I am currently waiting as I write this, so I can't speak to the actual quality of the work, but I know the speed is atrocious. I came in to get my front two tires replaced. (Front left had gone flat, front right was damaged and at risk of blowing.) Took around 25 minutes or so to even get the car in the garage. As I'm writing this my car has been inside the garage for a little over an hour and the tech working on it JUST NOW GOT THE SECOND TIRE OFF OF THE CAR. IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO REPLACE ONE TIRE. I AM NOW AT RISK OF BEING HERE ANOTHER ENTIRE HOUR.What is the point of allowing people to reserve a time to have work done if your techs are going to dilly dally getting your car into the garage in the first place, and then take an utterly insane amount of time to get the work done? Would have been worth the extra $150 dollars it would've cost to go somewhere else and get the work done faster.UPDATE: 3 hours to change two tires. One tire was two psi low from where it should be. Not normally a big deal but with how long it took you'd think everything would be exactly perfect. Though if I asked them to air it the extra two psi I worry I may be here another half hour. What a joke.

I wish I could give negative stars. I had my spare on my car so I ordered a replacement tire. Said "my spare is on the car, the busted tire is on the rim in the trunk." Obvious problem, big black spare rim on the car. So naturally they put the new tire on the opposite side of my car, left the spare on and went to throw away a good tire. Took 2 days, 8 hrs of musical tires and ended up with my new tire on the spare rim after 4 tries. Never got it right & just demanded my car back. Then the tech got my car t-boned in the parking lot. Offered a skimp settlement with no compensation for my time or frustration. Go ANYWHERE ELSE! P.S. Jeremy should be fired.

Had a great experience getting a tire replaced. Callie walked me through the pricing and was honest about the tires quality and wait time. Matthew and Scott knocked out the tire replacement. From start to finish, it only took exactly 30 minutes. I really appreciate the help! Thank you!

Called in to get 2 tires put on my wheels and was told there were 6 in stock. Got there checked in and had to wait 2 hours all to be told they didn't have my tires. By that time it was 5 pm so hardly any other tire shop was open. When I was informed of this the worker seemed like he could careless about having me wait all that time nor did he apologize for the inconvenience so I would not recommend at all.

Sad that you are forced to even give a star. After 3 attempts at this store for service, all 3 have been horrid. The latest being in the store for almost 4 hours after being quoted 3. After the car didn't move from the parking lot, I asking was told that their associate shouldn't have allowed us in the queue and didn't know when or if it would get in. After asking for a manager, just got excuses. The worse mistake was buying tires from Walmart to begin with.

This place sucks. There is no communication between the service desk and the people working on the cars. They are all very rude and obviously don't care about their jobs at all. Always taking more work than they can do. Expect to wait for hours or days. The only reason this place is still open is because they charge so little because they pay their workers so little. (Obviously. I mean, it is Walmart after all.) Go here at your own risk.Services: Tires, Oil change

Coming through town and had a blowout on the side of my tire but still holding air somehow, called and they said they can get me right in I get there at 3:30 and they tell me there closing early that day after I just got off the phone with them. Then I had to get a hotel room because I couldn t limp it any farther brought it in at open time in the morning and sat and waited so long that I got charged for my hotel room because it didn t get done until 12. 4 hours to change 1 tire. This is the absolute worst place I ever seen for auto service and I recommend never trying this place out

I had a 5pm appointment to get a set of tires along with an oil change. I arrived early & was told they wouldn't have time to do the oil change. Problem with this was that no explanation was given why they wouldn't have time when they set the appointment time. I had to make another trip & come back. Changing the tires took a little longer than expected but all was ok.

Made an appointment at 4pm and it took them 3 hours to change my tires out. Asked them what was going on and they just told me 20 more minutes. RIDICULOUS. Do I need to come out and change the tires myself. Ridiculous and expensive. Why make an appointment just so I can wait over 3 and a half hours.Service: TiresService: Tires

What broke me for this review was coming in at 12:50 on a Saturday (busier day) for a dual tire change. The original attendant said 2 hours. After 2 hours I asked, and was told 1 more hour. After a total of 3 and a half hours I asked and was told a little over an hour left... My friend ended up picking me up because I couldn't sit anymore. 5 hours after dropping off I call them and they say it's been done. Okay. Cool. I get here, come to pay and they have replaced all 4 tires... Wouldn't give them free or reduce price. So here I am. 6 hours since dropping it off and my tires are being removed and placed back on. Have had 2 other experiences similar, just not this bad. Had 2 very easy in and out oil changes. SoooYou're experience will be a mixed bag at best. Some times in busy hours, they are running through things very quickly. Sometimes there won't be a single car in queue and an oil change will take an an hour and a half. 2 stars for the two good experiences out of 5 times coming here over the years. You will never be out of here in under an hour, average is 4 hours in my experience.

