Elijah was flexible and friendly! I had to change my appointment a couple times and he had the car ready for me and cleaned out so I could get the full experience! He was also very patient and helpful with all the questions I had. I would highly recommend working with him. He made my experience run so smoothly. Staff was also very friendly and the manager came and introduced himself and helped me with some questions I had. Great experience!

Thank god for Jesus! Our shining light when out in the car lot. Leading us to our blessed Equinox. A true godsend. Our lives were made better because of Jesus! CarStore, you better hang on to that beautiful man! We're extremely thankful for him.

UPDATE: As much as I hate to post this, I feel it needs to be known to be cautious of what you buy from here. Do I love my car, yes. But unfortunately, a couple months after buying, I started to notice the ride was a bit rough when driving over bumps in the road. I called to tell them I suspected bad shocks but was told my warranty didn't apply to that. I was quoted a very low price to fix but something didn't seem right to me since other mechanics gave me a higher quote. My car seemingly got worse and now you can see where we are. Blown front shocks and my tires are not even level! I've only had this car for 6 months! I feel this place whips their cars to a good front face and then throws them on the lot. They had to have known the shocks were going bad. Granted, I was heavily pregnant at the time of purchase. They don't negotiate price, and now I feel like I should be reimbursed a few thousand! This is just unsafe!Found a vehicle we were interested in on their website. Went to check it out without feeling like we were being hassled by salesmen. Car buying process was fast and we got the perfect vehicle for our family.

This is our second car from CarStore USA. Like the first purchase 6 years ago, we got a really nice car at a good price.Felix was quick to follow up with my daughter's initial inquiry. When we came to the lot, Jim was great at walking us through their inventory that fit in my daughter's budget - this was her first grown up car purchase. He was really good with her on the test drive and very good at explaining the payment options with her.We recommend CarStore if you are looking for a quality used car.

In response to an earlier negative review, I would like to express my opinion of Jim Simmons. I had at 60, never purchased a car solely on my own. I met with Jim Simmons, he was the most professional and caring sales person I have been around. He explained everything without being condescending. Jim took all the time I needed to feel comfortable about my purchase. He will definitely be my car salesman for life.

Super great experience, I drove up from Tulsa to check out a van and Gleif helped with all the questions I had and even helped me with trying to see if my motorcycle would fit in the back or not before I purchased the van. Everyone there was super nice and friendly as well. The drive was worth it

I sat down with Gleif to purchase my car! I met with 3 different salesmen at different dealerships and as a first time car buyer who was extremely nervous Gleif made feel super comfortable. He answered any questions I had and didn t over push on anything. He listened to exactly what I wanted and I can honestly say he was a big part of the reason why I came back after looking at the car the first time to make the purchase!
