Absolutely would recommend them over anyone! From Sales to Service, it was a great experience and I m glad I found my powersports store! Can t beat no extra fees like the other places! I drive about 1.5 hours from out of state and will continue to do so!

I now have two Honda machines that Ashland cycle has worked on and both of them will not synchronize dual clutch. I took a Honda talon to them in April and just got it back in September, the mechanic was pretty sure whatever the problem was was inside of the engine where a " think black oil substance" was coming from that he could not identify nor could I or Honda, but in all of that time he never once opened up the engine to find it! When I took my machine to them it was shutting off on acceleration and that is a problem that it is still doing along with now my transmission is not synchronized and is now shifting extremely rough. I have to find another mechanic and pay them to fix whatever Ashland cycle done to mess it up.

Bought my first Honda utv at Ashland Cycles, a Honda Pioneer 1000-6. All of the staff had a knowledge of the products that they sell, Rick Keelin the manager is a great guy. Will be doing all my business with Ashland Cycles from this day foreword!!

Just bought my Honda Rebel 1100. I LOVE THIS BIKE!!! Looked at several and fell in love with it. These guys are definitely the best around! They always take time to talk to you, take care of any of your needs, and are the nicest you can ever meet. No one is pushy about anything. I love this place and highly recommend them to anyone! Shoutout to all the employees there! I appreciate you all and am grateful for you. You have always been kind and welcoming. Thank you for helping me choose my first motorcycle! I couldn't be happier!

What a experience! Took off work early, drove an hour to get there. Arrived at 5:30pm. Jared, sales associate, was working with another customer so I waited considering it was him I spoke with on the phone. At 5:50 the lights shut off. I m the last customer in the dealership. I walked up to Jared and asked, Are you guys heading out? He responded with, Yeah, sorry about that. Want to give me a call Tuesday? They weren t supposed to close until 6. I work for a dealership and we stay until the last customer is helped. Is this regular practice?

Jarrod was great to work with. I was looking for a Goldwing and no one near me had what I liked (KnoxvilleTn). Got online and called Ashland, talked to Jarrod, and worked the deal. Several days later picked it up and drive her home. Ashland cycle really cared for us and I would highly recommend doing business with them. I will be back. The ride back was amazing.

The owner is very friendly but I took my bike there last year to get it fixed I got a call that is was fixed I got there and it was idling really high and leaking gas the throttle cable, clutch or the carb still wasn t fixed so I came back 2 or 3 weeks later and they rebuilt the carb and replaced the throttle cable but the Bike was smoking and wasn t riding good so I just took it back home I don t want the younger worker to blow my bike up bc he don t know what he s doing he was also very rude and didn t even work on my bike the first week and made me drive all the way to Ashland just to see my bike wasn t worked on at all he should be fired. I would recommend buying vehicles from them tho, but do not get your bikes fixed by them.

This is the only motorcycle shop in Ashland KY. It has a large selection to choose from. All motorcycles are clearly marked with the price so there is no sticker shock when you ask. I purchased my motorcycle from them several years ago and I have been very happy with the service.

Destroyed a new fairing on my motorcycle by torquing the nylon frame slider into the fairing AND created additional damage to another fairing piece. They refuse to repair.After a warranty fairing replacement, my battery tender USB wasn't working -- simple fix, just remove the fairing and check the wiring for a short, right? WRONG. It was physically impossible to remove the fairing because the frame slider was rotated and curled into the plastic itself and torqued down to such a degree that it required a breaker-bar to loosen.So it just magically violated the laws of physics? It's impossible to remove in it's pinned position, so its clear that it wasn't put on like that... not to mention on close inspection you can see where the fairing isn't even properly aligned. In that event that it didn't fit, I would think it would be addressed then and there. Either it was or it wasn't. If it wasn't, the fairing was jammed on, which apparently snapped the tap on my front fairing OR it was corrected, which is why it was torqued to 200-odd foot lbs on a fastener installed with an inch-pound torque wrench ~10 ft/lbs. Sounds an awful lot like the later..That bike has been meticulously maintained and garage kept since the day I bought it. I guess Kawasaki and/or small claims can take it from here. We'll see. I placed good faith in your dealership or my purchase and the warranty repair. I've not got a motorcycle with more damage than it started with. That's a shame.

Refused to work on factory recall work because I didn't purchase the bike from them.Took it to Lexington Motorsports instead. I didn't purchase the bike there either, but they were awesome to work with. I'll be going there from now on.

Hello. I want to tell of my visit here. I entered the building and no one even noticed. I ventured to the parts department to ask a few questions which to my amazement was greeted with disgust. I ask my question and they told me to go find it in that room. I thought I was going to get someone to help me since there was no one in there but me. So I proceeded to explain more of what I need and the man stormed out from behind the counter to show me bikes that did not have what I needed then he walked back to the counter. From this experience alone I won't go back. If anyone asks me where to buy a good bike I will not point them in Ashland cycle direction. I most likely will never return to thisplace again .

Great prices and helpful employees.....especially Frank. Lots of bikes both new and used in stock, even a few Ducatis. Several new side by sides in stock also.

I get the feeling they sell more side by sides than anything else. Had a few two-wheel machines but most were a few years old. For instance, they had a 2013 Kawasaki versys with 50 miles on the odometer on sale for $5500. That's not a bad deal but it tells you how long it's been there. They probably sell a lot more dirt bikes they had a bunch of Kawasaki's and that was about it. they have a part center but I didn't see very many parts mostly Motocross oriented. Went in there to look for a helmet and they had some but all were very cheap no name brands and they all had about 4 inches of dust on them. only two or three people in the whole building and not a single one of them acknowledged me from the minute I walked in the door until I left. I'm sure they're nice guys but unless you're looking for a side-by-side, four wheeler, or dirt bike don't waste your time.

My husband went one week ago to buy a side by side,owner sent credit app to bank,bank approved it and called and told them it was approved,they called my husband Thursday and asked if he wanted it,he said yes and he'd be in Friday to get it,then salesman called and said it was sold ,after they'd already made a deal on it with him.gave a one star because it wouldn't let us do a no star

Nothing if any parts they keep on hand have to order everything even stock parts simple as spark plug boot .. you can get anything but have to order it you'll get it a week later ... I miss the Honda shop in prestonsburg

I gave the man Rick the owner 10 grand cash for a pioneer 500 2yrs later they refuse to work on it was very rude even hung up on me after all because I asked if it was under warranty I ll never point anyone in their direction again they want to sell bikes but don t wanna work on them
