I went to multiple other mechanics to include the dealer and they gave me a diagnosis that was found to be incorrect at Woody s. They found the true issue, got the parts in 2 days, and saved me $700 plus a lot of heartache. They also monitored my truck for the day to ensure the repairs were effective. I have had my vehicle back for a week with zero issues. It s actually running smoother than before I had the issues. Phenomenal service, consistent updates, honest diagnosis. I ll be back (in my best Terminator voice)

Exceptional work and service. I was in a pinch, and I need some work done ASAP before I had to leave town for work. They got me in, took care of my car's issue, and had me on my merry way. It felt like a new car, and I was able to take my work trip, all with peace of mind the entire time.

I would say nice service and they explain things pretty good also have drop off keys so if you need to drop your car off early morning.

Since I have owned a car I have taken it into Woody's North for oil changes, engine problems tire replacements, ect. Recently I have noticed a change in their business practices and the way they treat me so I will not be returning to this mechanic.Took my car in to get my brakes replaced, I was never quoted a price until my car was taken apart, and I was told I was going to have to pay $700 for a new wheel cylinder and $300 for my brake job. when I told them to put my car back together so I could take it to another shop for another opinion, they called me and told me they would drop $100 off the price. This was an exchange through multiple phone calls, with a receptionist who was treating me like a child. I ended up going to a different mechanic who did the same quality of work for much cheaper.I feel as though I was being taken advantage of and will not be returning to this shop. multiple of the employees talk down to me and I can tell they do not take me seriously. I have gotten multiple texts asking to leave a review since this experience, so here you go. I will not be returning.

We had a problem with our air ride suspension. We knew what was wrong with it. We just couldn t fix it ourselves. We took our car to six different places in the Wichita area. One place said they fixed it. It was not fixed that was a nightmare. The others said they couldn t find a problem. The car had absolutely no rear suspension whatsoever. We eventually couldn t even drive it. We called Woodys and spoke with Ashley. I told Ashley what was going on without actually telling her what we needed fixed and she immediately knew exactly what the problem was, told us what needed to be fixed and exactly how much it would be and how long it would take. We are beyond pleased with the service at Woodys. They are friendly, fast, efficient, and at a fair price. We won t take our car to anyone else from now on.

Today, Woody's-North replaced rear dust shields on my Highlander Hybrid to successfully resolve irratating rattling noises. This is the second time service tech Bobby Rudd has done repairs on this vehicle. A year ago he replaced my spark plugs. He took the time to discuss and explain my recent issue. It was helpful. I recommend Bobby. He is The Best! Ashley Tabor, their advisor, always goes out of her way to be helpful and informative! This most recent repair was the result of having Woody's provide a second-opinion inspection and diagnostic. Woody's is NOW our only shop for our two Toyota's!

If I could give this auto shop zero stars, I certainly would. I initially approached them for a simple AC replacement, only to be met with a cascade of errors and oversights. One of their technicians CRASHED my vehicle, and their failure to inform me until I proactively reached out is a blatant disregard for transparency. After an excruciating three-week wait, my vehicle was returned with subpar repairs: visible body damage on the front bumper they claimed to have fixed, and a broken fuel gauge. As if that wasn t enough, they also broke my trunk release. Only after fighting tooth and nail did they begrudgingly address the latter. The incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by this establishment is beyond comprehension. For your own peace of mind, time, and money, I strongly urge you to find a different auto shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C replacement, Auto maintenance

I was impressed by the incredibly prompt and professional service. They called when they found a problem and then went ahead and fixed it. Stepfather took a car here complaining of an issue. They diagnosed the issue and claimed it was a $500 fix. I didn t believe them so I googled the symptoms of the issue. The first video that popped up fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes for zero cost and was completely unrelated to the diagnosis. It shows they were not resourceful when diagnosing the issue, and we re willing to guess at the cost of $500. Be careful.Service: General repairs & maintenance

When dealerships and other mechanics lack the ambition to repair a vehicle correctly and you pay for repairs that don t fix the problem, then go to Woodys. Twice now Woodys has repaired my vehicles when the other mechanics threw parts at it or improperly repaired them. Woody s North has the most courteous, reliable staff. Ashley made communication easy, so progress was known and costs anticipated. I liked the way technical aspects were explained so I could understand what needed to be fixed. This shop is clean, organized, and employees are professional. Great management and superb technicians. Scheduled an appointment over the phone and was told they could get me in Wednesday. I showed up Wednesday and they said my appointment was next Wednesday. They never specified which Wednesday over the phone. I was able to get my truck looked at and FIXED at a different mechanic that same exact day luckily. Just was a big inconvenience .

