Tommy and crew did a fantastic job with the wheels and tires for our 2018 Jeep Wrangler. They guided us through the process of ordering the lift kit, chrome wheels and tires. The work was done in a timely manner too. My wife is so pleased with the new look of her Jeep. Thank you Alexandria Tires. These folk are real professionals!

Always an A+ experience. Got my new tires on much quicker than expected and for hundreds less than the guys down the street. The team is very courteous and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

I've used Alexandria Tire Pros for several years now on general maintenance items for several cars. They are always professional, provide quality service and do it all at a very fair price. After a recent visit my vehicle developed a misfire. ATP was very responsive and immediately got my vehicle in the shop bay and began diagnosing the issue. They identified that 2 wires in a set of sparkplug wires were arcing. They warrantied the work and I was back in my car the same day. That's the type of service that you should come to expect from a shop. The issue had noting to do with their tech's work, it developed a few days after the initial visit, but they were sure to make it right and to do so quickly so my wife could be back on the road again.

Called for tire pricing on my vehicle, Tommy was very helpful, took the time to explain the different options, and the services that would be provided. Booked the appointment for next day. Heard from the Tommy the next day to let me know tires had arrived and appointment was at 2pm. Arrived for the appointment, greeted by tech, went over the purchase and service being provided. Waited about 2 hours 30 minutes for four new tires, mount, balanced, and alignment. Really happy with the experience, vehicle runs amazing and smooth. If you want a shop that takes the time to make sure you are taken care of I recommend these guys.

I had a tire rim replaced, and they also inspected suspension and noticed a few things that needed attention,they did a great job! So I'll take the car back to get those items fixed, really appreciate this shop!Highly recommend them!

Everyone is courteous and the broken part was fixed! Also, the part needed to be shipped to you, but I needed the car for the weekend. Everything was put back together so I could get it for the weekend . Very happy with your service!

There were NO HIDDEN FEES. Very pleased with the service I received. Service writers were extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I was greeted as I walked through the door. They walked me through the bill and I ll be bring more vehicles back.

Some people told me I was crazy for letting a tire and lube shop swap an engine for me. Let me be the one to tell you, I d trust Alexandria Tire pros with anything on my vehicle. Raed, Tommy, Corey, and the rest of the shop were all very helpful and professional during the whole process. If I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent customer service, and my car drives like a brand new Cadillac!

Went really good, my truck was in an out in no time for a tire an change an rotation, I ve had issues with shops being able to balance the 35 inch s tires I ve got and my truck drives nice a smooth thanks to them.

Alexandria Tire Pros has some really great off road tires and others of course. They come with free tire rotation. I also learned that they are a full service shop from oil change to engine replacement.

I must say, you guys do a great job. Super professional. Best if all your service guys pointed out a water pump leak on our car. Gave me any estimate on fixing it, but mentioned that there might be a warantee. This saved us about $600.You have my business for all our vehicles moving forward.

Honest and super helpful! Applied an $80 coupon that I didn t ask for or know about for new brakes. Check Engine light was on. Could have taken me to the cleaners but couldn t find a problem and didn t charge me. I will never take my car anywhere else!

I was visiting from out of town and just happen to get lucky enough to stumble upon a Alexandria Tire to address the issue I needed to have repaired. Not only did they get me in and out the same day they notified me throughout the day of the repairs and the timeline. Ray the assistant manager was awesome . He treated me with nothing but kindness and professionalism . I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone .

Only reason I m not doing 5 stars is because of pricing! I bought 4 tires from them that no where else was able to get for me in a timely fashion they got them next day. But I had to take them to another local shop for mounting and balancing. They were $250 for mount and balance and it was $115 cheaper less than a mile up the road. Other than that the service was great no reason why I wouldn t do some business there in the future!

Could not be happier with Alexandria Tire Pros. They were recommended to me by airport paint and body and I have taken my cars there since. They are always friendly and prompt. They are a little out of the way for us but we will make the trip every time.

Had some tires mounted on my Toyota Tundra. They did a wonderful job and checked the alignment and it was ok. Some shop's would charge you for that service!!! But they didn't have to do any adjustments and were honest about it!!! That's a great small town business!!! Please support this place!!! Thank you so much!!!

After having a camper trailer tire fail on the highway Alexandria Tire Pros, a family owned business, responded with exceptional support to recommend, order, and install new tires in a day. While I know a one day turn around is not always possible I did appreciate the quick turn and honest discussion on tire choice and balancing weight options. This level of service is why I ve been going there for over 35 years.

Took my Wife s Jaguar in for service. Oil/change, rear brake pads and brake fluid exchange. Second time I have used their service on my two Jag s. I am confident of their ability to service this caliber of car. They have also serviced my Suburban. The service writer s Raid and Chris are very knowledgeable. The service technician are top notch. Please give the chance to service your vehicle. March 2024 took my BMW in for brake fluid replace. As always Raid and Tommy are on top of the service that is provided. I am always satisfied with their recommendations.
