Everything went smoothly during my new car purchase from Kerry Chevrolet. The salesman, Andy was very good and we enjoyed dealing with him very much. We got the vehicle that we wanted at the price that we needed to be at. He also took the time to explain everything thoroughly in the car before we drove off the lot. Highly recommend

I have all my maintenance work done there. It's easy to get an appointment & I am usually in & out in 1 hour. They advise me if there is more time needed & they track what work needs to be done in the near future.

They were easy to work with after finding car through the Hyundai website. I was able to come out and test drive the car quickly after contacting them. Very professional and respectful of my time and what I wanted. Would definitely recommend doing business with them.

Took our car in for a diagnostic test to see what was going on with it. Dropped it off on a Thursday night after hours for the service on Friday. On Tuesday evening my husband called to see what was going on since we had never heard anything from anyone. He was told they were busy and someone would get back with him. Ended up calling back and talking to some sort of manager not involved in service who said someone would definitely call him back by noon on Wednesday. End of business day on Wednesday he called them since he never got a phone call. Long story short they are too busy and short staffed to call and let people know what is going on with their cars. The manager called me on Thursday "did you get everything worked out with your car"...nope. We picked our car up on Friday and are taking it elsewhere for service. Definitely should not have a car for 1 full week to run a diagnostic and nothing else. Fortunately we had another car we could use because both of us have full time jobs that we have to drive to but they did not seem concerned with that.

Hello, Yes, All the Service Managers were very Courteous, Knowledgeable and Professional at their job and explained things well with my Hyndaui that was in their Shop for Service. My 2020 Hyundai Tucson was stolen, then recovered, but damaged. Kerry Hyundai said they could fit me in, and reassured me everything would be taken care of. I told the female Service advisor, the estimate was with the keys and fob in a bag. She told me they would take care of it. 2 weeks pass with no communication. Service, eventually told me I would need to pay for the damage to my suv. I told them it was stolen, and asked if they looked at the insurance estimate. They said no, even though I had told the initial Service Advisor where it was.So to summarise:My vehicle sat for 2 weeks, with no communication or updates. I couldn't get a straight answer when i called. Kerry Hyundai charged a great deal more money, leaving me unable to get body work done. I had to spend almost $600 for an extra week on a rental. They did not communicate my insurance, until they wanted money. Worse, the initial Service advisor told me they had a body shop, (as well their website). But I was told after the suv was fixed, they didn't. This ENTIRE experience was a giant NIGHTMARE. I will never purchase a Hyundai, nor will I recommend Kerry Hyundai for anything. They are very untrustworthy and are not truthful. I was victimized when my suv got stolen AND by Kerry Hyundai.Do not go here.And for record: B. Torrey

This time they got my service (oil change & rotation) done in less than 45 minutes. I bought from Kings McCluskey which I wouldn t again, Kerry didn t have the vehicle in the time I was purchasing. Service Customer Advisors and Cashiers are always very pleasant & assisted me with a $25 coupon for my birthday towards my service. I ll be back, I hope it s just routine maintenance or another purchaseServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

Set up appointment online which showed a total for the services. When I went to pay at the dealership, the cost was about $50 more. Costs online need to be the same as actual cost. Was not a happy camper about that. The service was good. It was a little over $80 for a oil change and tire rotation, so a little expensive. None of the coupons that Kerry Hyundai sent me were good for the services that I needed. I told the service advisor that Kerry always sends coupons that I need a week after my service is performed. Sure enough, I received a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation a week after my service. Of course it'll be expired before i need service again. I guess I need to find a cheaper option for my Hyundai's service than Kerry.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I always get service done here. My last appointment, the Service technician said I needed an induction service done on my vehicle because it was overdue. I agreed without checking, in hindsight my induction was done at the previous service appointment at this SAME location but the technician did not add it to my vehicle history. So I ended up paying extra for a service I did not need.Update: Kerry reached out and apologized for the mix-up. Worked with me to make it right. Got my car fixed very quickly, everyone in service department was friendly besides one person. Had walked in and told her my issue, she said they wouldn t see my til the 31st and was very rude about it, even after explaining I cannot take my car anywhere as I cannot drive it. Finally went back to service myself and found a nice gentleman that got it taken care of for me.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Service was wonderful. They were able to squeeze me in for brake work, which I was unaware of when I took the car for an oil change. Had DEFF tank and sensor replaced on my 2021 GMC Sierra 3500 and when I came to pick it up it had DEFF fluid on the side of my truck on the paint , the step and running board. They agreed to clean it up and when the service advisor went to pull it through the service entrance he hit the door post with my mirror. They were apologetic with what happened but my truck should have been inspected before I picked it up.

I feel a bit shocked at how rude the service advisors were at this Hyundai location. I m not sure if this is the norm, or if I m just used to being treated well when I go up to the dealer in Cincinnati to have my car serviced. But, wow. I wasn t greeted with any sort of friendliness when I walked in, the service advisor I ended up dealing with, Amanda, was quite rude in our dealings, and then on top of it I wasn t offered or asked to replace the cabin air filter which was apparently dirty according to my inspection sheet or told about my tires being low on tread. If you re not going to be friendly, you can at least do your job properly.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Kerry Hyundia rates are very reasonable for any and all services on your vehicle. We purchased our new tires there. The prices compare with all the tire dealers. I have my oil done at Kerry. I always know I can trust them. Prices are very reasonable. All of the employees (Jeff) goes above and beyond. Their batteries are highway robbery. I don't suggest getting your battery at the dealer.Actually Jeff is the only one that knows what's going on.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Dealership took their time in getting truck repaired (8 days). Stopped out to get recall issues fixed. While I waited looked at a new Haundi Venue. Really liked the SUV. Asked them to run numbers. When I got the numbers. I didn't like the trade in value. But when I didn't agree with buying. The sale Manager came out and does when he needs to do. said he could almost double my trade in value. Now I know mine needed some work. But that's why it was so low at first. I felt like I just saved butt, By saying no the first time. So I am going to a different dealership to talk to them .
