Wow Just Wow!! Caitlyn was amazing after a terrible blow out in which it shredded my tire, she calmed me down, told me we will get in, take a look and figure it out. Although they didn t have the tire it was late in the day she gave me an estimate to fix the tire informed me the driver rear was just as bad. We put the spare on and I got safely home. We will be fixing it Monday. Thank you, thank you so much. You really helped and made me feel at ease. Great Job!

So so impressed. I had a tire blow out and this place was absolutely incredible about helping me get back on the road. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was soooo nice. I highly recommend this place. They are absolutely worth it and they were VERY quick and knowledgeable.

The primary purpose going to Burnett Auto is the convenience. Unfortunately, they do not practice good customer service.These two signs should be removed from their wall:1. Treating customers with courtesy and respect2. Code of EthicsThe 87th street location would have to be the worst . The weekend crew is very unprofessional and takes no accountability for good work. The work on my vehicle was subpar and they left the interior a mess. Then became combative when I requested to not have that technician work on my vehicle in the future. Needless to say I will not be back to that location.The College Blvd and Quivira location was not much better. When a customer ask for the next available appointment. One would expect to get the next available appointment. The employees response was, let me ask you again! When would you like to bring your car in? I said today. The response I received was we don t have any availability's today. I can do 8am on Monday or anytime after 1pm.

I needed a new car battery, since I had to contact the auto club twice in the last couple of weeks for a jump to get started. I made an appointment with Jon, at Burnett automotive, since my SIL uses them regularly for his and my daughter s car repairs. The staff was helpful and friendly. All of my questions were answered and the car battery was efficiently installed. I recommend Burnett to my friends.

Took my vehicle in after a local lube tech suggested I had a pricey engine issue. The folks at Burnett were open and upfront about pricing and timeline for repair. Communication was excellent and the diagnosis of issue was much simpler than originally feared. Repair was completed in one day. Will definitely return.

I was driving home from the airport when I started to hear a loud noise coming from the driver s side. As it s a 4 hour drive, I was extremely nervous about the noise. I stopped at Burnett automotive and even though they were busy, the manager Ryan took the time to look at my car because he saw I was worried. They took it for a drive and then put it on the lift and did a thorough inspection. Then Ryan came out to talk to me, and explained in detail what they found and whether or not I would be able to get back home safely, as they didn t have any appointments for that day. He explained his reasoning in terms that were technical but easy to understand. He was very reassuring and put my mind at ease. I was able to get home safely. Thank you Ryan and Burnett automotive!

I m not going to go into a story about what needed repaired on my vehicle. What I will say is that I went to 3 places that couldn t fix my problem, and 1 that quoted be $350 for the repair. I called Burnett and they said it was a simple fix. Car was repaired the next day for less than $100. Won t be taking my car anywhere else. It felt refreshing to know I was working with people that were there to help and not screw me out of money.

I wish I had more stars, I d give Burnett six. I had an oil-light come on while traveling (with 11 hours ahead). Burnett was recommended to me locally and they were fantastic. They got me turned around in just a few hours of work on my Saab, and I was safely back on the road. Thank you Ryan Burnett! You and your staff are awesome.

We live in the St. Louis area and my wife was in Overland Park in December for a soccer trip. Without any sign of warning and no previous issues the engine in my vehicle failed at a stop light. The vehicle was towed to Burnett on a Saturday and they read last rites to my beloved GMC Terrain on the following Monday. Burnett allowed me to leave the vehicle at their shop, undeliverable without storage fees. It took almost six weeks to have the vehicle towed out for auction. The staff at Burnett were incredible and packed up the items in our vehicle and mailed them to us at no charge. The shop was professional, courteous and went well beyond anything I would have ever expected. In fact, the staff spoke with me several times trading notes on their experiences against my research for a new vehicle prior to purchase. If you need work performed on your vehicle and you reside anywhere near Johnson County, KS...Burnett is THE smart and best option for your vehicle.

Burnett Auto has been my go to service center for decades. It s just a great company. They proved it once again by providing on the spot service on my tires while I was in route through KC. I wouldn t go anywhere else for auto service.

I had to get a couple of tires replaced due to potholes creating bubbles in my side walls. They did a good job at a decent price. I would give them 5 stars but they came up short on a couple of things. #1 - They didn't call me when my vehicle was ready (I had to call after 8hrs to check on it and it was ready to go) #2 - They attempted to clean all my windows, which is a nice gesture, but they must've used a dirty shop rag because it left grimy streaks. I had to go buy windshield cleaner to get rid of the streaks. So, three stars it is.

When my car stopped working and I needed help Burnett made arrangements to work on my car that day. My car was towed in, they checked it over thoroughly and contacted me with what they found. I was able to make an informed decision on what to do and they took care of the problem. I was very grateful for their help and professional service

Have utilized Burnett for car repairs for years. Have always walked away feeling like they were thorough, appreciate the video details to see repairs needed, and have always felt that I ve been treated with respect.Most recent interaction- same great customer service to include them helping identify a tow service, coordinating with a the salvage yard and guiding me through each step of the process as our ol trusty 05 escape finally had it s last ride. Appreciate their service and can t recommend them enough.

Friendly & very quick service. Kept me informed throughout the visit. The facility was clean and offered free coffee, WiFi, TV, and a table with charging ports which I was very thankful for as a student. Would recommend!

We ve been loyal customers for many years. We appreciate how honest and friendly the employees are. Our recent experience was a nail in our son s tire. They fixed it and checked the other tires as well. They found that the other tires were improperly infatuated and fixed those as well.

I took my SUV for a second opinion, because a dealership recommended costly repairs; that weren't necessary. My husband and I stopped in with a slowly deflating tire. We were welcomed warmly. We were efficiently and courteously helped by the staff. I Asked several general questions about the condition of my tires and was not pressured or up-sold on anything the entire time I was there which makes for an extremely comfortable shopping experience. I was happy to see they were busy and from the way each customer I witnessed was treated it was not for no reason that there were so many returning customer interactions. Best of luck and we may just travel the 2 hours to you for our next tire purchase. The restrooms/lobby area and external area of the building were all super clean!

I switched from my dealer's service department to Burnett and don't regret it. Burnett is faster, more economical, and much easier to work with than the dealer. I highly recommend them.

Was referred to this Auto Service shop by other shops . Which immediately gave me a positive feeling. Specially if other shops are referring people to them . I was greeted professionally and in a friendly manner. Spoke with Ryan the person I was instructed to see . He was very personable , professional, knowledgeable and informative. My Jeep temperature goes up and down. He was able to get me in on short notice and diagnose immediately. He informed me of what my issues were immediately. I will continue to do business there with my vehicles. Highly recommended speaking with Ryan if you need help. He is the guy !!!

Great service, always willing to try and work you into their busy schedule. I was able to get a screw removed and patched from my tire late in the day and I also used them for the an inspection before I purchased my used car.

We thought we had a transmission problem but they diagnosed a break line issue. The lines were replaced and the problem seems to have been fixed. We appreciate their honesty.
