I went to the Overland Frame Shop and I think they do their job like many other shops but I went alone basically because my friend can t drive. And when I came back for my vehicle I had to leave my other vehicle for a few minutes around 25 minutes to be exact. I left in my other car and not in a taxi because I had a feeling that I was going to have to do something else, and YES they don't accept cards, so it was a good idea to take it because I could go to the bank to get cash. So I left my other car there to come back for it. And when she called me she was rude to me and said: HEY YOUR VEHICLE, DID YOU LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE?! and I answered yes I just get home and call a taxi. And she replied: NO, I NEED YOU TO MOVE YOUR VEHICLE NOW!!. And she forgot the magic words (PLEASE) her treatment was not fair to keep me as a client. Not to mention they didn't even need that parking lot where I left it. She just she was rude. Your customer is not treated badly, especially when the customer needs you.Service: Wheel alignment

The colors on the mat and frame were perfect! Although it took a while to come in, I was so happy with the final product, it made the wait worthwhile. An added bonus is the friendliness of the staff.

I was recommended to this business from a employee at L&M Tire Service. Everything he told me about this place was 100% accurate. I see why they been in business for so long. Super nice people to work with. Have aligned classic cars, lowered cars and our CR-V with them. He will align to requested specs as well which is a huge plus for me - all at a reasonable flat rate. Atmosphere is pretty much a normal shop - husband and wife + cat are there during the week. The waiting room is pretty small/non existent, so I recommend dropping the vehicle off and going one block over and grabbing food or drink in down town OP while you wait instead. Even on a car with new a k-member, coilovers, bump steer kit, spindles - both wheels pointing out, positive camber, and the steering wheel crooked he was able to fix it all within 1.5 hrs. They always tell us if there are any issues or we aren t happy to bring it back and they will take care of it - I ve never had to use their guarantee but glad it s there.

Have used Overland Park frame 4 times now, 3 different cars. They always get it right at a fair price. This is the alignment shop you are looking for!

Friendly, fast and knowledgeable place for alignments and suspension work. You will not find a more honest shop. If they can't align it then it can't be aligned.
