Stocked poorly. Had a oil change and return store statement reported I refused/declined a number of inspections, no one EVER talked to me.

Told them specifically not to put rim on in back of trunk because it was bent but they put it on with the new tires and put one that was on my car back in the trunk. Do not know how to follow instructions. They smile to your face like their listening but they are not. I ve given them several chances and they are just worthless and might mess up your vehicle take my advice and stay away.

Pretty tired of sitting and waiting for a oil change 2 plus hours and still waiting I mGetting a Dang oil change especially after I ve done walked around in here til I m half crippled and shopped til I m ready to drop!!! They said it would be a hour & half!!! What s the hold up??? You re changing my OIL I don t care if you re closing in 20 minutes!!! Not my problem!!

Second time I've used this company for an oil change, and it wasnt an hour later that my car was on the back of a tow truck, with the same issues as last time almost a year ago, allready nervous because last time after they changed my oil there, a hose blew on car soon as it warmed up. Same issue this time at least this time i wasnt on I- 64. another 70 bucks. will never bring my bussiness here again. Car hasnt had any issues, when i use other companies. 40 dollar oil change ends up costing hunderends of dollars.

The tires I needed were not in stock so I drove to the Ashland Walmart which didn't have a available time slot for installation so I purchased the tires there and hauled them back to Cannonsburg to be installed, however I did get the advertised sale and courteous service.

I would rather walk the green mile into the waiting arms of Percy than walk into those doors again. Those dudes were the most unprofessional and ego driven people I've ever met. Bro I will craft a tire out of aluminum foil before I walk back in there.

Broke my oil cap... twice. Took a total of 4 hours to get it done, including the time I had to go buy a new oil cap after to replace the first one. They replaced the second with some little junk cap. Charged me full price, never apologized for any of it. Blamed Auto zone for the second broken cap. Even though i have health issues that make it hard for me to work on cars anymore, I'll take that over ever using them again.Service: Oil change

I have always had to wait for over an hour for service from a 2 hr. New tires wait or an hour and a half for oil change but that's expected. But a battery change that they couldn't do because it wasn't secured properly was rediculas!

Worst store. People wait several hours for something as simple as an oil change but they will tell you it's an hour wait. 2 people are ahead of you. I could understand more than 4 people ahead of me taking 2 hours for mine but they should say that in advance. I arrived 2 hours later and found not only was my vehicle not done but several other vehicles were done ahead of mine when they came in after me. I know this because I was waiting to get up to the counter when they came in behind me. By the way, it took them only 15 minutes on mine. After it was done, Kyle drove my vehicle around at a high rate of speed right in front of me. I wouldn't recommend this store.

Pretty quick service. Everything seems in order mechanically. Competitive tire pricing and the option to add rotate and spin balance for the life of the tires is definitely worth it. I'd give 4 stars except they didn't return one of my old tires, as I requested, to use as a spare. Since I asked them to put it in my trunk, I didn't know until later.

Slow service. Over a year without a printer to print a reminder sticker for when oil change is due. They wont even write it down for you. When I asked about it they handed me the sticker and told me they don't have a pen.Update:Finally got a printer my last oil change 12/19. Better experience with staff. Changing review to 3 stars. Service speed could be faster.

Lady in the tire and lube is RUDEmy car sat there for 5 hours and got no call saying it was finished. I had to call into the store to find out it was finished and they stated they didn t call people to tell them when their vehicles are done . After I said well that doesn t make sense because you took my number down, would you want something you requested a service for to sit there for 5 hours and be finished but you weren t able to know because YOU didn t call them to find out? After that she stated my keys would be at the customer service desk and hung up

Bought a new tire. It went flat on the way home. I pumped it up and drove it back to get repaired. They told me that the tire was destroyed due to it going flat, and there was no sign of a puncture. All in all they wouldn't replace it. F this place.Service: TiresService: Tires

Give the price 5 stars but the service is horrible! 2hrs to change a battery! I finally got tired of waiting and asked a friend to bring me the tools and changed the battery in the parking lot! Horrible service!

Ashland Walmart has the worst tire and lube by far. I m leaving this review only because this is my third negative experience here.I used them today for a oil change, only because Valvoline was closed on Sunday. I pull up to the garage and no one is inside, yet there s a car in bay 1. I walk in and go to the service desk. No one is there. Three minutes later, 3 employees come strolling back.I tell them I need an oil change and proceed to hear an associate say, D@m# and I m assuming because it s his job! Terrible customer service and very poor level of professionalism! Never again will I use Walmart Tire and Lube!

I got here at 8:15am for a basic oil change. There was one car going into the garage at the time I drove up, my vehicle was next/first in line. I was told it would be no more than 45 minutes before my vehicle was finished. At 9:30am my vehicle was finally pulled into the garage bay, and at 10am I am still sitting here waiting for a basic oil change. The door in the auto center doesn't open, and there are guests simply trying to exit the store and they can't get out because the person behind the counter isn't paying attention to "buzz" them out - isn't that a safety violation that people can't exit!? C'mon Walmart, get it together - this is ALL complete ridiculousness.

I have had my oil changed here many times. They always do a very good thorough job. I have also had my tires worked on. I highly recommend them for either job on my car.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because they are awful .. dropped my car off and the man said it would be 30 minutes. Went back in 30 minutes and went to the service desk.. and he said.. no one has written up an order yet.... and the little fat boy a year service got a bit rude.. so I ask for my keys and Left.

Its Walmart. They have not been able to put tires on my car, said couldn't get lugs off. No problem at the tire shop I ended up going to. Couldn't change oil because they didn't have the wrench to get my oil filter canister lid off. It used a basic wrench to open it.

Terrible. Purchased a tire told me it would be back in 2 days and they would call. Didn t call so I called and told me the tire wasn t there yet and was unsure when it would arrive. Called 2 days after the fact and told me they have the tire but not sure when they could put it on. Terrible customer service lady was rude.

Was informed by cashier I was not allowed to bring regular merchandise at this register. I hate this because I always go in that entrance and use that register it is convenient for me. Anyway now if it is not something that I can only get at walmart I go elsewhere. But I do love Walmart.

We waited an hour to have a headlight replaced only to be told they didn't have the correct bulb. The people at the desk told us, "If we could find a headlight, they would install it for us and charge for labor." We bought the light and returned; only to be told they would not install the light if it was not purchased from Walmart. In total, Walmart wasted nearly two hours of our time. I will not be taking my car back to them.

Overall not the greatest the tires I bought online where lost for 2 days at the location the girl I talked to was rude and insisted that they see not there the manager of the store got involved and found the tires in receiving of the r tires e where put on because of a lug nut missing the 4 tire was not put o b due to them not fixing the issue .I assume they don't offer replacement studs ..price online was good customer service could use work
