Superior customer experience from the entire team! Moe helped recommend the best brake pads for my vehicle. Detecting my rotors required turning, Moe and team had this completed within an hour!

Been here a few times, and most of the staff is nice enough. Only thing that makes me not come here as often is the bigger guy with dark hair and beard who isn't the friendliest. Just kind of gives me my receipt without saying anything and doesn't even look at me.

Highly recommend - the guy who helped me replace my brake light was so great and nice!!! I had to come here after the guys at Advance Auto were extremely rude and laughed at me.

The staff here are friendly and hard working, and tend to know more about auto repair DIY than most other chains. They also cooperate with local car events and meets to promote and sell tickets. O'Reilly's had the o-rings I needed for a power steering pump, but none of the other auto parts chains did.

I went to o' Reilly auto parts to explain the manager that I need a battery for my car he and I went to look at one I went to pay for it he went out side I open the hood of my car he put it in the service was great I gave them a 5 star

Fragile employee. Asked guy to check battery at the 14851 Metcalf in Overland Park location. He warned me it was hot outside (yes I knew that). He checked battery and I needed a new one. I asked him to install a new one, but the 19-21 y.o healthy male said he'd just put in a new battery and didn't want to install mine because it was too hot and he feared for his health.So I went down the street to Carquest Auto parts. I'm 68 yo and the Carquest employee was my age or older. Very helpful. Without complaint he checked my battery and gladly put in a new one for me. Both of us lived through the death-defying experience.Guess where I'm going from now on?

They wanted to run our tag yo figure out a part that we needed. I have never heard that ever!!! We aren't from Kansas, and our tag is currently a Florida tag. So how in the heck were they going to find the vehicle. Then we were told to take the part off and bring it in so they could look for it. All we needed was brakes and rotars for a dodge journey.

Don was very helpful finding the correct wiper blades for my car and taught me how to install it on my own. He even took the trash and old wiper blades to dispose of for me! Thanks for your help, Don!

Just stopped in with a headlight out. Reuben assisted me. Within a few minutes I had purchased the correct bulbs for my vehicle. I checked to make sure I didn t need anything else to do the replacement. He said I didn t and offered to help me install it!!! Within a few more short minutes I had both headlights replaced and was back on the road. Awesome experience Out of the ordinary service. Thanks Reuben!!

Called this location since I'd been there before. Lady said they don't install batteries just test them. Told me to take it to an auto repair shop if I wanted it installed. Oak park location tested installed a new battery and replaced a broken brake light no charge. 20 min in and out. Don't think I'm coming back here.

A piece of my windshield wiper snapped off in the snow this morning so I came to this O'Reilly's to fix it. James was very helpful and even came out to my car to fix it for me! I'll definitely be coming back to this location!

Due to cold winter, my car battery died. Called O'Reilly and they asked me to bring battery and they will charge it gor free. After looking at the battery, O'Reilly guy told me that battery is all dead and I have to buy a new one for $120-220 depending upon CCA. I went to Walmart, bought a home charger for $20 and charged the old battery for 3 hours approx, since then my battery is working fine.For all those who are are advised to change the battery, just give it a try and a second opinion. It will save you money.

Great service!!I had to change my car battery. Went to Firestone first and they said, I need to leave my car for 2 days.I then called O'Reilly and could get this done in minutes. Awesome service.

Good stock and a friendly kind of helpful staff. I had just picked up a used car and needed a brake light so I could get it licensed the next day. They quickly found the bulb I needed, and went above and beyond by helping me install it right then and there. Thanks to that I was able to get it inspected and tagged on a Saturday morning!

No real complaints, I was provided assistance with checking my battery, asked a few questions and got my alternator tested here. All was simple, straight forward and easy. Staff was mixed, some of them were more helpful and comfortable answering my questions while others were a little uneasy about it. Maybe they were just new to the job, which I understand can take some time to adjust!

Was sold the wrong part, the price online was not honored, additionally, they advertised 15% off brake parts, I didn't receive coupon/sale price either, on brake pads.Tech wasn't knowledgeable at all.Where did all the people go that actually knew about cars?Unhappy customer,From a woman customer.

Went to purchase a brake light. I asked if someone could help me replace it and I was told no, it s too difficult . The gentleman that answered had no idea the make or model of my car. I called a different Oreilly and they said they would be happy to look at it and would help if they could. They also referred me to someone that could help if they were unable to replace. Needless to say i went somewhere else to have it replaced and returned the bulb I bought at Oreilly.

Had a good experience here. Needed a rare, vintage, light bulb socket. Employee, forgot his name, showed me that I could just replace the contacts and leads (I think that is what it was called) and keep the housing. The fix worked perfectly. Thanks O'Reilly's employee (dude in his 30s/40s). Hard to tell behind the mask:)

Walked in for a battery for an ATV. Did not have it in store (which is OK), said they would have it dropped off from another store at 3:30. Went back at 5:30 and was told that the battery wasn't there and that the hub store has been missing a lot of drop offs. To their credit, they were apologetic and issued a refund. I drove about 6 blocks to a competitor and bought the battery.
