Went Saturday and found a car we wanted but it had to go through service. Had our sales pro work out a deal for us and to give it time to go through service. Found out it needed a part yesterday and it would be Tuesday before we would be able to pickup. My husband had to work and got off at 5. Was told this evening around 4:45 that the car was detailed and ready and then when we are 5 minutes away was told that another person was test driving and probably buying it. Well the person ended up buying it even though our paperwork was done and all we had to do was sign. Very poor experience and will be telling everyone we know not to go here. It wasn t the sales pros fault as he was great but they could have done better working with us to fix the issue and take care of us. The owner himself wouldn t step up to take care of us as they were working with him as well. All in all this has happened before a few years ago and the service has still not changed. Will never go back.

Definitely won t ever buy anything from this dealership. We picked out a car with a trade in car involved ended up not liking the terms or the car we had picked out took the car back and wanted trade in car back within a day they did $2,000 to our trade in car that they made us pay for to get it back before the deal was even funded or finalized. Not good business

These guys want to sell you a car they can make money off of , not the one you need or want. So , after making the trip all the way from Floyd county and having disclosed our credit situation, we were finally looking at the car we liked- AWD 2018 charger. They tell us we'll get prequalified right away and meanwhile they'll bring it around. We looked at it , loved it and then were informed that we were looking at the " wrong car". These guys proceeded to pull our credit over 50 times without us knowing. And later on we found found out that capital one - one of the very first banks they pulled said yes , but they kept pulling. First they tried to get us in a Hyundai Elantra which was ridiculous. Then they pulled around a Honda crv with almost 100k miles on it. We were told the only bank that would work with us was a credit builder bank called prime and the payment would be 590$ a month at 23% APR!!!!! 23% APR!!!! OUTRAGEOUS!Fast forward two days and we go to rod Hatfield in Winchester and got a 2020 dodge charger AWD with 3300miles on it for 10% apr through capital one.Do NOT BUY HERE

Total crooks. The appraiser Mike Tolley completely lied about value and took advantage of an estate sale. Avoid this crooked place. How these people sleep at night taking advantage of people is a shame. They listed a vehicle for sale for over three times what they bought it for and changed their story three times saying that it passed inspection and then it suddenly didn t and needed 5900 in repairs. When asked what repairs it needed I was told tires and brakes. Thats not 5900 and it did not need these items in the first place. Thus place is a bunch of lieing scam artists.

Not pleased with how pushy the sales man was. I gave permission for a soft hit on my credit, signed for what I believed was a soft hit no they ran me through 8 different banks. I liked the car I was looking at, but after that I will never go to Bill Cole. I did however go to Don Hall, bought a new Buick Regal Tour X and worked with Ryan Justice. I will go back for any future car buying with them. He was amazing!

Everyone at Bill Cole Honda treated us with kindness, courtesy and consideration. The sales personnel to finance to the service people who prepared our new vehicle were all so very nice and were very professional, I believe I could not have duplicated the deal I received from Bill Cole at any other Honda dealer. Bill Cole gave us a wonderful car buying experience! We were in the process of buying a pre-owned vehicle and the vehicle didn't pass the 32 pt. Inspection so they wouldn't sell it to us. Being as the car was sold as is this shows me that they are truly there to make sure they provide you with a reliable automobile. They spent time negotiating with the bank and finding a vehicle that would fit our budget and needs. Brendan was wonderful and kind. He made the experience of buying a car relaxing and fun. Everyone at this location was wonderful! Even down to the finance agent, I cannot remember his name but he was amazing as well!

I bought my 17 Honda Accord Sport with the help of Tiffany Adkins. Her customer service, attitude, and product knowledge made my buying experience very enjoyable and efficient. I am very particular when it comes to purchasing a vehicle since it is the second most important purchase we can make and effects mine and my families daily lives. I absolutely love my car and can t wait to come back and see her for my work truck purchase shortly. I would recommend her to anybody in the market for a new vehicle!

Tiffany Adkins was wonderful to work with me and my sistuation. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle with her due to my credit problems she was very professional and understanding and I know that she did everything she possibly could. I've never been a fan of Bill Cole due to a bad experience a couple years ago. I was in the market for a new Honda and my intent was to merely go there and just test drive one to be sure it's what my wife wanted and then go to a different dealer to make the purchase. My salesman was Carl and I must sayAs young as he was I was very impressed with how he handled himself and his knowledge of the vehicle. His professionalism and honesty sold me. Bill Cole should personally thank Carl because it was my dealing with him that convinced me to make the purchase and avoid losing a customer.. Now if Bill Cole could fill up his Nissan facility next door with people like Carl he would probably see an amazing increase in sales and service...Thank you Carl!!!!

The staff made sure everything was in order and had on us the road in our new car quickly with no hassles. I felt I should share my experience with the folks that work or do business with Bill Cole. I crossed paths with a gentleman by the name of Jeremiah. I was passing through your area after purchasing a few cars from the auction. I was very impressed with the way he carried himself in a public setting. I've been in the Car Business since I graduated high school and now run my own location. I would love to see more employees like him that represent their employer in public setting like he does! He was very respectful and knowledgeable about his products and knows how to transfer his enthusiasm to the people he converses with. That's definitely not something that can be taught. I would highly recommend him as a sales and leasing professional.

