I highly recommend going here. The mechanic Jesse was very helpful and nice and kind in the front desk was very kind to and explained to me what was going on. I definitely recommend this place. They have done good work before in the past with my car and I have a Dodge avenger and sometimes those cars are very hard to get fixed, but I highly recommend this place. They know what they re doing.

Great customer service. I went there for a flat and found out they are basically a mechanic shop. Now I've got them doing front end and engine work. Quality technicians and a great price. They were will to work with me on paying for repairs. I know where I'm going for everything automotive in the future.

One of the best places I've gone for automotive work. Great service. Excellent quality. I'd recommend every time. They even did a free eval on a wreck and got me in the same day, with no expectations of services being purchased for the eval.

This is the 2nd time I've used Expert Auto to service my vehicle. Both times I dealt with Damon at 2 different shop locations and both times the experience was A+. The customer service is what impressed me the most. Consistent updates and transparency throughout the entire diagnostic and repair process was very much appreciated! Excellent prices too when compared to what was offered at similar shops and all of their equipment is top of the line. Honest, Resourceful and Trustworthy. I am new to the area and finding trustworthy mechanics who problem solve and make recommendations as if my car was theirs is hard to do. Shawn and Dalton communicated clearly, looked for inexpensive solutions first instead of throwing expensive parts and labor at my problems and hoping for the best like other places could have easily done. I felt like they treated me and my vehicle like I was a member of their family. Trust is VERY important to me and they earned it. Expert Auto was referred to me by a gentleman working at Auto Zone and I am so glad that I listened! I had horrible experiences with two different Firestone locations and didn't know who to trust anymore. I was tired of being scammed and frankly couldn't afford to lose anymore money. Mr. 'Auto Zone' told me if I wanted a shop who wouldn't try and take advantage of me that I needed to go to Expert Auto Center. I went to the Washington location and I can't say enough great things about them. I originally went in to have my alternator and cracked valve cover replaced. They were able to get me in quickly. They were also able to fix the horrible work I had received from previously taking my vehicle to other so called mechanics. They were kind, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. They explained everything very clearly. From what was happening to how they could fix it.They even let me bring my car back in after I picked it up when I had questions about another issue. Just to make sure it didn't tie into something they had done. It didn't but they still helped with the issue. Without Charge! These guys are the best!! We had just drove down from Michigan through the night with our 2012 Dodge Caravan and arrived in Wichita in the morning. Picked up our daughter and went to breakfast and on the way to her place the van started running really rough and check engine light came on, lost engine power and wouldn t run highway speed. My son-in-law called and asked if they could look at our van at about 11 am. We just replaced our engine with a low mile used motor about 3 months ago, it was running great. We limped it over to their shop. Had it diagnosed, repaired and cost was under the original estimate!!! Van was picked up by 4pm!! It ended up being 3 bad ignition coils, (they weren t replaced during engine swap). Changed spark plugs. Running great right now. If I lived down here this would be my new shop. They could have gouged me, they knew I was in a pinch. They could have said, it s Friday afternoon we can t get to it till Monday. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for honest shop that won t stick it to you!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I have a lift & aftermarket parts on my Tacoma. The crew at EAC always informs me of the options I have & assists me in making the best choices for longevity of wear on my truck & best for my budget. Definitely one of the few mechanic shops I trust with my truck.

I drove in from out of town, not liking how my vehicle felt on the highway. I called Expert Auto Center and they got me in right away! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable customer service. Absolutely recommend to all! I can t thank them enough for the gift of peace of mind they gave me

Expert Auto Center came through for me BIGTIME. I had a strange situation. I am working in Florida and my car was sent from a terrible BMW shop to BMW of Wichita, where they wanted to charge me over $1300 for a job that was completed. I had my 535iX flatbedded to Expert where Shawn Hanson worked a miracle and did the same job for one fifth the price. I will be forever grateful.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely fantastic service. They went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and ended up undercharging me for labor. Definitely recommend to everyone and if I have any issues in the future, I ll be coming back for sure

If you want it done right the first time, this is the place to go. Fair Pricing and QUALITY work! I will never go anywhere else with my vehicles. I get treated too well and my cars always come out with a result from this shop. Took car for diagnosis. Said my rod bearing was out and needed a new motor which would cost $2500. I took elsewhere and got a 2nd, 3rd 4th and 5th opinion. It was in fact a time change belt that only costed $350. These guys didn't even diagnosis my car correctly.
