Very helpful sales associates and management. I called first to aquire about the part I needed. Not only did he check the computer, but he went & got the the part (bc it was needed urgent) to make for sure he had it in store before I came down. They were very courteous, helpful, and friendly. I will return & definitely recommend!

Customer service was phenomenal at this location! The employee that helped me This evening Went above and beyond their initial job duties the entire staff was kind courteous and helpful very patient even in the sense of helping me cross reference parts needed with parts that I previously own. highly recommend in this location.

Went in for an air filter. Very nice, and helpful. Even put air filter in Jeep! I give them 5 stars. :)

Visited there dec 23rd. I am on oxygen and have limited mobility. I ask their salesperson if he could check my oil and sell me 5 qrts. He said they are not allowed to do that. Bir here he is installing wiper blades. Js

The guy at O'Reilly's in Flatwoods very rude... No help whatsoever had to go to Ashland to get the parts that they had at Flatwoods

Very disappointed when a manager calls a employee a name in front of customers. He shouldnt have a job and very unprofessional. Wont shop there no more. Advance gets my business.
