Great customer service and able to get in quickly. Eric Wilson is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions patiently.I typically stay any time that I receive a service anywhere I go to watch the interaction with other patrons and I must say that I was very impressed with the way Eric treated not only the customers, but his coworkers as well.I will definitely be back. Best Customer Care!I was stranded and had to get my car towed into the shop and even after waiting hours for a tow Eric waited the few minutes at closing to make sure we got taken care of and answered with no irritation.It really turned out to be something so small but the positive attitude and transparency goes so far!

I can t say enough good things about this shop. Fair warning you may need to make an appointment but that is the price for good service and integrity. I am always treated respectfully. The customer service is on point.The technician always shows me the parts in question and explains the service that I need. One time when I came in asking about my brakes, I was shown the brake pads and was advised they didn t need to be replaced yet. When has that ever happened to a female in an auto repair shop?Bottom line you can trust these guys!

This was my first experience with Midas and it won't be the last! Eric took great care of me! He was very courteous both on the phone and in person. I will highly recommend Midas at this location to anyone needing service on their car!

One of the best auto repair stores in town. The staff are professional and super helpful. The customer service is top notch. Special shout out to the store manager Louis Wolf. He is a rock star. Really appreciated his help.

I requested an appointment last night after business hours on their website I was told they would call first thing after they opened which they did. My Brake job front only ( pads and rotors)was done in 2 hours. Customer Service was OUTSTANDING! From the initial callback to out the door! I will definitely consider using them for anymore of my automotive repairs.

Went in to get a leaking tire fixed we bought from them 2 months ago and was told it would take an hour at the most, 3 hours later it was done. After driving off I got a notice from my car saying the tire was losing pressure so I returned after calling them about the issue. They added more air to the tire, but said they couldn't find a different leak and sent me on my way refusing to look anymore, after spending less then 5 minutes on it. Here I am driving on a spare since they couldn't fix the issue and refused to look at the issue anymore. I would have gladly bought a new tire if it's what was needed.

Very bad experience with Midas and will never go to them again. I went to one Midas location to see why my SUV has a slight wabble when I drive and they told me I needed my tires balanced but there machine was not working so they sent me to another Midas and I told them what was going on but they told me we will have to do our on investigation to see what's wrong could be something else so I said ok fine (keep in mind there's nothing else wrong with my suv no lights on the dash). After the finish looking at it test driving it putting it on the lift and running it while up in the air they finally finish and give me a estimate of over $1,000 worth of repairs that need done I have a 2019 Dodge Durango and I've took it to several other shops and nobody has told me I need repairs to my transmission manifold, cabin air filter bad tie rod bad. So I politely declined the repairs and got my keys once I started my truck I now have transmission light, abs light brake light, none of my sensors work and my steering is locked up. They so well drive it for a while it should reset I drove 20 minutes home and still the lights are on so now they want me to come back and try to reset the program to find out there is a security lock and now I have to take it to the dealership. Now I have to wait a few days for an appointment I had to get a rental car to drive to work which never offered any reimbursement even though they apologized and said they would pay for the cost of the dealership fee it's just the inconvenience I had to go through. When all it was is a bad tire or what they would call it out of round tire in the first place they definitely that they would scam me out of money fixing something that was unnecessary people please be careful when taking your vehicle to any auto shop sometimes it but to take it to two or three other shops to see if they tell you some different.

My husband took his Chevy Silverado here for new brakes. Everyone was so professional and efficient. They gave us a heads up on some upcoming maintenance and got us in and out. Would definitely recommend.

This Midas is awesome. After a brake caliper failed, I talked to two different auto shops that couldn't get me in same-day. This wasn't good because I live two hours away. I limped into Midas and Lewis at the desk told me to my face that he will get me fixed up same day. He wasn't kidding either. They were able to fix my van and get me back home. Thank you Lewis and Midas for all of the help, I couldn't be here tonight without you!

Louis helped set up my appointment to get in and was very friendly and accommodating of my schedule. Once in the store, Chris was very professional and actually recommended a fix for my AC unit which was not the reason I was here. All told, I've found a new shop to call home. I won't be going elsewhere for any service on my vehicle!!!Hats off and thumbs up to this management staff and crew!! Professional experience all the way!!

I visited Midas on Metcalf for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience. My dealership had told me I needed to replace the valve cover right away at a high cost. But when I got a second opinion at Midas, they confirmed that the cover was in great shape and didn't need replacement. I can't express enough how thankful I am that they were honest and not just trying to take my money.

Louis and his team are the best! Squeezed me in on a Saturday, did a comprehensive overview of my Jeep, changed my oil and swapped out my battery and helped me avoid paying for a new braking system. Garrett and Louis are the best very professional we had a work truck that was under warranty from another shop in a different state and they took our truck in right away and fixed it we will definitely bring our vehicles here and if I was you I would too! I can't give it a 5 star experience, because my appointment was pushed back to another day, and I was only informed after I actually got there for the appointment. It would have helped if I had been contacted ahead of time of the delay.Otherwise, it was a good experience! Everyone was transparent and honest, and my oil change was done quickly and well. I was especially impressed by Garret, who handled a very busy evening and difficult customers with grace and patience.Word to the wise: Google maps tried to take me there from the back side, but there's no way to get there from the back. The only entrance is off of Metcalf!

I used to be a fan of Midas. Got royally screwed. Do not get your breaks worked on at this location. Oil change at best.
