Best service I've ever had. My man, Jay, needs a raise because he went above and beyond to give me the best experience possible. Would definitely recommend this place. These guys treated me like royalty and made sure I made it to my next appointment on time. There were a few cars ahead of me, but the team of professionals serviced the vehicles dilligently without cutting corners. Ended up buying new windshield wipers and anything they suggested. These guys were not overselling me! They were making sure my car had everything it needed!

I like the Valvoline system where we stay in our car while the work s being done. I was surprised they didn t try to sell us a filter, but said it looked pretty clean. It would be five stars if it didn t take so long.

Efficient and courteous. They had to do some shuffling because the car in front of me had to get a tire fixed and needed to be in a different bay. I ended up in a longer line, but they rearranged people so I could go according to turn order. I appreciate the effort they put into making sure I didn t have an extra wait.

Quick and easy. Pull in, stay in your car and out in about 15 minutes. The young man who serviced my car seemed very thorough. Also, the 50% OFF coupon I got on-line was nice.

been going here for years. went and got an oil change out of town and they messed up. came here and they fixed it immediately. no charge. very good people work here. manager is a very good guy. takes care of costumers. highly recommend

They made a mistake. Robert owned it and corrected it. Most of all I was impressed with his honesty. I will be back because of him. You don t see this kind of honesty in the world today.

Got my oil changed here, and they took awhile on the underside, turns out they zip tied my skid plate back on and didn t say anything, very disappointed in the manager Shawn and Jermiah who was the employee in my underside, very shady place.

If there were zero stars, I would score them as zero. On February 27, 2023, I took my car for an oil change and after driving less than a mile my car engine shut down. Although Valvoline took responsibility for the problem and immediately towed my car to "their" mechanic today after more than seven months later, I still have a car with a faulty replacement engine. Long story short, two replacement engines later and seven months, my car still isn't repaired properly!!! The engine that was placed in my car isn't even a remanufactured one and I didn't have a choice on mechanics - this is absolutely ridiculous.P.S. My car was at the repair shop for 11 weeks.

Rebrand time. More like Slow Time Oil Change. How come I can do it 5x faster in my garage at home and I dont have the benefit of a trench and auto-fillers? Absurd. Change the business model to cars serviced vs. whatever they ve got going on currently.As for the 5 star reviewers, they are all local guides as evidenced by the star next to their profile and getting paid to write pure nonsense; see local guide from Utah that marvels at their speedy service. While waiting in line, no less than 3 customers got out of line after long waits, to likely start their Christmas shopping. Speed it up guys!Service: Oil change

Went for an oil change before my road trip. Instead of just taking my money the young man said that I had nor even gone 3000 miles since last and I would be good for up to 5000 miles. Always had great service from whichever Valvoline I visit.

I will never go back to this place, management is dishonest. I trusted the manager Shawn to do a simple task such as replacing my rear wiper blade and he ended up breaking the wiper arm. I drove off to find out that it was broken, when I came back he didn t seem surprised as if he knew he had broken the part. The manager did order a replacement part for me but the part did not fit. Here is where my frustration starts, I was told by him and another manager Kyle to take it to the dealership and I told them I could not and I needed them to fix it for me. To this day my car isn t fixed, they never took me serious and never bothered to call me to help me, is this because I am a women and they aren t taking me serious? I just don t know but it is unexcusable. At this point I had called their customer service to request upper management to reach out to me and no one ever did. They don t take their customers serious. I am frustrated on the amount of time it has taken to replace a rear wiper arm. I will never trust them again and I will make sure all my friends and family avoid that location. One of the employees has added engine oil more than it needed. Thats Insane!!!To my luck car sensor has detected it and was able to resolve the issue. I have been their customer since 2019 but this is gonna be my last visit to Valvoline.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Excellent shop - very friendly and professional staff! My differential fluid change was a difficult process, but Kyle ensured the job was completed successfully. Other companies would have said they weren't equipped, or charge more for the difficulty. I will return for other needs and refer other people.

Terry and his co-worker were very helpful and professional. I am from out of town visiting my daughter and my oil light came on. I had done my oil change here before my car oil pan was good.after changing the oil they didn t cared about oil drain bolt and they overtighted it..that damaged the oil seal and pan.Then from the next day my car oil was leaking continuously..then i took that to tiresplus they said that my oil pan drain bolt was damaged and i called the valvoline they didn t even responded i had proof with the bills.i think they have employees with no experience how to handle these things.

First and last time ever having my truck serviced here while on the phone with my fiance the techs are making fun of her for not knowing where the hood release was. Then straight up picking apart the truck while she's sitting there making fun of her and the truck so unprofessional. And let's talk about the price I was quoted over the phone that was over 50 dollars more even with the coupon they texted, that surprise can't be used till your following visit. If I was available and not working they are lucky I wasn't there guess I'll find someplace that actually cares about the customer service part of the job...

If you re looking for a bunch of poorly trained kids to change your oil, this is your place. I went to change my oil after having it serviced at this location 3 months ago. My oil plug is so tight and stripped I m going to have to have it cut off. To change the oil of this car you have to remove 6 screws for the skid plate and after my oil was changed I only have 3 left. Just overall rookie level work and service. Save yourself the trouble and change your oil yourself or have it serviced at a real shop or dealer. It s my fault for thinking they were comment enough to do the service. Learned my lesson. No point in responding to my review, it won t change my review of the level of service I received at this location.Service: Oil change

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I pulled up around 245 in the afternoon and was out the door 20 minutes later. Joe checked me in and was personable, knowledgeable and super easy to work with. You never really expect to have great customer service at an oil change place, but this location blew my socks off. GREAT JOB! 10/10 would recommend!
