I went there for an oil change and asked them to check wheel bearings. They said I need rear brakes and rotors. Came back and had rear brakes and rotors replaced at quoted price, they told me a brake caliber was bad and it would cost an additional $140. They failed to mention that price didn't include labor. And there was another $15 charge, plus tax, so my bill was nearly double what I expected it to be. They said it was not wheel bearings. I was there from 8:15am until 11:30.I left there and abs light came on, brakes started grabbing, and traction control light was on. I returned the car and they did take wheels off, looked, and checked codes, said nothing they did caused that. Now they say wheel bearings may be bad and wants me to return the car tomorrow for another man to look at it.I will be taking the vehicle to an actual mechanic to get these things corrected and proper diagnosis.

Excellent staff to deal with. Very competitive prices and excellent workmanship. Had new tires mounted on new mag wheels with TPMS. Not a mark nowhere.

Tire lasted a week and had 3 different places it was leaking air, rude bitty who answers the phones tried to say it s our cars fault and when I asked her to explain to me how that could be the case, she got a horrible attitude with me and refused to tell me how it could be the cars fault and said she doesn t know why we want to put a tire on our car anyway because it s not a good investment. The car needs 4 tires or we can t go anywhere?? Not everyone has the money to get a new car instead of replacing bad tires. Said she s not obligated to do anything. Garbage products and especially garbage customer service. Knew the prices were cheap for a reason, absolute rip off but I expected it to at least last longer than a week. Gave her a piece of my mind and promised to give a review of my experience so here it is. I see why they have one star on yelp, I d give less than one star if that was an option. I bet they pay for good reviews because they definitely shouldn t have 4 stars on google and every place other than google reviews says they re trash and one star. And they ll probably delete this review to keep the reputation but I m going to put my experience on every possible place I can.

The post below didn t mention their car done it 3 times before and they wanted to put a new tire on the car instead of solving the problem of the vehicle Daltons has a complete different management and help so many people it s sad one person has a pin head issue and try to run a small business into the ground I d recommend them over anywhere!!! Not to mention they sold them a new tire for next to nothing to help a struggling man . Sad

Went here years ago for tires. Called them for a price and told them I'd come in and have it done when I arrived he had uped the price by $200.I went back here 2 weeks ago to have tires swapped on a set of new wheels. The car drove smooth on the way over. When I got the car back it was wobbly and 3 of the front lugs nut on one wheel came right off. They didn't even balance the wheels, they took the old tires off my car and put them on the new wheels and sent me on my way.

This place, especially the fellow Doug, is the best. Knowledgeable, fairly priced. You never have to worry about being cheated. MOST Definitely Worth the drive if quality at a fair price point is what you re looking for.

I recieved the best service on my Toyota Camry most recently! I didnt know they are a full service garage as they are listed, along w their road sign, as Dalton's Tires! I needed new brakes, rotors, oil change and tire rotation. The best part was their price, it beat the other guys hands down. Their customer service made it feel like we were old friends. In the future, its Dalton's for us!

Disappointed. I don't care how good of a mechanic you think you are, you can't tell just by looking at the car when my wife pulls up that she also needs brakes, rotors, and ball joints. No the brakes are not grinding, rotors and ball joints are good. She needed tires and that's all she was there for. no need to flirt with her. she's not interested. Sad to think that we wanted to help local business and my wife was so uncomfortable she wanted me to stay on the phone with her. I can not and will not recommend this place. I'll find another place for my truck tires.

The more I think about it the more mad I get about it so I am writing a review. I have a 2003 subaru legacy.... 5 months ago I got an alignment because it was pulling to the left, he said to me "the camber is out, but everything else is in spec, it needs cam bolts to fix that, it might still pull to the left, bring it back and we will put them in" paid $60 and went on my way. it still pulled to the left. about a week later I called him up, over the phone he said "okay, I can put them in for $80" I figured that sounded reasonable. so I brought in , he did the work. the $80 over the phone quote turned into $60 for another alignment, $80 for the two cam bolts plus $60 labor. thats $200... I said to the woman taking my money, "thats a lot more than I expected, he said over the phone it would be $80" so she knocked $30 off of it. I was unhappy, but I paid it. the car still pulled to the left, just not as bad... and to make matters worse I assumed that he replaced the bottom non adjustable bolts with the the new cam bolt but nope HE REPLACED THE FACTORY CAMBER ADJUSTMENT BOLTS that didnt need replaced. he never even attempted to adjust the camber the first time, which is part of an alignment. basically he just took me for a ride... I had gotten lots of work there prior to this alignment, but you have lost my future business, so I hope you enjoyed that $170 you screwed me out of.

Called to check availability of a particular tire size, the guy huffs about having to "go upstairs and check", tells me yeah I got that. I asked what kind of tires/condition they are, he snaps my head off telling me "they're used tires!!!!", then I could hear him barking about the irritating customer as he hangs up. They offer used tires for $30. They're not getting 30 cents from me after that.

Got a good deal on tires, they could'nt do the alignment then, I needed to change a wheel hub. They didn't pressure me to have them do it. I changed it myself and brought it back for the alignment.

Dalton Tire Sales had the least expensive tires. Size for my 2010 Honda Accord was 225/50ZR17. Recommend you check here. The most expensive tire price was at Firestone.
