We've brought in three vehicles to have serviced here and each one has been a great experience.They had no trouble getting my truck in last moment a few weeks ago after I shared 5 lugnuts after hitting one of KCs infamous potholes.On our van they compiled a great list of fixes and their severity and have worked with us getting each repair done when we can afford it.The price with tires plus has been great. They are upfront about the pricing, quotes and services.Even when inquiring about extremely difficult services they don't try and up sell me and are very honest about the repairs.Also their tire warranty is the best. Had a torn up tire a few months ago and they replaced it for just the service fee.All out tires are going to be through them from now on.

Met my expectations. Even gave me a stronger windshield wiper replacement than the one I had before. Had me in and out of there as quick as I expected. The only slight issue was that they thought it was best to replace my tires then but ran into an issue unscrewing one of the nuggets, which they said could break the whole tire structure apart and they didn t have a replacement part on hand. Since I m heavily dependent on my car and do all of my own driving, we decided to wait to address that issue the next time I came in.

Took my car in to change the back brake pads, rotors and one caliper. I am aware my car has other issues but received an estimate in between $500-$600 for those three things and labor so I scheduled an appointment. I dropped my car off for appointment on Dec 29 before business hours and called that morning to confirm that they would be replacing ONLY the brake pads, rotors and one caliper on my back brakes and was informed that was all they planned on fixing. I was called later that afternoon when my car was done and when to pick up with my father who was paying for the service. At pick up, we were surprised with a bill for $1200 when we were expecting to pay half of that. The attendant helping us would not speak directly to my father even though he was speaking directly to him, he would only speak to me as if my father wasn't even there. We stated that we called and asked specifically just for those three things because we are aware there are other issues with the car. They stated they "had to make the car safe" but did not contact us for approval to fix more than we requested thus leaving us with a larger bill than we wanted to pay. We are upset because this is absolutely not the service we asked for nor was there any communication that they were fixing brake line hoses. If the business could not fix ONLY those three things without fixing the other stuff, they need to say that and we would have gone elsewhere. But there was absolutely no communication. While they were able to take $200 off our bill for the miscommunication I do not feel that was enough as we paid double what we were expecting without approval or communication with us. I advise if you are a woman you do not bring your car here, it's clear that they take advantage of those with little car knowledge and quite frankly don't have the communication that a car service shop should have. There are better places that will treat you with respect and dignity and not like an idiot.

Took car in to check the battery I bought in February 2023. Peter took the time to check the battery as it was two low to start. He charged the batter about 30-45 minutes then checked again. Determined the battery was defective, ordered a new one and then had it installed. While this took about 3 hours, I observed the customer service Peter preformed. He attended to several folks at the counter while taking many calls. Peter exhibited the most professional services at all times. I would recommend you do everything possible to keep Peter, as he is a tremendous asset of your business.

I wanted to switch out the tires on my new Tesla and was a little nervous about bringing it to a tire shop - not many techs in KC have the specific expertise necessary to work on these cars. Julian made my experience way better than I ever expected - he understood the car had specific requirements, got clarity around what I wanted to do, then called me when the car wouldn't stay in neutral for the alignment, working with me to figure out the specific procedure. I'd recommend this Tires Plus location to anyone, Julian goes above and beyond to deliver great service. 10/10.

Horrible experience and service. It took 2 visits for them to tell me " the guy that does Bmw alignments isn't here" on this visit, they attempted the alignment with an unqualified mechanic doing it. I specifically asked for NO test drives, not only did they test drive my car, but when i got back in my vehicle my shift knob was covered in grease. on my third visit with the specific technician I was told my car was too low for their alignment machine. I will not be returning to this location, the only person that showed any type of customer service or helpfulness was the woman that works at the front counter.

BEST Experience, Fast, Quality, affordable, courteous and job done right.My tire blew out on the freeway and my insurance towed my car to nearest tire shop (Meineke) they told me they could help me BUT UNTIL TOMORROW. In desperate need I called ALL the tire shops in that area an no one wanted to repair the tire since it was around 4-5pm. I mentioned the situation to Carissa, the Store Manager at Tires Plus and she went above and beyond and literally helped me installed the new tire and in less than 35 minutes I was out of there.THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP !!!Service: Tires

Brought my car in thinking I needed a new strut, expecting to pay $500-700. We did 4 test drives around the neighborhood trying to replicate the noise I was hearing and make sure we did the right fix. Ultimately it was just an old bungee cord I left attached after changing out the break pads a few months ago. They could have easily gone through with the unnecessary repair, but didn't waste my time and money. Will definitely return.

I absolutely love this auto shop! Everyone that I have dealt with is very nice and respectful and willing to explain anything to me that I don't understand. I have taken my truck in several times for winter oil changes and for other repairs. They also have a credit card though the company, which makes it easier to afford in today's economy. I have definitely found the repair shop that I will always use. Thanks so much y'all!

I purchased 4 new firestone tires from a different Tires Plus in Kansas 10 days ago , I ended up having a screw in my rear tire and a slow leak. I work night shift and I went by the closest firestone by KU medical hospital after getting off and they informed me I don t have enough staff to help you with your tire I purchased road hazard so it was over 1000 dollars on tires and no one to repair it or put on the spare . I made an appointment at tires plus in overland park for 2pm the next day , I had to stop and put air in the tire so it was 215 before i arrived and I was informed I only have 2 guys here and not going to be able to help you today I had only 4 hours sleep and was driving back home to wichita , It was so frustrating . A really nice customer in line at tires plus started calling around to help me find someone to change the tire or repair it and no luck Finally the manager that had his right arm wrapped in ace wrap due to a injury decided he would change it and put the spare on to get me home to wichita. Not impressed with Tires plus , very frustrating for a single female driving alone . They sell you tires and road hazard but then don t have time or staff to help you when you need them to repair a tire . Very poor service !

