I have had service many times now at this dealership. I live out of town and did not buy there, but they treat me like I m their most valuable customer every time. Prompt and timely and always booked in a reasonable time frame. Highly recommend them for any of you vehicle needs

I had some recalls on my car. Billie Cole service department got me in quickly and fixed all of the recalls I had on my car. Could be happier with them.

I've had my car serviced here several times. The mechanics have always done a great job. The staff are all top notch, very professional, and welcoming. Good waiting area, clean bathrooms, and stocked vending machines. Prices for the services tjat I've had done, in my opinion, are competitive. I've never walked out of there and felt ripped off.

Very unhappy with Bill Cole Ford Ashland service. I had some warranty engine work done. They called & said it was ready. Went to pick it up & they had damage my F150. Door ding on drivers door & both front fender lip moldings were loose. Told them it was unacceptable. They said they would fix it. Told me they would paint both doors & front fender They had it painted at Phillips body shop & done a terrible job. The paint has orange peel in it & I can they only painted 3/4 of each door. I can see the difference where they tried to blend it. Both fender lip moldings are still a little loose. I took it home & fixed the lip moldings myself. I ve had 3 vehicles in there & they have damaged each one every time I take them in. They damaged my $90K F350 limited. Looked like someone climbed up on the front bumper with muddy feet & left scratches in the front bumper. They buffed it out. Had the front seat bottom cushion cover replaced & they marked & scratched up the leather on the seat back. And also my massaging seats don t work either. I took my rare 1999 Lightning in to have all fluids changed & got it back & drove it & heats a flapping noise. Got home & looked. They didn t put the push pins back in that hold the inner fender well in place. I went to Lowe s & bought new pins & fixed it myself. I don t want to take anything back to them because it s hard telling what they will damage. I ve bought numerous vehicles there & have had service done as well. I ve spent over $400k at this dealership over the years. I won t be giving them anymore of my $. Don t take your vehicles there for service unless you don t care about them getting damaged. I had the oil changed on my new Escape. Was in and out in in good time. I'll go back for service.Edit: Went back for the 15K miles scheduled maintenance. Same excellent service as before.

Bill Cole offers mobile service now. I had a recall preformed on my F250 in my driveway. It was great not to have to take it in to the dealership and wait on it. Service tech was very polite and informative.

Appoint at 10 am at 1 pm check on view said it was done ask about oil change and tire rotation they forgot to do it received no update at all while I waited 3 hours not I have to wait more time ,,,,,,,,,

We are very unhappy with this business. I felt like I was scammed. I was given a previous quote a week prior over the phone but the day my car went to their garage they told me something entirely different. I was charged $150 for a test to tell me what I already knew was wrong with my car. Nothing done for my car. Will not be recommending this company to anyone. I have been a supervisor for King's daughters for 15 years and try to keep services local......shame on Bill Cole.

I was in town for a family emergency, and my brakes needed to be replaced before I could head back home to SC. I didn't have much time to get quotes from different places. The day before I took my car in, I was quoted under $300 for replacing the front brakes and rotors. Once looking it over, they said the back brakes needed replaced also. I also had a tire that needed patched. My bill was over $900! Afterward, I learned I would have only paid $400 max at 2 other shops , but it was too late by then. They did a great job, but if I wasn't stuck in Ashland and had more time to get it done, I would have gone elsewhere. The prices were way too high and overpriced in my opinion.

Not happy with the direction that you are headed in with all this new technology for service. For example, I had selected to have an email sent to me for estimate. I knew it was a bad idea, but I did it anyway, and later canceled. My point, it is bad enough that we have so many in businesses now that do not have employees with social skills or know how to speak to customers (BUD). Now you want to put a device in their hands, so they do not have to speak to the customer. Myself, like many others (like to be kiss before being swept off my feet), still like to have someone tell me face-to-face why I am being charged $1,300 to replace front brakes on a 97 Ford F-150, instead of sending me an email. And you can at least drop the inspection fee if I leave the vehicle to be fixed.New technology is good, but I believe someone said, "it can also be harmful." If you have a home computer, and ever had a problem with Windows or Microsoft application, then you probably know that there is nothing more frustrating than trying to get a live person to help with problem. It is even more frustrating when you have to try to fix the problem with a technical person by typing back and forth. The time they pay someone to do that, to me, would be cheaper and much easier to pick up the phone and speak to me. Let me know if you can resolve problem or not. Done.And not to take away from the mechanics, because I have been pleased with work, but labor is outrageous. All these new web pages, portals and computer systems is probably costing you a fortune but is it really worth getting away from quality customer service?

I would not recommend this service department. It took 3 days to get an estimate! Work should have started on Monday and I still didn t have an estimate. When I got the written estimate, it was $800 more than the verbal estimate. I told him I would be back to get my car the estimate magically dropped to the price verbally given.You have been warned!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Would not take my car there again! First estimate was for $600 for a transmission piece and labor, then doubled because they would have to take the transmission out! I would think that the company who made the vehicle would know that before giving estimates. Then they said that was not the problem so they had to send their findings to corporate to see what they could figure out, then decided it was the power control module which was $ 1,103. They also had my car for about a month and every time I would call I would get the run around. They always told me it would be finished on a certain date and it never was and the day that I was coming to get it they broke a piece while putting the other piece on and I had to wait to pick up my car again! I thought that taking my Ford to the actual Ford dealer would get my car fixed quicker but it did not and was very costly! Total $2793.

The technicians seem to be ok but said couldn t find leak on water pump and said wasn t bad then all of sudden they find leak and have to replace water. Which is why it was taken to then in first place. Then when comes to billing was told warranty won t cover all of it because they bill for more than what warranty allows but if I was to have bought from them they would have sold me a warranty that would cover everything. If they were truthful and up front about everything when truck was first dropped off and not told me would be this much then charge me another amount it wouldn t be as bad. But me as the owner has to fork out more money for something that should have been paid by warranty.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I took my car to get an oil change- The Works. The men were friendly, informative, helpful. They were done long before I thought they would be. Service requested was completed in a timely manner. Employees I dealt with were professional, friendly and answered my questionsHowever I was highly disappointed to discover that Ford has discontinued making replacement headlight assemblies for my 2005 Ford Escape.When provided a quote for Ford to replace my headlight assemblies As a customer, I was shocked at the High costAnd felt as if I was being punished for the fact that my headlights had lasted for 17 yrs. In addition I had priced the assemblies online and found the price quoted to me was doubled therefore I declined having Ford replace my headlights.I have had my vehicle serviced for many years by FordServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
