Found a vehicle here and drove down from Kansas City to make the purchase. He allowed me to take it to an independent shop, and they couldn't find any mechanical issues at all! It had a few small issues, like a couple trim clips broken, but he adjusted the price accordingly. Very pleased with the process and definitely will check back in the future if I need a new car down the road. Thank you!

We just bought a 2020 Buick Encore from this dealer. He was wonderful to work with. Held the car for us for almost a week. Such a great guy and so honest. If you are looking for a car this is the place to go. Would definitely buy from them again. Amine was the best.

Amine is fantastic to work with! I have bought 3 cars through him now, and even when my daughter's car was stolen here recently and still had the 60 day tag on it, he reprinted it after it was recovered, and put it on the vehicle for us. All the vehicles are sound and well taken care of, before you take it off the lot. I appreciate his honesty, and will continue to send business his way. We will also be keeping an eye on his inventory, as I have another kiddo that's going to be in the market of needing a vehicle!Thanks for taking care of us! We appreciate you!

I bought my current car from them and any issue I ve had , I explained and communicated with them even if I thought I was bugging them they were immediately helpful and fast with meeting my demands!! I would definitely buy from them again and again!! They listen and just want to make sure you have the best experience possible!

I recently purchased a car through Park Plaza Motors. This was my first time purchasing a car all on my own and I was nervous. Park Plaza Motors was extremely understanding, they answered all my questions and met me multiple times with a smile to look at the car as well as test drive it. I work nights and once or twice they met with me during a time that worked for me. A concern with the car that I didn't notice when I test drove and bought the car, that is not included in the warranty, has arose since purchasing and Park Plaza has done everything to try to find the issue to make it right.I will and I have told my family and friends about them. If I have any car needs in the future I will be talking with them first.

Just bought a 17 Kia forte from them with no issues at all. They were punctual and were patient as some things had happened on Saturday and had to return Monday because of it! Great experience!

These guys go way above and beyond any expectations you have! Bought a wonderful low mileage vehicle at a great price! Majid and the staff are very friendly and responsive to any issues. Had a problem with the car a few weeks after purchasing and they bent over backwards to get the part and came to my house to install it! I couldn't have had a better experience with a car purchase! Highly highly recommend them for any vehicle that you're interested in! I have already recommended them to several of my friends. Integrity is a trait that is difficult to find these days, but I certainly found it here!

Working with Adam was an absolute pleasure! Adam is extremely patient. My Grandmother and I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional. He was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. He went above and beyond to see us on Christmas Eve during the day to test drive and eventually fell in love with the car and purchased it that day! Would highly recommend working with Adam to purchase your next car. love my car!

I would recommend them to anybody! I bought a car from them this week and have been so happy. He made sure that I knew everything about the car and even helped me check and make sure the tires were aired up properly. Not very often do you meet kind and honest salesmen that actually care about their customers. Highly suggest doing business here if at all possible

Our experience with Park Plaza Motors was great!! We were really impressed with the selection they had and how clean and well taken care of the cars were. We purchased our car with them and will continue to look for vehicles there in the future. The staff is so friendly and honest and knowledgeable about vehicles. They truly care about what you want in a car and will go out of their way to help you. Great place to buy a car!!!!

I recently bought a Kia Forte 2018 from PPM and I can definitely say I m very satisfied with my purchase! Also Amine is so patient , on time and very responsable with anything the car needs and what the costumer is wanting as well, he will definitely let you know when you receive a part for you car that you are needing or wanting to be ordered!

I had the best buying experience with park plaza motors. The owners found me a car ASAP with reasonable price, and they made it easy for me when I was struggling to find a car at that time. They really know what they are selling. Great customer service and very friendly. They are willing to negotiate the price and work around your finance. I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a car with a good deal.

I purchased a Fusion from Park Plaza Motors. I dealt with Amine, who was absolutely helpful in every aspect. If purchasing a car from here, you can buy with confidence that you are getting a good deal and that they will not lead you astray. They even took my car back and fixed a door handle that was not working properly. I am very pleased with my experience and will be back again.

They were extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process, they made it go as smooth as possible. I'm currently on my 6th car in 6 years (I just have bad luck) and this was by far the best buying experience I've had! The biggest thing about this place is that they are good people just trying to make an honest living, no hidden fees, no lying about problems, everything is open and honest, and I can assure you, that is the most important thing when looking for a car. I sincerely hope to do business here again (maybe not too soon this time haha) and could not recommend them more!

Exceptional and professional are words to describe Park Plaza Motors. I found a Kia Soul for my teenagers. It is in excellent condition and has backup camera and a touch screen. Yay! Amine guided me through the process and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. All of my questions were answered and the price was better than I expected. Great value for the money. I thank God for finding Park Plaza Motors! :0)

I wish there were more stars to give! Excellent service! Great vehicles! Makes buying a car very easy! Not only helped me locate parts for one of my other vehicles, he went out of his way and braved the hot sun and brought the part to the dealership for me! Couldn't be happier!!!
