On Nov 7, 2021 our car was side swiped while it was parked in front of our house on a quiet neighborhood street. I chose this body shop based upon a professional referral. Do to poor communication, failed promises, and a poor effort to complete our car, on Dec 6, 2022 (13 months later), I contacted a wrecker, settled my bill, and towed our car to a different body shop to finish what Aaron wouldn t.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

After a bad day experience with another body shop:insurance claim, American Collision came through for me within just a few days. I truly appreciate all they did for me to get my car back together and in a timely manner. Thank you Anesse for everything! Sorry if I misspelled your name

Aaron and the guys at American Collision Center did an amazing job fixing hail on my car. I took the vehicle to several popular body shops around the town and they all said it will be totaled. Guys at the American Collision Center stepped up and they stood by their word that they can fix it without totaling. These guys are highly reliable and their work is exceptional. Aaron is excellent at communication and transparency. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone who d like some great customer service experience. These guys will definitely be getting my work from now on!

I ve been taking my cars to Aaron for years! I usually drop in and he will give me a price on the spot and he is so easy to work with. Always there when I need him and him and his guys always do a great job! It s nice having a car guy that can do work and not charge an arm and leg to do it and is very trustworthy. I always refer my friends and family to him. There is no other place I will take my vehicles!!

Why can't all businesses be run like this; make a phone call, get a quote, agree on drop off, business calls back when job is done and job is done during timeline that was quoted, pick up part and be charged exactly what was quoted. I had a great experience with Aaron and American Collision when they painted a bumper I ordered online. I also fell in love with his beautiful German Shepard that greeted me each time!!

I took my car to two different places and got a quote for more than a grand, then I went to American Collision Center and they gave me a quote for half price. Very happy with the result. Very professional and very kind and decent ownership.They did the whole job in one day. It took from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 a.m. for my car to be fully repaired and painted. Other places gave me 3 to 5 days to fix the same issue.

Took well over a month for our car to get done to find out they did a horrible job on the car and refused to deduct the price so we had to pay the full amount for awful service that should ve been done 2-3 weeks earlier. We would ve thought since they had more time with our car it d be in good hands and taken care of but the car s exterior is poorly done and the guy who fixed it up admitted he did an awful job and still didn t help us out in anyway, awful customer service and will never bring our car back ever againServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I am so happy with my experience with American Collision. I am always skeptical when it comes to a deal that seems to good to be true.. But American collision has come through in every way possible. My Car looks flawless and they made the entire process of getting my car fixed pretty stress free. For someone that has never been in a wreck or in this kind of situation it was great to have a collision company that cared. They even took care of a rental for me! I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs body work and they have definitely earned a loyal customer. Don't think twice about it... Just take your damn car to American Collision!

Repaired and painted our damaged rear passenger door. Matched paint exactly with Ford color. Prompt service and excellent quality repair. Nice people to deal with. Very friendly.

They ordered parts and scheduled the work for 2 days after I brought the car in. It was done that day and they worked with the insurance company. I still had to make a claim but they handled everything else. So end of day two I have my car back all fixed and good as new. Thanks.

He did a Superior job! I'm only doing business with him for now on. I mean the way my car looked before I gave it to American Collision, I wasn't for sure if I really wrecked it. Brand new like I just purchased it. Thank you so so much!
