The staff at BG Mobile Mechanics were very professional, kind and reasonably priced. They were upfront with the pricing, the main mechanic gave a call personally to explain what was going on with my car, they made sure I was aware of every little thing. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my car and I was happy. Needed a brake job on my Mustang GT, I called BG Mobile Mechanic, William was on a job but said he would come by in the evening if that would be ok, I was amazed when he showed up after 5 pm. He went to work and realized it needed additional parts to finish the job, he said he would pick them up and be back in the morning. The next day he called to let me know he had the parts and was on the way, in less than an hour he was done and the car stops like new again, Exceptional service and an absolutely great price for the work he did. Will definitely use BGMM again.

I was well pleased! They fixed my XC 90 Volvo 2012 - when I had taken it all over town and no one could identify the issue. William, not only fixed it, but was a man of his word and had it done the same day I dropped it off.Excellent work!!

Great service and also just as important is how quick he gets the work done. He s fair and genuinely wants to take care of the customer. We ve used the mobile mechanic for a couple of big jobs multiple times and highly recommend him!

I have had excellent service with this company. I had a very difficult vehicle issue and William was vigilant in solving the issue. He has been fabulous to work with in repairing this vehicle. I even had a secondary issue that left the vehicle in the road and he was very helpful and very accommodating by getting the vehicle running, repaired and returned. Thank you for great service. I appreciate your hard work and great diagnostics on my vehicles. The services I had completed were a wheel bearing, alternator, tune up, transmission service, and an electrical issue with some dash lights on. Thank you William. If I could give 0 stars I would. they said they could fit us in the afternoon which was fine well 3 30 came around I sent a text he said he was stuck on the other job still and would head to us as soon as he was done which i understandthings happen and things come up but a text or call would have been nice so that we could have made other arrangements so that we didnt have to miss work .5 30 comes around and still not here. Never did call or text to let us know that he wasn't coming at all. We waited all day for them to show up. Very unprofessional.

Water pump went out on my car. Called this gentleman and he got to it the next day so I could get back on the road. I called around for repair prices and his was the best quote with a lifetime warranty on his labor. I was even able to pay him using my debit card from my phone. I have always had struggles with trusting people but I recommend this mechanic to ANYONE AND EVERYONE FOR UR MECHANIC NEEDS. He was super nice and honest. He did a great job. And was very professional. I enjoyed being able to be at ease and trust him. I normally am a good judge in character and this guy put my fears aside to walk me through it all. SO GREAT JOB! William was super nice and extremely helpful. He has 15 years of experience working on vehicles and it shows. He was very down to earth and I m thankful he was able to drive out to my home to look at my vehicle. My car is now fixed and if I ever have problems in the future I will be giving him a call! BG Mobile did an excellent job installing a base plate to flat tow my P/U. Saved me a ton of money compared to local RV dealers. I will definitely make William my mechanic of choice for future needs

On a summer trip from Louisville to Nashville. Alternator died with a full car of heat sensitive materials. We called 20+ shops in surrounding area on a Friday at 3p to no avail. These gentlemen at BGMM were happy to add on us, last minute, if we could get to their shop with the part. They had us back on the road in just a couple hours. The cost of service was negligible to the service they provided us- saving our butts and preserving our load of material. Thanks so much for your help, you guys rock!Service: Electrical

Power steering pump replacement. Wonderful experience all around. Fit me into the schedule in a very timely manner even though he had recently went through surgery and was most likely backed up with work. Absolutely fantastic. The mechanic was knowledgeable and careful with my Range Rover. He also went above and beyond in several ways. Normally I do not trust anyone other than the dealership. 100% positive. An actual trustworthy/skilled mechanic, who warranties their labor. This gentleman is top notch and super well priced. He is professional and easy to deal with. He doesn't miss his mark. This man lord bless him worked on my sons car even in the dark. Who does that? Well I typically do the work myself but lack of tools and motivation I thought I give them a call.....they had me up and running in about an hour and was off to Michigan. Dont think I could ever find the same service anywhere! Prices are ridiculously fair and they are both gentlemen. If I have anymore issues I know who to call from now on. Really appreciate y'all and making room for me in your busy schedule. People do not go anywhere else unless u want to overpay! Really the entire experience was great. He came to my home, diagnosed the problem and found an engine that met my budget. I tend to be one that waits until the very last minute for car maintenance so when I need it done I need it like yesterday. I called and got all the work done the next day and best of all I didn t have to do a thing but give him my keys. He came to my work so no asking for a ride to drop off or pick up my car. BG Mechanic was a life saver!!! The rod in my piston broke, which meant I needed to replace the entire engine. They came out to my residence to diagnose the issue, which saved me an expensive tow service for a simple diagnostic. They were courteous, professional, and up front with every cost and concern regarding the repair of my vehicle. Their prices were also the best I was quoted and the service was very quick. They even gave me a first responder discount for being a nurse without me even knowing they offered that. The communication was exceptional as well. I always received answers to my questions through texts within an hour of messaging them, but most of the time instantaneously. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their car serviced, and I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you guys so much!!! These guys were extremely prompt! Worked with my schedule, came to my job to convenience ME. Worked quickly and did a superb job. The parts they replaced with came with a 3 year warranty and I appreciate that they only use the best quality parts available! I will never use another mechanic as long as they're in business. Which I forsee being a long time! Cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, and overall just help and friendliness. The world needs more friendly, fast mechanics. Thank you-thank you-thank you! They KNOW what they're doing and are changing the game. Saved me hundreds on a tow, time on waiting for a shop to get me in and diagnosed, and suggested the best quality parts. I scheduled a regular maintenance for my vehicle. While doing this he found a faulty part. Instead of forcing it, like the last place. He suggested replacing it for safety reasons. I appreciate that a lot! He wasn't pushy about it either but apologetic. You can't beat the service or convenience. 5 stars and will now be my go to car guy. My car was overheating on my way from Ohio to Texas and I thought I was going to be stranded. As a last ditch effort I tried to find a mobile mechanic out in bowling green to see if they could help. 30 minutes later my car was getting worked on and shortly after I was back on the road.
