Great crew from top to bottom. I showed up a little over an hour before close and they were more than happy to listen to what I wanted done and take care of my needs. The manager was quick to have my car on a lift and servicing my vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic job by everybody! Went in for a tire rotation, alignment, and balancing which they performed perfectly and within a quick manner! They also performed a complete service inspection as well as telling me other parts were getting worn which are in need of replacement soon. Ten stars isn t an option, so five stars will suffice!

I was there on 2/14 and I believe Tyler and Ryan were the guys who helped me. Absolutely obsessed w them. Give them a raise. Was there for a pharmacy school interview and my tire popped on the way. Had a really long day & they got me a new tire and ready to go home SO FAST. Literally saved my life! Plus they were so kind and talked to me the whole time. SO SO appreciative of these two!

This place is great...always able to work my vehicle in on short notice when I need them and do a great job. Had a tire punctured, and not only did they point out that the tire was covered by their road hazard warranty, but they had it changed and had me back on the road in just a couple of hours after a surprise drop in.

I have had nothing but poor service from this place. I ve tried, I really have. But this was the last straw. Just a few months ago I got new brake pads put onto my car. Ordered them ahead of time, explained I had a limited time during my lunch to get it done. Well they exceeded that, had to DoorDash the part from O Reillys they said. Thankfully I could get a ride back to work then again to pick up my car right before closing time. Fast forward a few months. My brakes are literally metal to metal. There s no way I ve burned through them. I m done with their subpar service and will not be back.

They went to all lengths to make sure my vehicle was repaired on one of the worst days due to a snow storm. They were extremely nice and made it their personal business to make sure my vehicle everything worked before it left the garage. I couldn't thank them enough for everything they did for me.

Would not recommend. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Technician "forgot" to put the cap on my coolant reservoir causing over $2,000 worth of engine damage, blew out my entire water pump, and additional engine damage is pending. I'm now looking at a total engine replacement (which basically begins at around $4,000) all because he "forgot" to do something.There was a problem vehicle in the bay and instead of paying attention they decided to be negligent and go between vehicles. Not only that, but the manager who oversaw that was FIRED for negligence regarding other things.And thier corporate isn't much better. They ruined my dream car that I worked hard to take care of. Corporate wants to total out my car and not even compensate for the fact my fiance and I now have to jump through hoops and we've been paying everything out of pocket. Firestone fidnt even offer a rental car. They just leave you stranded. Took forever to even put paperwork in to where I had to file a claim myself. Not to mention technician did tests of my car that he aparently was not qualified to do which I was later told by the GM. Sloppy. Lazy. Negligent. Overall just dissapointing.I even gave several chances to make it right (I had to go back to have them reset my meter because even after redoing my oil change- probably to hide the fact my engine was screwed- they STILL didn't reset my meter.)And this doesn't even mention the fact when my engine burned it it shut down on the highway which almost got me into am accident with someone else truck. They could have gotten someone KILLED because they were to lazy to check thier own work.The best part is my coolant is damn near neon orange. The cap is bigger than my palm and jet black to contrast. Where did the cap go you ask? INSIDE THE HOOD. SET BETWEEN TWO HOSES. Not even out of the car. He stuck it in my car and just left it there. Ridiculous.First time I've ever taken my car to a mechanic because I moved states a few months ago.I told myself to be patient and nice and not blast this on reviews but I'd rather it not happen to someone else.The only reason one star is deserved is because the GM and manager attempted to make it right but the damage was already done. If it wasn't for that I'd give 0 stars.Now I have a broken dream car that is basically totaled, I'm going to have lawyer fees and have to go through court or arbitration just to get even a rental vehicle covered and my car fixed.Just to recap foe ya'll - I came in for a standard oil change - left with over $2,000 worth of damage (not including the water pump price) and am looking at a total engine replacement which runs $4-8,000.UPDATE: I need a total engine replacement. 10,000$ because my car is a 1.4 cylinder dual transmission.Also thier claims wants to wipe thier hands clean and not even get me a car that is similar condition to mine. They want to give me peanuts for what they caused.Don't EVER come to firestone. Ever.

We were driving across Kentucky when suddenly our low tire pressure alert lit up - what a potential disaster on a Friday evening before Christmas! A quick internet search revealed there was a Firestone in Ashland, and we headed their way. Less than an hour later we rolled in, and the guys there jumped into action. They quickly patched the hole where we had picked up a nail, and we were back on our way. Disaster averted! So grateful to the pros who saved our trip.

