Cody and his guys were absolutely awesome! Any questions I had they answered and made sure everything was topped off and everything was good/functioning. I ve had bad experiences before at places like this but these guys rock!

I rarely post reviews, but I will make an exception when it pertains to this business! Never have I been so pleased with the efficiency and professionalism that I experienced at this business! If you want to witness how a business should be run, then I suggest that you bring your car here to be serviced! I was so impressed that I tipped the entire crew! BRAVOService: Oil change

This is a great place. No waiting and service is fast and the team is very efficient! Prices are reasonable and I didn't even have to get out of my car while they worked! Highly recommended.

Awful car wash, had no soap, only water. The vacuum stole my money, the fragrance didn t work and neither did the carpet shampooer. Won t be back.

Most of the fellas that work here are great... last visit tho, a fella didn't put my oil cap back on my car and ut caused some problems and a mess...Prob. Won't be back

This is where I usually go just because it's convenient. Before this previous time, I had great customer service, the workers were all friendly, fast oil change and wipers changed. Also, they go by all covid-19 precautions.This go around was not the same (only thing that was the same was they still went by covid-19 precautions) but they were busier this go around ( but I didn't mind the wait, only like 10 minutes) all I needed was an oil change and I had a coupon for $10 off. (I have my 2 kids with me this time), the guy who helped me was rude, I had to say huh a few times because my kids were loud and inside the bay area was loud (which seemed to aggravate him even more) I asked about the coupon which he grabbed from my hand and said "as long as it's not expired" (it wasn't and I knew this) at this point I'm beyond aggravated, he asked my milage (I tried to look but since my car was saying 5% oil it wouldn't show me till I changed it and reset it) so I reset it and told him (my estimate in the 1st place was close enough) by the time I paid and left I was aggravated and mad because even if you're having a bad day, you treat your customers with respect and be friendly because it's your job (I've worked in retail for a long time to know this) If you don't wanna lose customers, make sure to always make them feel welcomed!

Always go here to get oil change the guy that runs the cash register is really friendly and makes the experience wonderful. I went here to wash my truck I put enough for 11 minutes in so I could wash it really well. 30 secs into washing and it just randomly shut off. I went to tell the guys working the oil place when I told them on of the guys acted mad that I came to them. He tried to give me $2 I told him I had 10 minutes left he rolled his eyes and sighed really loud. Then went back to the cash register and said I'll just turn it on for you. Told me I had to move to a different bay. When he turned it on it only had 9 minutes so he ripped me out of 1 minute and was really rude to me about it.

Had an oil change here then I noticed I had an oil leak in my driveway, brought car back & was told it was probably a oil gasket then I took to mechanic it cost me $80 at mechanic for an oil filter leak. I would NOT recommend this location.

Excellent service! My daughter took her car in and they went above and beyond to service her car! We won't go anywhere else but here for oil changes!

On May 28th I used the touch free car wash, which I have in past, due to new car didn't want scratching, put money in drove inside until it said stop, it proceeded to soap and rinse, then stopped immediately, looked up to left, said in green back up, waited a moment nothing , so I backed and when I did, I heard crunch, I pulled forward, took pics, told manager, he didn't seem to care, then told employees to give me owners number, so I've called approximately 6 times, once I was told they had a death in family, so I respected and waited, still nothing 3 weeks later, called again, with no response, left detailed message, it is now a month and heard absolutely nothing, next measure is Attorney General Consuner Compliant, I work very hard for my car and simply want it fixed!! cracked spoiler and scrathes! ! only reason I went to this car wash is that it was touch free, thinking it would be safe..

Arrived at 645pm stated 8 should have arrived earlier. Tokd them I was busy all day they said well we worked all day get here earlier. I have l of this on video too. Thus is the most unprofessional business experience violins where is yoyr customer service skills coming from? This also happened in Xerido/Kenora, is this tge same winter?

The car wash was awful. I paid 10 dollars, it did the under carriage and then just stopped. The men working there knew nothing about it. Your money has to be right off the press for the machines to take it. It was a God awful experience. Don't go there.

Went to this location the day before to see it they could do a coolant flush on my truck and ask what time they opened the next dayThey said yes so I was there when they open first thing in the morningPull my truck in they pop the hood go to there little back room come back and say we don t have one of the fitting we need so we can not do your flushWast of my time if they would have told me the day befor I would have went somewhere elseWould have given zero stars if I could