They were kind and courteous, and honest.They gave me an estimate of what needed to be done, which was not an easy task, to say the least, then proceeded to get it done in a expeditious manner. Woody's Automotive is the only place I take my vehicles to locally anymore. They do phenomenal work and always give reasonable prices. 2012 f150. I have the extended warranty through ASC. I needed my turbos replaced and speed control sensor plate on the transmission. The lady at this location check with the warranty company to see what's covered. Later that day she told me everything was covered. So I dropped the truck off and was told by her that she was going to check with ASC to make sure everything was covered. Which was strange after you told me it was covered. So way later that day she said warranty only covered the turbos but not the transmission part. Which came to 4200 dollars but the warranty covered 3200 and some change. So I was told by the lady that parts were up charged at 52% so 800 out my pocket I'd have to pay which I believe was way high. So I had to pick my truck up to go somewhere I can afford. We just had a baby so will not be referring this company to anyone at this time. Left one Star or it would not let me post

They were the second place I called. The mechanic I spoke to took the time to get a quote and call me back. Then when I took the vehicle in, they inspected everything before they started working. They called to let me know the u joint in the steering column was shot. They replaced that, my outer front tie rod end, put in a new air filter, cleaned my battery terminals, and did my alignment all for just under 700 bucks. The place I called after Woody's was gonna charge me that much just to replace the front tie rod ends. Granted, that was after my military discount (60 bucks). But even then, had I gone with the other place it would've been another 3-400 bucks easy. My vehicle is driving great. It feels good to be able to be confident in my vehicle again. I will definitely be utilizing them again, down the road.

charged me 500$ for a belt change and a alternator. okay fine whatever. they then proceeded to leave the dirty broken belt in my truck cab that has tan interior, and left a small oil stain on my original 1989 cab seats, that i had already spend all day cleaning less than 6 months ago. all while leaving my truck hood unlatched, for anyone to come take a looksie at what's in there. i am so excited to spend my next day off scrubing those damn seats. again.

This was my first time using Woody's and went there based on reviews here. The high reviews were not incorrect. Woody's was professional, honest, communicated what they found and the different options to address them and even dropped me off and picked me up. Then to top it off the price was excellent. When I dropped the car off I explained this model year of car has a known issue and the technical bulletin to fix it. So they had every opportunity to do that work and charge me 1K+ (or worse just charge me for it). But it was a simple part and was out for a couple of hundred dollars. And for all the time they spent I thought it should have been more than that. I will definitely use them for any car repair needs.Service: Air conditioning

Customer service and communication were top notch at Woody's Automotive-North! No surprises and I felt like a valued customer. I'll definitely be back! If you want the whole story, keep reading below.My wife's car was having some problems we needed to get checked out and we chose Woody's based on another customer's recommendation.I called on a Monday to ask about getting an appointment to have the car looked at. Pam let me know the earliest appointment they had was on Thursday. I said that's fine and asked if I could leave the car with them today (Monday). She said that's fine.On Tuesday afternoon, I received a text with a link to my car's free inspection which was followed by a call from Pam letting me know how the inspection went and what they found. Pam was extremely clear with the problems they found and the steps to repair the problems. We spoke about which issues I wanted repaired during this visit. She was up front with all costs and even applied a $50 off coupon I didn't even ask for or know about.On Wednesday afternoon I received�the call that my wife's car was complete and she even had her techs change the air filter at no charge for labor. The total ended up being even a little cheaper than I was quoted! My wife and I were both pleased with the work Pam and her team did and the time frame it was completed in. Our car definitely felt safer on the road afterwards!

Woodys Automotive performed a brake check for our F150; the results were the front was good; and the rear brakes had 3-4 months remaining. No pressure to perform work; just presented factual findings. I asked them to replaced the rear brakes; work was speedy and competent. Stellar work; keep me in the decision loop; and competitively priced. I will return for future work.Service: Auto brake repair