Would not recommend getting new tires at THIS Walmart. I arrived at 9:40 a.m. on a Saturday morning and was told that it would be 2-3 hours before they could get to my car. I agreed to the wait because I had set aside Saturday to get the tires. When the 3 hours were up, I asked what the status was on my car and they told me it would be another hour before getting to my car. I went and ate lunch and when I returned, they still hadn't started on my car. By that time, 4 hours had gone by so I told them just to forget it and to pull my car out of the work bay so I could leave. The car had been in the work bay for hours with no one working on it. I then drove to the Walmart on West Kellogg and asked them how long it would take to get new tires. It was now 2:30 p.m. They told me it would be an hour wait, maybe shorter, before they could get to my car. I agreed to it; again, I had set Saturday aside to get new tires. By 4:00 p.m., I was rolling out of the West Kellogg Walmart parking lot with new tires. It took the West Kellogg Walmart only 1 1/2 hours total, and it wasn't as if they weren't busy. I don't know what organizational plan the West Kellogg Walmart uses, but the East Kellogg Walmart would do well to copy them.

If i could give zero stars i would. Arrived at 1130 am. Didn't even pull the car in til after 130pm. Then apparently broke the dipstick when checking the oil. We came here for an oil change. Thats 2 hours max. Its been 4 hours now. Theydidn't even bother to tell us they broke it til we complained about the time it was taking. The mechanics spent more time talking to each other, texting on their phones, or just standing around then they actually spent touching our car. DONT GO HERE. THE ONE ON ROCK ROAD IS SO MUCH BETTER

I don t know what the point of making an online appointment is when you still have to wait an hour after the appointment time for them to even start. The services were done just fine, it s just ridiculous to bother scheduling and showing up on time when they won t even start until an hour later.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Really great price for a oil change and tire rotation! No pushy upsell you get from other places just let me know that one tires tread is getting low but very drivable. Took less then a hour so went shopping with my son talk about 2 birds lol.

Went to get new tires. Was told over the phone it would take 30 minutes. Was there a full hour before they finally told me they couldn't find the key to my lug nuts. Service was fine once they got to it.

Prices are always great. Usually fast service and great products. Easy way to get your car changed up while shopping. Make sure to schedule ahead! Sometimes the wait times are extremely long on non work days. Fluctuates between 30 minutes to as much as 3 hours depending on day.

Took 3 hours to do an oil change and install 2 tires. I heard insincere excuses and "apologies" from everyone working, but I watched from the window as the techs horsed around and took their sweet time getting my car serviced.Worst customer service I've ever seen. I have had this same experience before. I decided to try one more time. That was a mistake. Never again.

I literally called before hand to ask if they were doing oil changes they replied yes I get here just to be approached by a rude employee saying they are done for the day they have too many tire changes I let him know I called in advance and he just had a bad attitude all the way around will never come back here again !

First, I would like to highly recommend that no one brings their vehicle here for any services. Now I've experienced more than one appalling incidents before. Such as the time I was harassed by discriminating questions upon leaving my vehicle to be serviced on by the employees, assuming my health condition is something it is not. However, I felt the need to leave regarding the horrendous encounter I had today. I called the shop to verify they had a tire, gave all the information i had and was informed that based off the car I owed and the tires needed was available. After I arrived at the store and spent $75.00 for towing, the unintelligent useless they man that held the manager position was very hopeless and incapable of his role. Hopefully, management will see this review and take it all into consideration.

My experience with Walmart Auto Care Center was very good! Tammy at the checkout station was very courteous and caring! Making sure that I was getting the right tire size for my vehicle. Explained everything I needed to know about what would be done! Thank you Tammy and to everyone who worked on my vehicle!!

Just waited in line for 30 minutes watching the attendant bring in only two cars in front of me for service. Most of that time was spent in conversation between the welcoming attendant and the driver. Then the second car ended up having battery problems and was dead. Instead of moving the car out of the way they decided to troubleshoot it right there while the service bays are empty. So I left.

Lie to me, tell me the car you put in front of me for tires had an appointment . Dave put her in front , she was not in line, because she went up to Dave and talked to him. Now I wait being bumped to third. Told me it would be an hour and thirty minutes. Guys dont lie. Take us in order. Manager stayed in back working on batteries, even though she was told of situation.

I was taking a day trip with my father and needed to get 2 new front end tires. When I arrived, the man wearing a chiefs hat was helping the girl in front of me while I waited. I waited in my car for about 20 minutes while he continued to joke around and talk with this girl. When they were finally done, my turn came up next. I understand that maybe they were busy, but nobody even came up to my vehicle to let me know the wait or ask me what I needed. The man that was helping the girl just looked my way, shrugged with his arms up, and walked away. I went to tires plus instead because clearly I didnt think I was going to be getting helped there.

Had my tire change there a month around a month ago, my only complaint was though they fixed my one tire that had a flat, they didn't check any of my other tires pressure. Less than two weeks before I had gotten my tire pressure done at a shop while getting my car serviced, so prior to my tire getting a flat the tire pressure on all my tires was fine. My car indicates to me to let me know when it is off, but they had already driven it off to the side when I got in, so I just went to a QT to do it myself, but if I am paying money to get a tire filled, I expect the shop to check the tire pressure.
