I was hesitant about switching to a new auto insurance agency, but the customer service at Mountain Valley Insurance convinced me to make the change. The representative I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of my coverage options in detail. They also helped me find ways to save money on my policy without sacrificing coverage.

Mountain Valley Insurance is superb!!! The insurance process took about an hour. The representative was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They explained each item so that it was easy to understand. Good work!!!
