-of-towner feel welcome. The experience was definitely fun, especially learning about all the different features my new vehicle was equipped with. Robert Lowe took a good amount of his time teaching me how to use some of the options. All-in-all a great experience.

I had a great experience at Country Chevrolet! My salesman, Jim Butcher, was very thorough and knowledgeable in answering all of the questions that I had! He really went above and beyond for me and helped me as much as he possibly could! Excellent customer service and everyone there made me feel welcome! I highly recommend this dealership! So thankful for each employee at Country Chevrolet who helped me purchase my 2022 Chevy Trailblazer LT.

The Salesman Mike Combs, was very helpful when searching for a vehicle, he wanted to make sure we found the right one that fit our needs. The financing was painless, paperwork took a little longer than expected. after purchase, we found the DVD players didn't work and Mike told me the service dept. would call, also it was a good thing I bought a warranty, that wasn't the case, I had to call them after a day. I was assured the issues would be taken care of, the service consultant said without using my warranty deductible. Dakota, the service consultant was extremely helpful! When purchasing a vehicle, unless disclosed first, everything should function when driving off the lot. Would I buy again from here, yes! Will make sure everything functions first, yes! GREAT PLACE TO BUY THOUGH, I highly recommend, ask for Mike!

Very clean dealership and lot! All staff were helpful and friendly. We visited an two different occasions and both of the salesmen we spoke with were extremely knowledgeable about all vehicles we looked at. Country has already taken care of two of our children and some family members with their vehicle purchases. We will definitely be repeat customers!
