I tried out Oil Changers at 3510 Winchester for the first time last month and these guys are world-class. They do all the things you'd look for when getting an oil change, including making sure your tires all have the right pressure. They also will top off your fluids between oil changes and when I stopped in for that they didn't only top off my oil but all my fluids and offered to check my tires' air pressure again...and they were happy I was there. I had a defective oil cap and Josh, Richard and Joe who were assisting me that day showed me how to test an oil cap to make sure it's got a good seal. Everyone there was super, super friendly and professional. I'm 59 and have never been to a better oil-change place. These guys have me as a customer for life and I highly encourage you to stop by there and you'll be one too after that.

This is the only place I go! The guys here are fantastic and very courteous and efficient! Richard always makes sure you understand everything that is going on and they don't try to push things on you although they do tell you what you need and leave it entirely up to you! Love this place!

Came in today for an oil change and couldn't have asked for better help!Josh, Richard, Joe and Mike all went above and beyond to get the job done! So helpful and approachable! Oil changed, windshield wipers changed and filters! Great job guys! I will go nowhere else

Took my car to them for an oil change and they were absolutely fantastic, took care of everything quick and were extremely helpful to get everything I needed done done in a timely manner. I will be coming back and recommending all of my friends and family to head to them for all of their oil changing needs!

The men that worked here(sorry I can t remember all there names) they was very friendly and professional. They checked all my fluids, tires ,under the hood and told me everything that I needed to get done. They changed my oil,air filter and even flushed my power steering fluid. They also gave me recommendations on places to go to get the other work I needed. I will definitely be going back and this will be my go to oil change place and I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Thank you!

Josh, Rex, and Joey showed excellent communication skills and customer satisfaction while servicing my truck today. They all went above and beyond regular maintenance for my vehicle and explained exactly what they were doing so that I was comfortable.

Rex was my maintenance tech today. He went over and beyond with servicing my vehicle. Including cleaning my battery terminals, windshield and back glass. I appreciate his workmanship so much for its very important in keeping my 2013 Kia Soul running as long as possible. I have been coming here for years with good and friendly service. But today was exceptionally good and Josh and Rex both were friendly and helpful techs today. Glad they were my techs today....thank you.

Richard and Joseph gave excellent customer service at the Ashland, KY location. This is the only place I bring my vehicles. They are very trustworthy, informative and friendly.

A little expensive but my truck takes over 7 quarts of synthetic oil. In addition to super friendly, fast and efficient crew they check and fill fluids tire pressure. Open 7 days a week which is awesome (as of 4/9/2024)

I got my oil changed by Joe and Richard. They are the most polite gentleman I have encountered in this line of work. I usually dread getting this done but they make it so pleasant that I now look forward to have my oil changed. They did the whole nine yards, my windshield, tires, filled all my fluids up under my hood. I am grateful these guys are there for me and wont ever go anywhere else to get my oil changed. God Bless

Three months ago I went to the one in Louisa KY .Today I went to the one in Ashland KY I was very well pleased with the Ashland store very friendly and checked my lights and was real attentive to my oil change. U will be using the Ashland store from now on. I felt like they really cared about my vehicle.

I came here today because of an issue I had early with Walmart. Not only was all the guys Amazing and knew what they was doing, but they talked me threw some issues I had prior to Walmart doings. They even had to go buy a part to take my plug off that Walmart stripped. They was all friendly! I would 100% recommend this place over anywhere in Ashland ky.

We really love this place. We have been coming here for a few years now because of the customer service. We live a bit away but still come here because they are always so kind and take care of us. Today, Richard was my service tech and he explained a few extra things I needed and had a great sense of humor and put up with my bad jokes and all! Can t recommend them enough!

We from out of town during the snow storm this past weekend and stopped at the gas station next door. We were looking for wiper fluid and he heard us asking and told us to come on over and he filled us up! Super nice guys.

Fast, friendly and great quality work. I ve brought my Chevy Malibu here many times and each time they treat me and my vehicle with attention to detail. Only place I go to for oil changes.
