I tried calling about 7 other places before being recommended to come here for an alignment on my BMW. I made an appointment and everything went awesomely! Robert Lovely got the job done quickly (within an hour) and the man at the front desk (I didn t catch his name) is very nice. We had a great conversation while waiting for my car to get done. I will definitely be coming back for any other issues I have with my car that I or my fianc� can t do ourselves (:Service: Wheel alignment

When had to find new mechanic I was referred to Omni a couple times in the past. Tried to get free break check from Firestone, but they refused to look at my van on day of appointment cuz van has rust. Desperate, I went to Omni, they didn't hesitate to look at it. When repair turned out to be more than I was hoping for they didn't charge me for the break check and didn't over charge for repairs either. And because of the desperate need to have my van back in a day's time. They did not hesitate to accommodate my needs. I cannot thank Omni enough for helping me be able to keep my job by getting my van repaired immediately. I was able to have it back when I got off work that next day. Thank you Omni, I will be bringing Cherry back for more repairs as I am able to.

Did a wonderful job on my brakes and rotors and was a lot cheaper than the last shop I had work on my car. They were very friendly and quick. Will definitely use in the future.

I called on a Saturday about 5 minutes before they closed and he had me bring my truck in to fix my exhaust after hours. It was a bad problem that I had to have fixed because I was leaving for Maryland the next day. They were great and had me in and out less than an hour! Fantastic service and talk about putting customers first! They have my business!!

This is a fantastic family-run business that I've been going to for years. The owner stands by his work, fixes problems that arise, and is really good with his customers. It's nice being able to go to a place that isn't intimidating, and as someone who doesn't understand much about cars, they always explain things to me. I've been cheated elsewhere, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else (other than the name brand lot they came from if necessary for recalls) But Omni is who I trust.

I went to Kroger's for some last minute shopping for my kids. It was really cold outside and I had my 2-year-old with me. I was in a hurry and accidentally locked my keys in my car. One of the owners had seen me outside with my son and called one of his employees to come and unlock my car. I have had one heck of a week but this random act of kindness made me remember there are still good people on this earth.

Omni is the best place in Ashland to have your car repaired. Mike, the owner is a great and trustworthy mechanic, two qualities that seem impossible to find in an automotive shop these days. He and his guys have done tires, alignments, and engine work on multiple cars for me and it has always been done timely and right. His prices are fair and the quality is great!

Wow, surprised to see a couple 1 start reviews whenever mine and my family s experience has been nothing but phenomenal! Are they pricey? Yeah! But you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend Omni to anyone.

I tried out Omni because I assumed, because they advertise being BMW mechanics, that they have a specialist knowledge and attention to detail. In reality, they charged the high prices of a specialist (a bit higher than the dealership, actually), but didn t do what they said they would. Me: you lubed the chassis? Omni: yep! Get home... grease fittings dry and dirty (meaning they weren t lubed). Even some of the basics like installing a new oil drain plug crush washer before reinstalling the plug were skipped. I guess I ll live with a slight oil seep until the next oil change. On the positive side, the tech did point out a few upcoming to-do items, which I personally appreciate knowing about before they become big items. Bottom line: friendly? Meh. Detailed, correct work? Not really. Do everything they said? Nope. Looking over the vehicle for potential problems? Yep. Prices? From my visit, a bit high.

They do great work but you get what you pay for and he can get a little carried away price wise when you can go elsewhere and save some cash

Took my whole Social Security check amount for two repairs which may not even have been done,then said I need a new motor. Will not return.

These people are dishonest and will take string you along for as long as they can !!! I wish I could accurately put into words the disgust I have for these crooks !!! Please don't waste your hard earned money or time on these people !!!
