Went Saturday and found a car we wanted but it had to go through service. Had our sales pro work out a deal for us and to give it time to go through service. Found out it needed a part yesterday and it would be Tuesday before we would be able to pickup. My husband had to work and got off at 5. Was told this evening around 4:45 that the car was detailed and ready and then when we are 5 minutes away was told that another person was test driving and probably buying it. Well the person ended up buying it even though our paperwork was done and all we had to do was sign. Very poor experience and will be telling everyone we know not to go here. It wasn t the sales pros fault as he was great but they could have done better working with us to fix the issue and take care of us. The owner himself wouldn t step up to take care of us as they were working with him as well. All in all this has happened before a few years ago and the service has still not changed. Will never go back.

Went to the used car lot yesterday. We had already talked to Sean before we went and he knew what we were looking for and what we wanted. While we were waiting for Sean to be available another man named Paul started talking to us about the truck we were looking at. The men working at the used car lot lied to us and when we asked to wait for Sean they became very angry and told us to leave the lot and go wait at the new lot. It was a very unprofessional and very uncomfortable! If it wasn't for the guys across the street, we would not have done business with them! I do not recommend anyone going to the Bill Cole Pre-owned lot on Greenup Ave. You will get much better service at the Bill Cole Lincoln New Sales lot right across the street!!!

I give this 5 stars Joe the guy sold us the car was an excellent sales rep and I appreciate the fact my husband and I was his 1st sale.Thank you JoeEthan was very very knowledgeable about our loan approval and explained everything so well. I drove 3 hours for a 2009 Pontiac G8 GT. I called the day before the test drive and they confirmed it was on the lot. I show up and they haven't had the car since the 23rd. That's so dishonest it blows my mind. This company is dishonest. They sure were ready to sell me a different car though, makes you think they said what they had to just to get me on the lot. What ever you do, don't use this company. They are dishonest and only care about themselves. That's a 6 hour round trip drive for absolutely nothing!! What a way to waste my day off.

Stopped here and test drove a few options, and was SWORN to that it was NON SMOKING when I could smell it! How can I make a big purchase from someone I can't trust? I flipped down the arm rest "where the ashtray sat in the cup holder" with ashes still in this NON SMOKING vehicle!!

So I m a Chevy guy, that ended up at bill cole Ford pre owned. Not only did I find the perfect Silverado I ve been wanting, My experience with team cole was exceptional!I want to give a special thanks to Joe who runs this particular lot, and Tyler who is over the service department. You guys are outstanding and I d be glad to recommend you all to anyone! Thanks for taking care of me and treating me fairly.If anyone is looking for a car, truck, suv etc. go down to Bill cole Ford pre owned and ask for joe!

Dishonest, sent me a paper claiming i was a winner. Told me to come in to see which prise i won. When i got there all they wanted to do is sale me a car under false pretenses.

Was told over the phone that they would buy our old brokedown car and then got their in person and just wanted to sell us a car WAY outta our budget, go elsewhere!
