Wow wow wow!! This staff is incredible, I have never received better customer service/support anywhere. Tanner worked with us from start to finish and was incredibly kind and patient with me as he took the time to explain what all needed to be fixed on our car to get us back on the road. Also, once diagnostics were ran they were able to get our car fixed up before the end of the business day. Will definitely be coming back to Christian Brothers for all our automotive needs.

My first time using Christian Brothers Automotive. Wow! Very impressed with their process. Our car is under warranty, but the dealership was so busy they couldn't get me in for two weeks, and I wanted to get the service done. Great Christian business, I have no hesitation in recommending them for any automotive service, and they will definitely be our service provider after our warranty runs out. Or any time the dealer can't work us in.

Great repair shop! I was able to get our truck right in for an appointment when other shops had a wait list of week a more. I had done some diagnostic work on the check engine light prior to my arrival and explained what I had done to try to solve the problem. They discounted my bill for that. These guys are honest and have a high degree of integrity. They did an awesome job getting my truck back to us in short order. Wouldn t take any of our vehicles anywhere else.

Used Christian Brothers for the first time, had front end worked on and a alignment and tires rotated. This work was done in the same day I dropped it off. The bill for it all was so affordable and the car drove so smooth. What a excellent group of people that works there. If you want good honest work and prices, call them.

I would for sure recommend CBA! All the guys there are so nice! I m one to get scared when it comes to work on my car but they always reassure me and show me every little detail and make sure I know exactly what all goes into a job and always keeps me up to date with pictures and call about anything related to my car. They have fixed/replaced my struts. Alignment, transmission line and flushed my transmission and power steering just yesterday! Everything runs so much better and I trust these guys very much. I would for sure give them a try! They are reliable and have accommodations for shuttle rides if you need a ride to or from somewhere while your car is worked on! Overall a really great company! 10/10!

Extremely professional and understanding. This shop offers a lot and brings even more to the table when it comes to customer service and making sure that you understand every part of their process when you bring your vehicle again. I've gone to plenty of shops in the past, and nobody has ever taken the time to explain anything or actually make sure that you leave with zero questions about the process. You leave this shop feeling confident and more knowledgeable about your situation. Thanks again! We will see you soon!

Service was done very fast and I loved the detailed breakdown that was sent of the services needed and costs. The diagnostic cost was a little high, especially since it was not waved for getting the repairs done there. But knocking off half that cost and working with me on the price of the part was very appreciated.

Christian Brothers has been my go to for any issues with my vehicle. They are honest with their inspection/service recommendations and have never tried to push a service on me. They always do a great job answering any questions with their quotes as well. Friendly guys that do a great job both in the office and on your vehicle.

Excellent team to work with in the W Wichita location. Tanner handled our quote and overseeing the work and was excellent at communicating with us and answering all our questions. We had an engine replaced and the work was done promptly and for a reasonable price. There were a few minor additions they had to make beyond what was quoted..they didn't try to nickel/dime me and simply covered those unexpected items themselves.Would highly recommend.

Another visit into the light! Stepping into Christian Brothers (or even speaking with them to set up an appt) is like going back into the idealistic past (when folks were kind and treated us as if they knew us personally), like dealing with family or old friends. You instantly feel welcome, respected and cared about. I had an impossible situation and had to ask a LOT. We use our car for precious cargo every morning and afternoon as it serves as Nana s taxi, - our grandson s ride to and from school . . so any repairs need to be diagnosed and completed within a tight window of 9:30-3:30 or there d be a stranded little guy. They were extremely on top of the situation, made sure there was no ambiguity about when we needed the car back. Their friendly team member gave me a lift home and brought me back to pick up the car, and they finished the work an hour before it was needed!When I arrived at Christian Brothers to drop our car off, they had already contacted our warranty service and checked on coverage for what we thought we were going to be dealing with! Moments after their inspection (which in itself was nearly instantaneous) came the report of repairs needed and the estimate, then a call to OK the work! And they got started nice and early! Always gives me great confidence to go to Christian Brothers! You can rely on their professionalism, expertise, genuine concern and honesty, and the kindness and cheerful attitude of every team member! Thank you again!!

I have been bringing all 6 of my vehicles to CBA West Wichita for several years now. Jesse and his crew are very personable and knowledgeable, and I can trust them to give me honest information in what repairs are needed and what can wait. They re not necessarily the cheapest but very fair on pricing and do the job right the first time, so you get what you pay for. I like them so much that I drive from NE of Wichita past several other repair shops to come here.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Great communication and swift quality repair. JD, Tanner and Stephen were great to work with. They were able to repair my daughter s car in Wichita, KS while I was trying to coordinate from home in Denver. This is where the effective and timely communication came in and just how important that was since I was a few hundred miles away.It was a pretty significant engine repair which they accomplished with ease and dispatch.After the repair, they even delivered the car to a nearby collision center (long story) for repair from an accident two months earlier. This is the definition of outstanding customer service.They instilled trust and confidence throughout the entire process- beginning to end. Wonderful customer service, competitive pricing, always open about costs and what needs to be done. Great texting system for updates that lets you approve or deny any other findings. Free inspection and they always leave a bottle of water in my car when I pick it up!

Excellent customer service, this is my go to place for any of my car issues, everyone is friendly and welcoming. They go over everything that needs done to your car and send in detail through text, with images and you can approve or decline what you want done, This place is awesome. Definitely recommend to anyone who s looking to get there automobile serviced.

Christian Brothers Automotive is like pressing the easy button on vehicle repairs. From my first phone call, they were pleasant and professional--making the process easy for me. They got my vehicle in the next day, found and fixed all the issues, and charged me a very fair price. Also, you won't find a cleaner shop anywhere! As good as it gets.

We recently got another SUV and took it to CBA for a full checkup. The staff was very customer oriented and timeliness and service were excellent. Most importantly, any recommendations included cost estimates and explanations as to the necessity of having work done now are sometime later. What an awesome experience I have had so far with these guys. Danny and Tanner have been fantastic, talking with me via the phone and in person. The shop tech did a great job on the alignment after I had replaced most of the front suspension. The old 99 Grand Prix runs straight and true down the road again. My experience here has been a Top Shelf one. Their waiting room was spotless and very comfy. I spotted a coffee maker and fresh chocolate chip cookies also for the customers. They pulled my car up front and had an ice-cold bottle of water waiting for me in the front seat.This will be my go-to Automotive service place from now on!!!!

We had a rear main seal go out on our equinox last year. After taking it to Christian Brothers they had our car up and going withing a few days. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again this year with the cold weather. Luckily, Christian Brothers is an honest company and they stand by their warranty. They fixed our car at no cost for the repair. We are beyond grateful for their honesty and integrity.

Most kind people and automotive shop I've ever been too. I was lucky enough to get an appointment when CB had Free oil changes for single mothers event. I'm not only a single mother but also a widow. I also lost my dad 9 months before. Being a woman and not knowing much about cars I appreciate CB doing this event! I was in need of a oil change. They also had food and drinks while we waited. I'm so impressed with your kindness and generosity. Thank you so much!

Went in to have a check engine light and Tanner and team were amazing. Friendly, accomodating, and very thorough. Worked with my after-market warranty company and got everything handled and fixed. I ve found my new auto repair shop!

Called for an estimate to replace the front control arms on my 2010 Toyota Camry. The estimate was sent via text while I was still on the phone and it was $800 less than a quote I received from another auto repair shop. CBA got me in right away and performed nothing short of expert service, not only replacing the control arms but inspecting the entire vehicle and notifying me (with pictures included) of other work needed and by urgency. Their courtesy shuttle service is a plus. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive.
