This was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Aaron worked tirelessly to make sure that I got the truck that I wanted. he and his team members are great bunch of people and I think the Mark Porter Ashland group for all they have done for me. I absolutely love my new vehicle.

Everything was really nice and clean. All of the sales reps were very nice, always asking if there was anything that they could help me with. The owner, Mark Porter introduced himself this morning, very nice gentleman to talk with. Yes, I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends .

Nothing but great things to say!! We Had a very easy quick professional customer service experience!! The hubby and I have looked at multiple places from Cincinnati, Lexington & ended up Right back in the tri-state @Don Hall & they gave us a very awesome experience!!Josh Noel was absolutely 100% backing up anything that came out of his mouth or with anything we asked which wasn't much but he still took everything into consideration and got us exactly what we could handle!!!Thank you Josh and thank you for everyone that was polite and friendly as we were coming and going everyone gave off a great customer service atmosphere To Everyone take the time to check in with Don Hall / Josh Noel Again THANK YOU DON HALL!!

I started my journey with Lisa (Sales Rep), she answered my questions, did the leg work with photos, application and scheduled my appointment. She was not going to be available the day of the appointment, so she informed me that Josh was taking over and will meet my wife and I when we arrived. Josh gave us a tour and features of the vehicle, helped us with activating Onstar, allowed us to do a test drive, had all personnel available for signing multiple documents and the deal was done. So, we're very grateful for the smooth transition, hospitality and professionalism from the two Sales Reps and the Don Hall Dealership Team. Thanks for the opportunity!

Mr delawder our sales person was exceptional. I have purchased dozens of vehicles and the purchase experience has often been a trial. Mr delawder was intelligent, informative, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him

My car still isn't fix. I have yet to be able to drive it. My first payment is due on Thursday and I haven't had my car for more then an hour before I have had to take it back to the shop.

Excellent experience. Great knowledgeable people. Willing to work with me at every step of the process. The sales and finance department were especially nice. Our sales person took a lot of extra time and trouble to explain the vehicle and the technology in the vehicle. The vehicle was ready ahead of time and ready to go. I have a really high regard for all the people at Don Hall Chevrolet.

I was very pleasantly surprised at my experience. I honestly didn t figure anyone would care about my service and figured it would take forever. A lady named Paula Kellogg is textbook perfect at customer service! She was funny, personable, kind and sweet all at the same time! I loved her! On top of that, I was taken in BEFORE my scheduled time and it took the techs less time than anticipated. I was extremely pleased and satisfied. I WILL be back.

Nice folks for sure! I drove from Central Ohio to buy a 2024 3500 Denali ultimate. It was the only one within 400 miles, and they still gave me a pretty good deal. Everyone was very nice and I love the small town feel of the dealership as the finance guy was listening to the Reds game! Thumbs up in my book. I felt bad for the detail employee because he made my truck look beautiful 4.5 minutes before it rained lol. The salesman was very nice but I'm an idiot and I don't remember his name. Sorry sir.

I ve purchased many cars over the years from different dealerships around the country. This was, by far, the best experience I ve ever had buying a car! Josh was up front about everything and made sure I was 100% happy and ready to purchase. I didn t feel pressured, which is a big thing for me. This was a huge purchase so I wanted to make sure that I was making the right choice.The sales manager took time to answer any questions we had and went into complete detail about everything, as we wanted to insure we had the right warranty for our new car.I ll recommend them to everyone I know looking for a car. I would say I ll go back, but I m absolutely in LOVE with my car and don t think I ll ever trade it! LOL

Went in to look at the new Trax. Told them what I was looking for. They pulled up one for me to test drive. I am a previous Trax owner and I was very pleased with the improvements on the car.

As always, Don Hall Service Center exceeded my expectations! I am originally from Ironton, but no longer live in the area. I have had four Cadillac Escalades in the past ten years and I have always had them serviced at Don Hall (No matter how far away I lived) when I come home to visit with my family. The service center has always been up front with parts, service, and costs, and I would not trust any other Cadillac/GM dealer with my vehicles! Paula has always been so polite and helpful and she has great communication. Herbie is the best and so friendly, and he's always so gracious to give me a shuttle back and forth from my mother's house. The process of getting my vehicle serviced is effortless and Don Hall makes it so easy for me to drop my car off quickly, so I do not lose any of my work time during the day. Thank you so much for always being so kind to me and for always providing excellent unbeatable service!

We were driving by and saw the truck we wanted, got out to look at it and Rick approached us within a couple minutes. He was not overly pushy and very open to listen to our needs. We talked a while, ran some numbers, and he was very supportive and patient as we considered what was the best option for us. Very happy with our new truck. Rick M. proved to be a valuable asset to Don Hall SuperCenter!

Great job guys. I would not trust these guys to do any sort of business. These crooks said they have to charge us 5k over for a vehicle because we re from out of state. WHAT??? We will be contacting GMC directly for these actions. Wow. These are the type of people you never do business with. Guaranteed to be bad.

Let me tell you something. I tried to purchase a $115,000 hummer from this dealership and they collected all of my information including my wife s information and then insisted on not selling me the vehicle because they were making more money from someone else. Stay away. These guys are as crooked as they come. They wanted all my information and my wife s information to just not sell us the vehicle. Stay away.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Don Hall SuperCenter. I was greeted quickly by Terry Delawder, who helped track down the new 2023 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 that I was interested in. It was actually on its way via dealer trade, and we negotiated the purchase prior to its arrival. He and all the other employees were nice and respectful during my time at the dealership. I would definitely recommend Terry to anyone looking to buy a GM Product through Don Hall.
