They always do a fantastic job. Great customer service. Bought the insurance on tires and when I had a blow out, I only paid thirty dollars for a brand new tire because the damaged tire could not be repaired.

Excellent customer service! I've purchased tires from several different Discount Tire locations and the one in Overland Park was fantastic! I was in and out within 30 minutes and was kept up-to-date with the progress of the tire removal and installation. I also appreciate their willingness to check air pressure and adjust it accordingly. I will definitely be returning!

It's been a while since I visited but I visited years ago. I went in to get my tires replaced because a misalignment made have my tire smooth like butta. Well, I went in and came out with new rims and tires and boy lemme tell you, my baby was looking sseeexxxyyy! They did an amazing job with her and for a great price too.

I've been dealing with discount over 10 years, had nothing but good experiences until this location. My wife brought in her car that had a nail in the tire. She asked for a flat repair and tire rotation. They indicated there was nothing to repair and did not rotate the tires. They did however upsell her on windshield wipers. I removed the screw and patched the tire with a temporary plug to get it to the shop. I brought the vehicle back and let them know that they had not rotated the tires and that I had plugged the leaking tire to get it here (middle of the tread, 1/8 in diameter plug). They refused to fix the flat since I put a temporary plug in it. Being a front wheel drive vehicle, the only option was a replacement tire. My wife starts cancer treatment tomorrow and we are really scrambling to get everything in order. I really would have appreciated a legitimate flat repair and rotation. Instead I was left with the options of replacing two tires or dealing with the continuous flat. All tires were over 5/32 and would have been good for a while longer. The price of dealing with sales people will always be dishonesty. I understand that they have to sell tires to make a living. I have purchased multiple full sets from them and probably will continue to. I'm just really disheartened by the high paced, sales push. Instead of genuine care for customers.

I want to say what a GREAT experience I've had at Discount Tire on Metcalf!I had four new tires placed on my care in August, and many thanks to Joshua, Nico and Noah for a truly marvelous experience--from our initial phone call with questions, to scheduling, to bringing in the car, to picking it up--everything ran like clockwork, and everyone was so friendly and efficient and committed to giving us the very best service possible.Then in November I hit a piece of concrete in the road and had to have a wheel replaced. Again, online scheduling was a breeze, and when we brought it in, Jacob T took excellent care of us. He examined the wheel/tire in question (as well as the other three wheels), giving me a complimentary tire wear check in the process. He guaranteed the replacement would be done within 2 hours, and he was right!My car is driving beautifully, and I will always trust my tires and wheels to the folks at Discount Tire. They've made me a loyal customer! Thanks so much!

I just seen after several week that they left off 1 on the lock nut off of my wheel.Never in my life would I have thought i would need to double check that a tire company put all the lug nuts back on the car.Way to go!

Pulled up for a quick air check early in the morning and watched 4-5 people standing around talking in front of a car, 2 people working on tires on a car, and no one coming over to help for multiple minutes. They yelled out that I was here multiple times but no one ever came over.

Had a very low tire and came in for a repair. The staff member was very friendly and explained what would happen when the car is at the shop. I also got a text message with a link to track the progress. My car was ready within an hour. They found a screw in the tire and fixed it with no charge. I didn t even get my tires from them. I appreciate their service and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs new tires

Gage was very professional and honest! The whole staff was friendly and helpful. They gave me a promise time and stuck to it! Didn't have to wait to long to get back on the roads. I will definitely be coming back to this location

Came in for an appointment i scheduled online at 3:15 PM (I scheduled it online like they recommend for faster service) and I waited until 5pm until they even touched my car!Do not schedule an appointment online and do yourself a favor and just go to a local mechanic, they will be give better service than these people. Horrible horrible service!!!!

Great staff and guest experience. Everything was explained to me by Joshua and Gary about my options and recommendations needed for my car. Fast process to get in and out only took an hour for installation. Thanks for everything, can't wait to come back for my tire rotation.

Not a fan of the price for the run flat technology, BUT it'll be safe for my lady to continue to drive without worry about a blowout. Marvin was good with knowledgeable customer service. Thank you and we'll refer to others.

Great customer service! I went to replace my rear tires and was back on the road in less than 20 minutes! Talk about a pit stop for my sports car, that was F1 50 type of work. Lol.. Great work.

My favorite place to take my car, to have the tire pressure checked, and it's FREE. The staff are very friendly and they keep, me up-to-date about the status of my tires.

This place is great! I had a slow leak in my tire that I had to fill back up every 3-4 days. I was looking for a place that could fix it over my lunch break at work. I called they told me to come in at 12:00. It took about 35 minutes in total. And it was FREE! That's right they fixed it for free! They just asked that when I am ready for new tires I keep them in mind. They didn't try to push me to buy anything and provided great customer service.

