Kept our truck a month didn't have a rental and didn't even fix the issue! We had to call to check on it because no one called us to keep us updated about what was going on and we were told they would!Better service when it was Don Hall!

Took my vehicle to be diagnosed what the noise in the engine was, Left the vehicle overnight on 10/18/2022 and on 10/19/2022 they started the vehicle that morning and didn't hear anything. They called said they didn't hear anything. Picked my vehicle up was changed $144.40 for them starting my vehicle!!! They didn't even pull it inside!!! Also needed air in a tire and they didn't even do that!!! RUN!!!!! DON'T EVER TAKE ANYTHING TO DON HALL!!! A friend bought a Cadillac Escalade from them and after her warranty they said her bill was $4500!! They are nothing but a complete and TOTAL RIP OFF!!! You have been forewarned!!! STAY AWAY FROM DON HALL!!! Oh and DO NOT , I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!Service: Engine repair
