A big shout out to Jesus Carrasco of BMW. He was very patient with us on our several trips to test drive the X5. Jesus was also very informative in all the features of the vehicle, one of the best I have experienced in many years buying vehicles. He was never pushy but always there to answer all of our numerous questions. The signing of the papers(the part I hate the most) was the quickest and most pain free I have ever experienced as he had everything ready. Jesus then helped us set up all the vehicle options to our individual needs before we left the lot. Jesus was one the deciding factors in us choosing the BMW X5 over other vehicles we were looking at. He was hands down above the other sales people we dealt with.

BMW of Wichita was excellent to work with in the buying process. Jesus Carrasco-Rubio was wonderful in helping to get my new 430xi transferred in from another dealer out of state. The process was so easy and fast! I would definitely do business with them again.

A shout out to Brian McDonald at Mini of Wichita. Our 16 year old new driver daughter reached out to Brian to explore a Mini. Brian walked her through all the car features, transport to San Diego and how and when dad and mom could get involved. When we did get involved everything was all set. Brian helped with all logistics and made the whole experience easy and fun. Thanks Brian!

Big THANK YOU to Brian McDonald. Brian helped us purchase a BMW X5. He was very patient and took his time walking us through both the purchasing and shipping of the vehicle. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle sight unseen . Very nerve wracking to not physically drive/see a vehicle in person before buying!! Brian was very understanding and patient with the many questions we had. Brian set up the prompt shipping and we were pleasantly surprised with the shipping company. (Car arrived in an enclosed trailer.) We would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks again Brian for making this a great experience.

Steve is awesome. After dealing with other dealerships in town it was nice to finally meet a salesman that knew every function of the car and explained how it worked. Had an awesome test drive, he took us on a nice open highway to really get the feel for it while explaining all the functions, as well as some city driving so we got an all around driving experience. Was not pushy at all either. Ultimately the vehicle we were interested in sold in the 30 minutes we left to test out a different car. When we came back it was gone, no fault of his, just unlucky timing haha. Would go back someday.

This is the second time I purchases a vehicle online, but the first time to have it delivered from out of state. The logistics were a bit complicated, but with Brian s help made it through the purchase, trade, documentation, pick up of the trade and receipt of the new vehicle. Buying a car is never easy, but it went smoothly, even across state lines.

My family has purchased vehicles from Walser Land Rover & Walser Audi. They have given us outstanding service, so we thought we'd be treated the same here in Walser BMW. However, that was not the case at all. The sales associate we had was the saving grace of our experience. He was extremely nice, never pressured us, and was communicative 24/7. The reason why I am giving this a 1 star review is because management made our "worry free" car buying experience very worrisome. I purchased a vehicle and the MyBMW app notified me the next day of possible transmission failure. I elevated my concerns to them and all they would initially offer me was a service appointment 2 weeks later. I'm not going to wait 2 weeks when I just purchased a certified vehicle. I took the car back the same day to process a return. This is when the awful customer service begins. The sales manager named Mason comes in and says "Hey guys, I'm the sales manager, what's the problem?". I don't know why he acted like he wasn't informed when the sales associate already told him earlier about this. I called and asked for an immediate inspection at 10AM and their original response was no. Now that I'm here wanting a refund at 4PM, Mason offered me for an immediate inspection. Sorry, you've already wasted my whole day worrying over this vehicle. Mason promised to forward us a return invoice since they don't provide paper receipts, but that never happened. He said they would keep in touch with us regarding the refund and that never happened. It took them 11 days to issue the refund and they were silent throughout the process. We always had to ask for an update. Mason even had the audacity to say that we were already informed how their return would work. Nobody informed us of anything. Mason never offered us an apology for the inconvenience. He had the attitude like it was his way or the highway. Our sales associate was helping us through the return more than Mason ever did and also apologized when nothing was his fault. Despite the bad experience, I still had plans to purchase another vehicle from Walser BMW because I really liked our sales associate and I felt bad for having to put him through this. But when we were trying to inquire about another vehicle, we found out they fired the sales associate who helped us because of what had happened. Honestly, he was the only reason we're willing to still do business with Walser BMW. But now that he's gone, we will just have to take our business elsewhere. If anyone were to be let go because of this, it should've been the manager, Mason. If I have to come back to Walser, I will make sure to go to Audi or Land Rover instead. Stay away from BMW's awful management service.