Two places I always vouch for customer service wise is Chik fil a and Discount Tire but I can't anymore because of this location. The techs left one of my bmw center caps loose so it flew off somewhere and is gone. Also 2 days after install I had low tire pressure. My mom got new tires yesterday after waiting 2 1/2 hours and guess what one of the brand new tires is under inflated. These techs just don't care I still like discount tire but will be going to other locations in KC area.

Extremely untrustworthy. I had the absolutely worst experience here. My Tesla model S has two different size tires, I made sure the technician knew this information before leaving my car here. He assured me that they knew of this and would make sure the tires were put on correctly. The tires had several stickers on them indicating the size and were even bound together accordingly. I pick up my car and take right turn and notice a horrible scrapping sound and burning smell. I wasn t able to drive my car for two days. They put the larger tire on the front and smaller on the back. This is an extremely severe safety concern. The risk of accident is higher, the brakes could fail, the car could rollover in an accident as small as a fender bender, damage to the suspension and even electrical lines is possible. My life was literally put in danger due to this ignorant mistake that Discount Tire made. Unacceptable. Discount Tire claims that they have trusted experts working on all vehicles.. not the case for me I guess. I would NEVER bring an EV here if I were you. They clearly have no idea what they are working with. I will gladly spend the extra money next time to take my car to Tesla who is trusted and would never make this incompetent mistake. I had to take off work in order to get this fixed. It s absurd that this was even allowed to happen. I do not recommend coming to Discount Tire, unless you want to worry about if they will do things correctly, check that it is done correctly, and will take care of your extremely expensive vehicle. Insanely ridiculous that my car was cleared to be taken home with this mistake. The man who I dealt with was Joshua FYI.

Let me star with I ve always had absolutely excellent service here and will continue to come back and recommend to everyone! I came on a Thursday with a tire that wouldn t hold air and low and behold there was a nail and they got it patched up quickly. Unfortunately, Friday my tire started ringing off flat again. I called and was told to bring it in anytime that they would take care of it, on top of being super apologetic. I wasn t able to bring it in until Saturday when I met Nico who was hands down the most kind and most helpful person I have ever come across. I needed a new tire but Nico hooked me up and got me taken care of super fast for it being a busy Saturday morning. This discount rocks and I have never ever had any issues here!

The staff at the Discount Tire on Metcalf are STELLAR!!! Super friendly, super helpful and the shop crew are fast, efficient and on point! Very happy with my experience today today! If I have any tire needs for any of my vehicles, this is the location I will be visiting. 6 stars

These guys are the best. They got me in quickly to check out a tire I had previously been told was unrepairable at another place, fixed it and remounted it. All for no charge. Super nice, unmatched customer service.

I had new tires installed on 11/3/22, survived the awkward high pressure sales pitch for the 3 year tire certificates twice, and when I got home I found tacky mismatched valve stems and a missing center cap. Two other caps where not pushed in all the way. Before I left the tech also told me he inflated my new tires to 35psi when the max is 32 as stated inside the driver door. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is bc the tires are balanced correctly and were installed with the correct torque. I will not be returning for services to this location.

This place has saved me twice now. They patched a tire when I was anticipating having to replace it. They are honest and up front. They did it again the second time as well. Schedule your service online to save on the wait and have an appointment made. They honor their appointments to the minute. Communication updates are sent through text, which I appreciate. Don't be discouraged if there I'd a long lone. They move through it fast. And be kind even if you have to wait. How is it the employees fault they are so busy? They are trying to move as fast as they can while still giving great service and getting the car back on the road safely. I recommend this place to anyone.

I find tire stores somewhat intimidating, probably because you're in for costly, stressful transaction. I recently bought and had mounted a couple trailer tires. Not their most exciting sale of the day I'm sure. Jack made me feel very welcome, quickly got what I needed and went above and beyond what was necessary by the time our transaction was complete. What solid performer and valuable asset to Discount Tire. Location 116th and Metcalf, Overland Park. Go see Jack!! Honestly everyone else appeared to be very helpful as well. Oh, expect this business to be busy as they appear to be very popular. That alone tells me all I need to know. Go Jack!!

Stopped in after getting a flat on the wife's vehicle. Brought in the loose tire on a busy day and they worked me in super fast. They tossed it on the rim for me and got me back out to replace it. Lucky day for me since they had what I needed in stock.I'm super grateful of the sales rep and the dude coordinating with the crew in the garage. I got the tires for my car there and will be coming back with my wife's car when we replace the other 3! Thank you again!!

I am usually a Costco tire customer, but after having some issues with their service and quality of work, I decided to give Discount a try. They quoted under Costco's price, and had me in and out within an hour. Super transparent and professional.