Very friendly and professional. Checked out used trucks while waiting for routine service on my CR-V. Rob Kitts very helpful and non-pressuring. Well informed of inventory and pricing. Would highly recommend him if you're looking to buy from Bill Cole.

I ve purchased 3 new Nissans from Bill Cole Nissan and I wouldn t even think of going anywhere else! The whole process is a friendly, no pressure buying experience! I have already referred friends and family to this dealership & I won t hesitate to stop here first if I ever decide to purchase another vehicle!

I met with a sweet young lady, Sammantha Shadd who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She had an answer for every question and was very patient with me and my kids. My 3 children were with me and they tend to be rambunctious at times and were especially excited on this day. She was great with them, very understanding and again, patient. Honestly, I normally don't like walking onto a car lot because I feel like salesmen/women are almost waiting to attack. That sale means more commission/money for them so a lot of times they tend to be extra pushy, which makes me feel uncomfortable. Sammantha didn't make me feel that way at all. I was very comfortable speaking to her and I felt like she was focused on my wants, needs, and questions, and not on how much money she could make. Overall, I had a great experience at Bill Cole. I have and will continue to recommend Bill Cole to anyone I know who is looking to buy a vehicle. I'm sure all of the sales associates are great, but I must admit that I have recommended that anyone who comes there to ask for Sammantha. She is very nice and helpful.

Matthew Demoss is a wonderful addition to your sales team. I feel that Matt goes above and beyond his specified requirements at your dealership. I believe he does this not only because he wants his customer's to experience the "total car buying" feeling but because Bill Cole has his endorsement on the side of the building. Matt sets the bar when it comes professionalism.

I bought two brand new cars the past month. I came to Bill Cole Honda first both times. The first time we agreed on the deal with extended warranty. When I went to sign the paperwork, the person said there was no way that deal included the warranty. I said we agreed on that and he went to check. I left because I was not going to reward a place for trying to pull a fast one. I ended up buying a new Toyota Camry that day. The second time I decided to buy a new car for my son since I enjoyed the safety features on the Civic when I looked for myself. Immediately the salesman goes 3000$ above the sticker price pointing to some unofficial printed page added next to the sticker that listed random unnecessary features for 3000$. They then offered me 500$ for my trade in. I checked the blue book the night before for a dealer trade in and it had the value at 3000$. The 500$ trade in was the only thing they took off the price of the vehicle. I walked out. I went to another Honda dealer and they had the same Civic for the sticker price without the 3000$ markup. Not a single feature missing. Their initial offer on my trade in was 2500$ we negotiated that up to 3000$ with 2000$ additional taken off the msrp. So Bill Cole was 0-2 on selling me a car when I was ready to do a deal both times. It s hard to imagine how they stay in business or even sell a single car with practices like that. Stay away!!

This girl helped me when I wasn t too sure what I was looking for. She took the time to listen to what I was saying and direct to a vehicle that was everything I ve ever dreamed of and more. Bought a car from their used lot. I liked the car, but didn't realize how disgusting it was until I was returning from the test drive.I requested they clean it before I buy it. They told me it was already detailed. I showed them all the gunk throughout it. They said they would detail it again while I was filling out all the paperwork.I finished the paperwork and went out to get in my car and it was still disgusting. I'm not talking a few specks here and there, I'm talking some fast-food mutant hillbilly had missed their facehole and dumped a drink down in the crack between the driver's seat and the armrest. There were french fries in the seats, cup lids under the seats, etc....Fine... I don't have time to argue with them about what is clean and what isn't clean, or to teach some halfwit HoW tO CLeAn A CwwwwAr. So I drove home and cleaned it myself for a couple hours.The next day I noticed the smell wasn't just from all the trash or gunk that was in the car, but it was stuck in the ventilation system, so I had to buy some odor absorber from Amazon which did a decent job but every now and then I turn on the A/C and still get hit in the face by some hillbilly fast-food mutant's fart.A few weeks later I get the plates for the car and I noticed the screws they had used to put the temp plates on where hanging completely loose. Not just a little, but completely loose. It's a miracle the temp plates didn't fly off.All of this isn't why I'm writing this review. I'm writing this review because a couple months after I buy this car (which was WAY overpriced) one of the headlights goes out.So I call them to do LITERALLY ONE THING RIGHT, and after putting me on hold for a few seconds they tell me it's not covered under and warranty and they won't fix it.Long story short, they don't care about doing anything right by you. I'm sure most car dealerships don't, but if you're just a commodity to them, then screw supporting local business. Just use something like Carvana and get a newer, ACTUALLY CLEAN car, that has undergone a more thorough inspection, and that includes a limited warranty for things like if the headlight goes out a couple months after you buy it.Hopefully this review influences a single person to avoid this place. I imagine it will cost them orders of magnitude more money than replacing a damn headlight, or making it policy to actually clean their used vehicles before reselling them.*Update:* These "Gosh we're sorry your experience wasn't to our standards" replies are always bullcrap. I -did- try to contact Bill Cole Honda. I -did- talk to a human. That human -did- tell me you guys wouldn't fix the light.AFTER I wrote reviews on here and Facebook you invited me to contact you again so you could try again. I played phone tag with someone named Tiffany who was conveniently away from her desk every time I called over the course of two days.My time the hours spent worrying about this and trying to help you get this right was way more valuable than the price of the repair.The "new car" side of your business might be a completely different experience, but your "used car" and "service" departments are exactly the same as any hillbilly side-of-the-road dealership.
