Driving to TX with my 1 yr old and 2 yr old and caught something on the highway that left a gash in my tire. Came here and they were 10 minutes from going to lunch. They stayed and got me a new tire and mounted and balanced it so I could get back on the road. Highly recommend them.

I was referred to this location / shop by my regular mechanic Johnny, owner and head mechanic at German Motor Works. Johnny has done the maintenance on my BMW for 5 years exclusively and I trust his judgement.I called Discount Wheel & Tire and Jessica answered and was super helpful. They close at 5pm but the earliest I could get there was 4:45 from getting off work. I explained my tire situation to Hassan and he explained the issue and what my options were. He quoted me out for a replacement set of rear tires and gave me three options to choose from in terms of price / quality. The option I went with he had in stock and was able to get me in next day to put the new tires on and even have his mechanic stay past the 5pm close time so that they could get it done for me asap. I was very surprised with how reasonably priced the tires were / how well he explained the issue and the options presented.Showed up the next day and they got the new tires on for me staying late past close. Very happy with the process and ultimately the prices and level of service. I will be using this shop moving forward and I can see why Johnny refers clients here. Jessica and Hassan have been great to work with. The shop is reputable, honest, and great prices while presenting multiple options depending on your budget. Don t go to Firestone or a big corporate tire / rim shop. Go here and get the best prices and service with quality staff and ownership. 10/10 stars. I will be back and highly recommend this place. My vehicle is a high end BMW and I am particular on who works on it but this place is now a trusted go to for me. Thank you !!

I had a nasty accident that bent the inner part of wheel on the front right. I was out of town almost 300 miles away. I was able to find this place to replace the rim on shirt notice. Was going to need a few days to repair but he was able to find a full sized spare for my Subaru and was willing to ship the repaired wheel to my house.I was able to get an appointment early next morning and drive home same day. Received wheel a week laterNot many places I can say will go to work and offer solutions. They even put fit all the parts back in my trunk as it was a mess but did it for me.Cant praise these guys enough.

11/10. THESE PEOPLE ROCK!!Nothing but nice things to say.Got a tire here yesterday because I had a flat. Even though I walked in a bit closer to their store s closing hours than I d like to, the woman at the counter was nice and eager to help. They had me done and rolling down the road surprisingly fast.I m already heading back to them to get an oil change today.

Very helpful. Had a coolant leak in my Chevy Cruze they replaced the pump within 24 hours of me bringing it in. Would recommend for auto service

My tire had a nail in it but was much worse condition. They were able to give me the advice for future repairs and were still able to fix my tire same day. Super helpful and will definitely be back!

5*+++ The owner and his TEAM are absolutely PHENOMENAL! I ve trusted them with my automotive repair, tire, even used car purchases for more than a decade. I ve never left a final transaction disappointed.They are highly skilled, provide tremendous customer service, and they are personable to boot. Frankly, I m hard pressed to compare any business in a favorable manner to Discount Wheel & Tire Auto Center. They nearly do it all, and they do it with the utmost in excellent performance!I recommend them for ALL your automotive needs. This is the best place to take your car. They give free estimates and are very vested in car maintenance. I had my transmission replaced and air fixed it was done in a timely manner and the mechanic communicated well with me before performing new tasks.

My car over heated and couldn't figure the problem out. Brought it in and they found the problem right away. Had to have my cooling fans replaced they had the repair finished in about 2 hours. Highly recommend them for all your automotive needs!

I have used this establishment to service my cars, both German and American made, numerous times and the service was professional, timely and of high quality. I've used the cars for years afterward and have not had any issues related to the services provided. The billing was clear and reasonable. This place is amazing! Had some wheels and tires put on my Subaru and they did such a good job I took my truck in and had the front suspension alignment done. Worst place I ever took my car. Spent thousands with them and my car is worst then it was when I took it. Been having to too spend so much extra money because stuff was broken in my engine l. Instead of replacing the parts they broke while fixing my car. They just glued it. The day I was told to come get my car, it died on me when I was driving. So I took it back saying something was still wrong. My car was kept for a week. Then I was called and told nothing was wrong with my car and could come pick it up. Soon after I did, it died again. Then I took it to another shop. They showed me everything that had been broken and not fixed. Worst place I ve ever spent money.

They did a great job explaining everything! They really worked with me to exactly what I needed and made sure I was safe. Never once did I feel like I was getting screwed over and their prices were the absolute best for everything I needed done. I am definitely coming back!!

I needed a set of new tires. I called first thing in the morning and the gentleman was very kind and knowledgeable. I was able to get a great deal and he got my car in on the same day! I will DEFINITELY be going to them again and will recommend them to my friends.

Do not go to this place. Absolutely ruined one of my tires (BFG KM3 $397 tire) as I asked them to remove it and completely denied wrong doing. They battled them for about 45 mins to remove them and they said it was impossible to damage.. The owner just asked his guys if they did it and they of course said no. The damage is obvious as a chunk of the tire is missing from them struggling to remove it. They pretended they knew what they were doing when evidently not. They did not even attempt to make it right. As a consumer, I will put my complaint and talk to my lawyer about possible action, for poor job and not owning to damages caused. Stay clear of this shop.Service: Tires

Usually buying a tire is a huge pain but the people here were super friendly and extremely fast. I have never seen such good deals on used tires in my life, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I wish more transactions were like the one I had here.

About two weeks ago I replaced my back tires and everything was great. But then two weeks later I was having a lot of shaking. After taking the car back in they showed me that the passenger front belt in the tire was breaking though. After comparing the two front tires that were installed new in may I found that suddenly they did not match and that the one on the passenger side was so much older that there was cracks in the tire material as well. Would have no idea how that would happen... would you?