I m a blue-collar guy. I came up from nothing. I walked into BMW of Wichita fresh from work in dirty jeans, dirty sneakers and a worn out hoodie. I own a heating and air-conditioning company and my time is super valuable so I didn t have a whole lot of time to change and be presentable. I worried walking into a fancy-schmancy dealership in this fashion that I might be treated differently. I was so wrong. The sales team was outstanding, the dealership was beautiful and this was by far the best buying experience I ve ever had. They were prompt, great at communicating, and Jesus (Chuy) did an excellent job. The price was fair, the car is beautiful, and BMW of Wichita has secured my business for many many years to come!

We were unexpectedly surprised in an unexpected moment. While on the hunt for a "luxury" sporty kind of car, we found ourselves at BMW of Wichita. After test driving a car that just did not do the trick, a conversation with Mandi took us to a great car and an even greater deal. We are very grateful that she not only helped with the car, but ended up being the only person we had to deal with. From test drive to finance, she did it all. So thank you Mandi and the team at BMW of Wichita for your professionalism, honesty, integrity and the respect you gave us as your customers.

My husband and I drove from Omaha to check out an x5 we ve been looking for to trade ours in. Should have been an easy process however when we arrived (they knew we were coming) they almost seemed surprised we were there and the sales manager we worked with scheduled an appointment with another customer for the same time. He must have thought that their money spends better then ours does. We ended up talking to a woman who was nice enough but they offered us the lowest possible price for trade in without any room to budge while simultaneously charging the most for their x5. We would be throwing away money for a different in cosmetics but essentially the same car. That s not what the review is about if we would have been treated a little better then we would have maybe made the deal they wanted. They claim you work with one person but that s clearly not the case. We might have come in wearing sweatpants but we have enough cash to buy the car outright if we wanted to. They only get 2 stars because the blonde girl walking around asked if we wanted drinks or anything and that was the about the only customer service offered.

August 2022 bought a X3, I was given wrong information by salesmen said it had Apple car play it did not he lied to me. When driver delivered vehicle brakes were rubbing, he drove from Kansas to Oklahoma. Sale Manager she said I was lying. They picked vehicle back up, the other sales manager was a male kept lying to me when vehicle would be ready kept saying he would call then took off for a week, they sent gave a x1 to drive while working on my vehicle, it had cracked windshield and smelt like death. When they inspected the vehicle the brakes were bad. They did finally fix the vehicle only one a dealt with that was honest was one of customer service agent vehicle repairs he was awesome.

I didn't buy my car from Walser but I have had it serviced here many times over the last 4+ years and the service has been top notch every time. I've dealt with Christian almost every time and he's always been able to get everything that has broken on my 135i covered under the warranty I purchased from CarMax, and gotten me into loaners on short notice multiple times. I certainly wish my car would be more reliable but Walser has made issue much less painful.

Good afternoon, this was the very worst car purchasing experiance I have ever had and I will never do business with BMW/Mini of Wichita ever again or recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this company. I started the process on 15 Nov 20 and finally received my 2019 Mini Cooper Clubman JCW on 29 Jan 2020. Poor communication from the sales rep and sales mananger, I has to request continuouly request updates, they do not provide any information without my requesting updates. The dealership could not find a way to work with my credit union so even though I had financing ready they could npot find a way to work the funds transfers. This forces me to use the dealer s financing option which added another credit inquiry negatively affecting my credit scores since I already had received financing from my credit union. Additionally the paperwork when finally recieved has numerous errors and had to be redone two more times before it was finaly correct. Then it took from 4 Jan 20 when the financing was complete until 29 Jan to receive the vehicle, I had to ask many time to get a delivery date and it still was delivered a day later than expected based on the shipping order. The car arrived and was not clean and once inspected while washing had numerous poorly completed touch ups to the paint (very poor work for a supposed high end dealership, a little buffing might have helped a little, very poor attention to detail). I did receive a call from a general manager after the credit union financing issues could not be resolved but was not offered any incentive or offers to keep my business and nothing after refinancing with the dealership.Poor customer service, no incentives, poor communication, extremely long process, ZERO incentives. I rate this at ZERO StarsOver the last 10 years I have bought 4 Mini Coopers from 3 other dealers and none were this bad!Extremely Disatisfied!Peter J. Houst, USAF Retired