I waited for 4 n half hours to get an alignment. Told them twice to make sure my steering wheel was straight. Still didn't do it right. Came back to have them fix it and the pulling to the right. They just happened to be closing 2 hours early because of construction to road. People work for a living, the manager told me to bring it in. I have new tires, now they are being shredded. Do not go here.

Great place to work with. Thought I had bad breaks it turns out it was something else. They worked on my car until they got it right and didn't charge me a penny more then they quoted.

Will not be a returning customer; not pleased or comfortable re: the following: ALL four (4) All Weather Tires purchased late 2020 under guarantee/warranty for 65,000 miles reached unsafe tread status at 30,000 miles and required replacement while out-of-town. Damages to ALL four tires, including the thin-worn tread ones were described as manufacturer defect, while 1 of the tires had gone completely flat w/ buckled belt inside the tire, again as a Mfg defect - and instead of replacing them under warranty, was charged almost $500.00.Service: Tires

Showed up an hour before closing to get a battery, not one car in any shop bay yet they wouldn t even try to help me out. The guy at the counter didn t even ask anyone in the shop. He just said yeah we can t get you in tonight .. TO SIMPLY CHANGE A BATTERY

My village had no tire repair, or replacement. So I called the nearest location to me. Firestone, said they had the tire I needed. They were polite and quick. I feel like $90 for a tire replacement was correct. So everything went smoothly. I feel like I would shop there again. 100%

Very reliable auto repair. They don t over charge you,price is reasonable and quality is good too. They usually give you appointment 3 days by the time you call,but they are doing pretty good job. Price always come out cheaper than they quoted when you making payments. They don t convince you to fix unnecessary part to get more money,many repair shop try to charge you more and more. Especially when you are a female driver,some mechanics are sly. Don t ever go to Hometown Auto Repair

I left my car there and took my grandpa out to lunch in his car. The team seemed really nice and professional, I even signed up for the credit card (which I'll probably now cancel.)I get a call and they tell me that they can't get the car started, so I ask if they tried moving the wheel or troubleshooting at all, which they say they didn't. They say they will try a few things and call back if there is any issues. They call me back ten minutes later and say that three techs had tried starting the car and that it's not turning, to which I concernedly said "I don't know then, I'll be back in thirty to evaluate what's wrong."I get there, get the keys, they tell me that it's futile unless I have "magic hands," so I go out, put the key in, turn the key and it starts instantly without any problems at all. No need to move the wheel, take it in and out of park or anything. I go in and honestly ask "should I leave this with y'all because it started instantly without any problems and this is a bit concerning?"The British gent in there who I was having great conversation with earlier started getting mad and said "well you can take it somewhere else" and kept saying that I'm an aggravated tone, so I left and took my car to Charlie's Tires over in Ironton. I paid $34 more and at least they can start the car and was treated with respect.Horrible experience. Can't believe the rudeness, especially over their own teams incompetence.Never going back and will propagate this story to everyone I know who needs tires.

My wife paid for the lifetime alignment, but they refuse to align the car unless she paid them $1,100 to fix something . We took the car to a very good mechanic and he said there was nothing wrong with it. That s the second time Firestone tried that stuff. We decided to never take our cars back to firestone anymore and they can keep the lifetime alignment. Waste of moneyService: Wheel alignment

My Son takes His 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan there. They do really good work there. I guess when I get to where I can't do any of my own work I will have a nice place to take my vehicles to. They are very helpful & treat You with the most respect anyone could have gotten. They even thanked me for Serving in Our Armed Forces. Then They gave me a Military Discount for my Son's 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. I would definitely send any of my Friends and Relatives there to get work done on Their vehicles. I have never heard anything bad about this place either. Thank You all. GOD Bless from he Witkus Family in Kentucky

These guys went above and beyond to accommodate to me and my 1 yo twins. I ask if they could drop us off at the mall and pick us back up and they didn't hesitate to help me out. I don't think sitting in a waiting area would have been fun for the twins or myself lol. So a big thank you to the team for helping me keep my sanity

I had a set of tires shipped there for my Subaru STI. They did an excellent job mounting them, were very professional, and friendly. I was initially worried because I dont like other people working on my car but they treated my car well and I left happy and at peace.