I had a miss hap going to school. My rear tire was punctured and this was the nearest place. I worked with Peter Schueller, to get new tires. Even though they had a busy working schedule he was able to fit in the job and get me on the road again as fast as he can. He s a down to earth/ethical person. I felt like I was treated fairly and kindly for a 4-tire replacement. My only complaint is that what was suggested would be a 60 to 90 minute while-I-waited job ended up being closer to two and a half hours.I've also recently taken two different cars in for minor tire checks and service, and both times they seemed to just assume that the TPS warning light would go off on its own but it didn't, and I had to return for manual turn off. It seems that should be a default part of the service, ensuring that the warning lights have reset.Neither of these are big enough deals to stop me from returning in the future, and the staff is super friendly about these things.

I've been visiting this location for years, however, I will not return again. I just took my son's vehicle in on Saturday (yesterday) for a total car inspection. They advised of low coolant and oil levels. Today he got an overheating notification on his way to work. I had him pull over and discovered that this location left his radiator cap off during the inspection, and that coolant had spewed everywhere. The current personnel are not to be trusted. Save yourself an engine and find somewhere else more reputable. If you don't, please look under the hood and verify everything is attached properly, because they don't!

Searched thier website for tires. Entered in this location. Came up with a fair price for a tire. When I arrived at location for my appointment. I was notified that they don't carry that tire. Was quoted a price almost 50% higher. I started to ask about ways to lower the price (not replacing valve core ect). I was told that he couldn't. I said it sounds like a bait and switch (well it is). And manager Rob. Told me he didn't want my business. Well I don't want to give this business any business and don't think you should either.

I went to Tires Plus on 9/18/21 for a simple oil change. I called prior to scheduling an appointment to ask roughly how long it would take, and I was assured oil changes take less than an hour. I scheduled my appointment for 11a and planned the rest of my day around it, based off the information I was given.I arrived at 10:45a, checked in, and waited in the store. Around 11:30a, I asked why my car had not been taken back yet - the person at the front desk informed me there were "bigger projects that needed to be started first".Around 11:50a, my car was finally taken back. Around 12:30p, I asked how much longer they thought the car would be serviced, the person at the front desk (now a different person) informed me it "shouldn't be much longer". I asked why it was taking so long when I was assured it was something that took less than an hour, he told me "There are other cars that have more important mechanical issues than an oil change". I asked what the point of scheduling an appointment was if the appointment would be almost 50 minutes behind scheduling, he told me "Like I said, there are bigger issues than your oil. You schedule an appointment with the risk of it running behind". I went and sat back down to wait for my car to be finished.Around 12:50p, I was called up to pay - the man at the desk tossed my receipt across the counter and all he said was, "They'll keep the car running since it took so long. Sign on the screen".It was an absolutely awful experience and I am deeply disappointed in everyone I spoke with during this appointment.I will no longer be servicing my vehicle at Tires Plus, since it was very clear to me they did not feel my vehicle's servicing was not important enough to be prompt with.The people I spoke with were dismissive, rude, and inattentive to me - apparently due to the fact I scheduled an appointment and expected them to stick to their schedule.I have to wonder if the same instances would have occurred had a male family member taken my car instead of me.

As far as the guys doing the maintenance is concerned, exemplary, but the manager has a lack of customer service decorum and response to the needs of the customer. Not only was he lacking with me, but I watched his responses to the needs of a couple ladies that came in while I was there. In my case I had a front end alignment done and while driving away found the car to pull to the right and acquired a wobble. On returning to the store the manager was short and unwilling to take care of my needs immediately (5 minutes after leaving) and wanted to put off my issue to serve his needs, and not mine. Greatly needs to work on his customer service personality.

I highly do not recommend come here . I had an appointment for 8am and arrive about 20 mins late , but notified them that I would be late . After I arrived, it took them almost 3 hours to replace ONE TIRE!!!! I will not be returning here for any future need auto services.

I have taken my suv over there 3 times to have the same alignment done over and over again. So now you rate this place, and I paid for a lifetime alignment, ALREADY, but if I hadn't paid for a lifetime, then I would have paid them 3 different times. WOW

I went in today to get a truck looked at my son was thinking about purchasing. I was met with a very nice young man that told me I may have to drop it off overnight( no problem with me) as they were busy busy. Cars lined up waiting on service...They called me within 3 hours of the drop off and told me I was done! The man that called me explained in detail what was going on with the vehicle. ( wish I could remember his name, as he was very nice in explaining everything)... he went the extra mile and explained everything to me again once I got there!! He had everything typed up for me as well! Awesome service from both reps I spoke with.... I've been there once before in the past and had great service and I had a great experience this time too!!I will be a repeat customer!!!

I was kept informed about what was going on with my tire replacements the entire time. They were sent the wrong tires and I overheard the phone call and the gentleman taking care of it was upset and was offering to take care of it himself. The appointment took longer than expected because of the tires not arriving on time and then being sent the wrong ones. But the phone call showed me how much they care about their customers being taken care of. Then when I went to pay, I was given a discount and that was unexpected, but so appreciated. Customer service means a lot to me and they definitely exceeded my expectations and I'll bring my vehicle here from now on for sure.

Exceptional service would highly recommend you get your tires replaced here. My experience was amazing. The gentleman that helped me ensured that I had the best deal for the best tires. As long as you know what you need and know what you don't need you will have exceptional service and extremely great tires with a cheap warranty I was able to decrease my spending limit of over $300 at this tire plus. Not only that, but got great warranties for 50% less then the tires plus in South Dakota. Cheers guys