I had a really great experience buying my new car from BMW of Wichita! Michael Ulrich was the salesman who helped me and my wife get our dream car! He was really patient and informative through the buying process! He showed us plenty of cars to make sure we were going to leave happy! Next time I think about buying another car I will for sure go and look for Michael ! This man is so helpful and patient I think he deserves a raise !

Great experience working with Jesus Carrasco-Rubio (the other Jesus was great, too, as we often mistakenly contacted him on this transaction). Car was just as described, the process was easy, and the delivery was quick! We had never before purchased a car remotely, but after this, we would not hesitate recommending BMW of Wichita to others.

I was searching for a particular vehicle on CarGuru and found one that I liked!! I called the dealership and Ivan took the call. I wanted to see the vehicle in the sunlight and see how the color was in the sun. He literally did a walk around and took a video for me I felt like I was there! I liked it and needed to check with my banker and said I would call back in a few days! I called back and then spoke with Brian as Ivan was out that day!! I did purchase and these young men were very helpful and informative and made the purchase quite pleasant!! Highly recommend either of these salesmen!!

I was looking to down size from 2 vehicles to 1. Jonathan Jacob's over at BMW of wichita helped me out. He wasn't pushing me to make a decision and help me figure out what would fit my style and my needs. He gave me ideas and suggestions on all the vehicles I looked at. And finally we found the perfect vehicle for me. He gave me a lot of insight and information on my new BMW x3 m40i. By far the best experience I have ever had when it came to buying a new vehicle. Just want to say thank you and highly appreciated the help He gave me.

I have not purchased a car here as they did not have the exact model I wanted but they did a good job trying to accommodate without being the stereotypically pushy car lot losers. Mike was very nice, informative and helpful. Now, as long as the stereotypical telephone stalking that many dealerships engage in doesn't begin the 5 rating will remain. I hope for the best!

Update #2 - it's February 2024, no tag for a car I bought in July 2023 and prepaid the tag for. Paper tag 5 months ago. No calls or anything from BMW of WichitaUpdate- it's January 2024 and I still haven't received my tag that I was forced to pay up front.Purchased a BMW 330 in July. Dealer forced me to pay the tag at time of sale because I am from Oklahoma and it was an out of state sale for them. It is now November and I have still not received my tag. The paper tag expired weeks ago. I am given the run around every time I contact them. The sales manager doesn't even respond to me. The sales rep just says it's in processing. I can't go get my own tag and then get a refund for what I paid them because I don't have the title. They say the title is in processing with my tag paperwork. I have never dealt with a more incompetent dealership in my life. I've purchased BMW, Lexus, Audi, Chevy and Cadillac in the past at other dealers and never had a problem getting a tag. And to make it worse they won't or can't tell me what's going on.

Ask for Jesus when you walk in. Best sales person I have ever encountered. I typically hate dealerships but he made the entire experience easy, quick, and surprisingly fun. Strongly recommend this place.

Our experience with Walser BMW Wichita was great. Our Sales Rep was Jesus and he always made time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. We had limited windows of time to test drive vehicles and he always made it work. When we decided to order, he assisted with option breakdown in further detail. We just picked up our vehicle and could not be happier with our selections and how it came together. We had a wonderful experience and we will be back again for the next ride!

We had a great experience working with Brian. He was super responsive, took the time to send videos of the car since we were buying from out of town, answered numerous questions by text, and worked late to help work around my daughter's school schedule. At pickup, he was super helpful showing me the newer futures, and cognizant for getting me in and out on time. Thank you!
